"Good night" and feeling softest pair of lips press her forehead nandu instantly raises her hands holding onto a thick fabric without opening her eyes and "ye sach hain ya mera sapna"

Hearing only deep breaths for a minute nandu slowly opens her eyes only to get lost in her favorite pair of eyes and "tum sach main yaha ho"

Getting no reply nandu remains silent for a moment but suddenly cringes her eyebrows and "matlab har roj mujhe apne bahon main lena....mujhe good night kehna....mujhe sulana....sab sach tha....!!!"

"Main thak kar ankhe kol nahi pathi thi....tumhare paas athe hi bas so jathi thi....ye sochke ki tum mere sath mere sapne main ho....jab ki tum....mere sath....sach main....!!!" and she mumbles in a daze with trembling hands as if talking to herself but soon realizing the absence of those perfect beautiful eyes ahead her gets down from bed with a jerk only to hear the sound of her door closing with a thud....!!!

"Manikkk...!!!" and nandu back hugs him stopping him from walking away running out of her room and reaching near him in no time while he closes his eyes sighing knowing that he can't run away from her....!!!

Staying in the same position silently for what seems to be an eternity nandu slowly moves away turning him towards her and "mujhe kuch samaj nahi aara....kya vishwas karu....thodi der pehle tumhari kahi huye bathe ya phir uss sabke bavajudh iss vakth tumhara yaha mere saamne hona"

"Nandini tum andhere main kisse" and kabir stops staring manik under moon light but soon turns on the lights in room and "kya hora yaha pe"

Manik takes a step back lazily while kabir noticing this rolls his eyes and "agar baagna hi tha tujhe tho rath ke ek baje mere gar aaya hi kyu"

NANDINI : kabir....am sorry....jaga diya kya maine tumhe

KABIR : nahi teek hain....dhruv ke karato ne mujhe sone hi nahi diya

NANDINI : ahh tum so jao...ham...bahar chelthe hain

"Hmmm...zyada der bahar math rukna thand bohuth zyada hain...!!!" and kabir walks away giving manik one last glance while nandu closes the door behind her walking out along with manik only to see him climbing the stairs moving towards their terrace....!!!

"Kyu....kyu aaye ho yaha???" and nandini having enough utters standing beside manik after gazing the stars silently for almost an hour while he rests his gaze still on stars same like her and "patha nahi....mujhe bi kuch samaj nahi aara"

"kya matlab" and she utters instantly not moving her gaze towards him while he placing his hands inside his pocket wears a blank expression and "wohi tho bath hain....main kuch keh hi nahi para hoon....kuch samja hi nahi para hoon"

Nodding his head before she could say anything he smiles faintly and "kitna ajeeb bath hain....jiske sath main ek gante se zyada bath kiye bagair nahi reh saktha tha....aaj uske sath hone par bi main kulke apni dil ki bath keh nahi sakra hoon"

Knowing very well that she would break into tears by just staring at him nandu continues staring at stars and "am sorry....agar bath mere sach chupane ki hain tho"

"Bath tumhari jhut bolne ki hain...!!!" and he cuts her in mid making her close her eyes and "ye janthe huye bi ki tumne mujhse kabi jhut nahi kaha"

"zaruri nahi hotha tho main jhut kabi nahi kehthi" and she mumbles in defeated tone while he sighs nodding his head as if she could see him and "jantha hoon....pareshan tho main issi bath se hoon"

"main kuch samji nahi" and she utters opening her eyes controlling herself from looking him while he closes his eyes staying silent for a minute and "aur na hi main samaj para hoon ki kaise tumhe mere alawa baki sari cheze mayine rakne lagi"

"Sare logo ki pareshani samaj athi hain tumhe.....lekin meri pareshani nazar thak nahi athi" and he continues before she could utter anything making her startled while she licking her dry lips gulps down hard and "agar bath aryaman ki aur mere sach chupane ki hain tho"

"wo tho kayi sare vajaon main se ek hain....isse pehle bi hamari jagde huyi....lekin iss tharah ki duri" and he stops in mid surprising her yet again while she fisting her hands stares at stars blankly and "kaho....jo bi man main hain....sab"

"Maa ke kaam main madad karna yaad hotha hain tumhe....papa ke sath har din suba walking jana yaad hotha hain tumhe....panch bajthe hi kabir ko pakode banana yaad hotha hain tumhe....hafthe main teen din mere doston ko gar bulake unhe kana kilana yaad rehtha hain tumhe....noukaro ko thak parivar ki tharah har din kana kilana yaad rehtha hain tumhe....lekin jab meri bath aaye....tho tumhe kuch yaad rehtha hi nahi hain" and he making her gasp with his words continues even more further "mantha hoon maine bi pehle galthi ki....lekin maine jab jab tumhe andekha kiya thab thab maine mere sare parivar aur dostho ko bi andheka kiya....!!!"

