"Either someone took her, or she went down the hill with her own will" Abhi spoke

"There is no chance of someone taking her because outside the camp premises my guards were there. So, there is no kidnapping which means she went down the hill herself" Manik spoke and looked at the hill in front of him

"But why" he murmured while all had tensed faces

"Maybe she went to meet someone" the officer spoke which made Manik look at him with confusion

"She is very new to this area and I am sure she doesn't know anyone such that she will go and meet them without informing anyone" Abhi spoke to which Manik nodded and then he remembered one thing

"Did you interrogate all the people who were in camp with her about anything unusual" Manik asked and the officer nodded his head in yes.

"We did but there is no result, no one knew why she woke up early when her shift just ended that day" the officer spoke which made Abhi look at him with confused face

"What do you mean by her shift ended that time?" he asked the officer

"Yeah the camp had an emergency last night" the officer spoke, and they nodded their head.

"Sir, you all can go now and when we get any information, we will inform you" the officer spoke while looking at the media vehicles approaching and seeing this the trio moved out from that place.

"Is this the end of Manik and Abhi as captain of their respective IPL teams, because the IPL franchises feel that they both were responsible for what happened to Nandini and they decided to terminate the players from this season"

"Some says that you both killed her because she didn't accept my relation with Abhi and there are some who says that she is not a nice person and she is wild in nature so we decided to get rid of her and seeing this I am not able to be silent" she spoke and when she completed all she saw was her brother making a call to his manager to arrange a meeting with press

"But bhai are you sure that you are going to attend it?" Mukti asked and that is when Manik looked at her with a smile

"I am not going as Manik Malhotra, I will go as Manik who is husband of Nandini and then I will which person will be ready to match me" Manik spoke and when he addressed himself as Nandini husband, Abhi and Mukti saw pride and love in his eyes which made them smile at his love for her.

"Sir, we saw that you posted a selfie with your girlfriend and can we know who she is?" one of the reporters asked making Manik chuckle

"See this is the reason why I hate media, when someone here is grieving for the loss of their loved ones and here you want to know about my love life, and coming to your question about her then she is not my girlfriend she is my wife" Manik spoke and this made the conversation made a 360 turn

"And now I won't tolerate any questions until I express what I want to say" Manik spoke and gave a second gap so that all will settle

"Firstly, Nandini is not against relationship of Abhi and in fact she is the one who pushed Abhi to propose to Mukti, second we as in me and Abhi are quitting IPL forever because till now we played for the love of the game but now since we knew that this game not only gave us love but it also gave us hate in all ways, we will be in Indian team till the team needs us and when we feel that team doesn't need us then we will leave from that also" Manik spoke making all of them look at him with shocked faces

"Don't get too much shocked because we didn't play IPL only for love of the game, we also played it for our partners who thinks that we as a players of Indian cricket team can identify the raw talent and encourage them... but since the same IPL is now accusing us for killing one of them then we won't be silent and we have taken this decision and also we will further proceed with our team franchise in legal way because of their wrong accusations on us" Manik spoke and then he stood up to leave

"But sir, why did you address the meeting when Abhi sir is related to her?" one of the reporters asked which made Manik halt in his steps

"Are you married?" he counter asked the reporter to which he nodded his head

"If something happens to your wife then you are the one who is answerable to everyone right?" Manik asked and the person again nodded his head

"It's the same reason" he spoke and moved out from the room and he was about to sit in his car to drive back home when he heard his mobile notification which made him cease in his place. He was shocked and his heartbeat rose listening to the sound. He unlocked the mobile to check what he listened was true but then he was correct
