Recap: Manik and Abhi are part of Indian cricket team. abhi is in relationship with mukti, sister of manik. manik is in secret relationship with nandini, abhi sister. Nandini goes missing from one of her medical camps due to landslide and then it was revealed that manik and nandini were already married. they were called to the mortuary for the recognition of the body

The body condition was not at all good, the face was not able to be recognised as anyone's. The only thing they can do is see the birthmarks on the body.

"this is not her" Manik spoke when he saw the body making all look at him with a shocked face.

"sir, how can you be so sure sir?" the Inspector asked Manik with a frown on his face.

"simple sir, because Nandini doesn't have this tattoo on her hand" Manik spoke pointing towards the tattoo on her hand which is of a gem. The Inspector then looked at the tattoo and then looked at Manik.

"even I agree with Manik, Nandini is so much scared of tattoos and even she made Manik remove his tattoo which he had made it before meeting her" Abhi spoke making the Inspector nod his head at them.

"but we can't consider only that as the source of not claiming the body" Inspector spoke making all look at him.

"we need you to see the places where Nandini has her birthmarks and then confirm it" the Inspector spoke looking towards Manik. Manik nodded his head in yes and then moved closer to the body. He looked at the hand of the body near the right wrist.

"the skin is wrinkled here; I can't see any mark here" Manik spoke pointing towards the wrist.

"sir the unexposed skin was more intact so confirm by using that skin and only you can do that" the Inspector spoke making Manik look at him with a frown.

"ok" he spoke and then looked at Mukti who was standing there scared. He then motioned her to come closer.

"Mukti, I know it's not Nandini and I cant see someone else body so I will tell you the place and all you have to see is whether it is there or not" he spoke making her look at him with a small smile. She nodded her head and then all the men in the room turned towards other side while Mukti is the only person who is looking at the body.

"Mukti, one of the birthmarks will be on her right shoulder" Manik spoke and Mukti looked at the body right shoulder.

"Bhai there is a birthmark here" she spoke making Manik shock but then he is not ready to accept that it is Nandini.

"ok on her right leg below the knee there will be a big scar like an allergy scar check that once" Manik spoke and Mukti looked at the place but she did not find anything there.

"Bhai nothing is here as you told" Mukti spoke, and this made Manik smile.

"Inspector, this is not Nandini because the scar which I told right now is present on her body from the past decade, there is no chance that the scar will be gone in one day" Manik spoke and soon the body was covered, and all looked at each other.

"Are you sure about the scar?" asked the Inspector still with a doubtful look.

"Yes sir, no one knows about this scar because she never wore knee length dress outside but once I found it and when I asked her, she told me that she got that scar suddenly and when checked with doctor they told her that it is a type of birthmark which will form late in the body" Manik spoke, and the Inspector nodded his head at her.

"So, this is not Nandini then the question arises where is Nandini, how they got her things and kept on this body?" Inspector asked and this made Manik loose his calm.

"I told earlier, lets continue the search but no you all stopped it and now I don't know where she is and how she is" he spoke, and the Inspector looked at Manik with an irritated look

"Look sir, with due respect, this is not only the case which needs our attention and as it is a natural calamity... to be frank this case was meant to be closed long back as landslide was involved and the Government is not to be blamed because it gave a warning letter about the landscape and ordered people not to go there... the only reason we investigated this till now is because of your status in the world but now since we found some new angle in the case... I think we should think the case from a new prospective, we should start from scratch thinking that she is kidnapped not missing... but let me tell you earlier that it's just my idea it may not be true and may be she is already dead and we couldn't find her body but then again she might be kidnapped and they are framing her to be dead" the Inspector spoke and this made Manik shock because he never thought like that

"Maybe you were right Inspector" Manik spoke and soon everyone came out from the mortuary and all were feeling a little low but then they know that some hope is hanging for them.

"what will be our next step" Abhi asked who was silent till now spoke and Inspector looked at him.

"Does she have any enemies in her life either because of personal or professional reasons?" Inspector asked and they all thought for a second.

"No sir, we don't have any enemies in both personal and professional life" Abhi spoke, and the Inspector looked at Manik who nodded her head in no.

"we will try from our side but if you get any clue from your side then please inform us" Inspector spoke and then the police force left from there. The trio settled in the car with Manik on the driving seat.

"Guys I know what happened to jaan" Manik spoke making both Abhi and Mukti shock. They looked at him with a shocked face.

"Are you serious?" Mukti asked him from the back seat while Manik nodded his head in yes making them frown.

I sincearly apologize for the selay in updating for months, it is because of my personal reasons which are unavoidable