"Jab gar par rishthe daar the tho maine tumhare halath samaj kar tumhara sath diya....socha teek hain....thode hi din ki bath hain phir sab teek ho jayega....lekin nahi....kuch nahi badla....tumhare liye kaam tho har pal rehtha hi hain....aur maine phir bi kuch nahi kaha.....par jab uss kaam ke beech tum mere alawa sare logo ko apna vakth dene lagi....mujhe kuch samaj nahi aaya...!!!!"

"Coffee ke liye bahar puchtha hoon tho suba tumhe khana banana hotha hain....lunch ke liye puchtha hoon tho tumhe gar ka saman lana hotha hain....dinner ka tho chod hi do....rath thak na tumhe koyi patience bachtha aur na hi mujhe tumse kuch puchne ka mood....mano hamare zindagi main tho hame kuch ek sath karne ka mouka hi nahi milra tha....kabi tum apne kaam ke duniya main kho jathi thi tho kabi main office ke kaam se bahar chela jatha tha....!!!!"

"Huhhh....aryaman ki vajah se main gussa zarur tha lekin phir socha ki vakth aane par tum khud hi mujhe sab sach batha dogi....chintha tho mujhe tumhari harkatho ki vajah se hori thi....dar tho mujhe iss bath se lagne laga ki jiss pyar ki vajah se hamne shadi ki wo pyar tho mujhe kayi dikhayi hi nahi deri thi....!!!" and finally nandu covers her mouth not wanting to let out a sob hearing his last words while he slowly opening his eyes gets lost in staring stars once again and "patha nahi bina kuch kahe hi sab samajne vale ham ek dusre se itna anjaan kaise ban gaye....!!!"

Hearing his cell phone ring nandu controls herself standing straight and biting her lower lip hardly while he accepting the call talks to riya making nandu automatically cringe her eyebrows...!!!

"The only good thing that has happened to me in past few months is getting a friend like riya" and manik utters tucking his phone in pocket before clearing his throat and continuing again "logo ke kayi sari bathe karne ke bavajud wo mere sath hain....meri dosth bankar"

Hearing no reply from her manik rubs his hands still gazing up at stars and "aaj riya aur main clients ke sath meeting karne gaye the....unhone last minute par meeting cancel kiya tho ham lunch karne ke liye ruk gaye....uss restaurant pe....!!!"

"Gar nahi jana tumhe" and nandu suddenly utters making him nod his head and "uhmm....haan....just remember....that break....is....still on...!!!"

Ignoring his words nandu stands without moving while he taking a step back lazily turns half of his body away from her still not staring her and "tum chelo pehle"

"nahi....main teek hoon" and hearing her reply manik clenches his jaw and "rath kafi ho gayi hain chelo yaha se"

"main kuch bi karu wo meri marzi isliye tum jao yaha se" and nandu utters bluntly while manik gritting his teeth holds her hand angrily trying to walk away silently....!!!

"Kyuuuuu....!!!" and nandini suddenly shouts jerking away his hand and pulling him close holding on to his collar making him stop and finally stare back into her eyes....!!!

"main yaha iss vakth jiyu ya maru....tumhe kyu....apni bath katham hogayi na tho chele kyu nahi jathe tum....that break....is....still on....yehi kaha tha na tumne....tho meri ye fikar kyu tumhe....haa...!!!" and she mutters clutching his collar pulling him even more closer while he placing his hands on her waist due to her pull stares her speechless not blinking his eyes for once....!!!

"agar ham break par hain tho apne paas aane se rok kyu nahi rahe ho mujhe....!!!" and she whispers just above his lips moving deathly close to him while he clutching her waist stares her intently parting his lips and nodding his head as a no"

"Break chahthe ho na....teek hain....lo apna break....lekin main koyi break nahi lene vali hoon....tum mere pathi ho aur hamesha rahoge....teek vaise hi jaise main tumhari patni hoon aur hamesha rahungi" and she utters brushing her lips on his and pushing him away the very next second before walking away leaving a baffled manik behind....!!!
