What's Love...??

Well, Love is a feeling and each of the person in the world have their own answers for this question, some just shrug it off saying its just a feeling to find peace while some have deep thoughts on it and they literally beg for true love. But everyone aren't that lucky to get true love. Some falls for the wrong person and they weep for their entire life and God won't do anything in it because that's what written in his destiny, while some falls for the right and he/she would feel out of the world due to happiness..

You may be int he worst condition, without money or without clothes or without food to eat or without any work to earn but all those pain fly away just with a glance at your Love, that's the power of true Love and sadly only very few people could be a part of it..

But God isn't that cruel too, when He sees his children deprived of Love or when they lose their loved ones, he sends an Angel in their lives to cherish them, to protect them and most importantly to make them realize that no matter what they will be loved till eternity..

Nandini Virendhar Dixit was such an Angel for Raj Malhotra. He was a person who believed in true Love but when he fell for a woman, she turned out to be the biggest mistake of his life. Not just she didn't love him, but she lived only for his money and fame. Nonetheless, he was blessed with a baby boy, Nyonika Malhotra, maybe a witch lady who is known for give and take, she got ready to give her husband, Raj, a baby and in return she wanted to be his wife forever, with his surname as her's because he has already got to know about her true face. Raj, agreed to it without any protests because he wanted a baby, for sure, he had immense love with him which he gets from his family, his best friends but love from your own blood, like your mother, like your father, like your siblings and like your kids, that's something different and he too wanted to feel for which, he was blessed with a baby boy, Manik Malhotra. His pride, his happiness, his arrogance, his everything. He took care of his baby like anything, he never let any damn evil in the world to touch him. But God wasn't done with testing him. Nyonika's taunts for Raj's family grew. She never liked Raj's family especially Chhavi Virendhar Dixit. Chhavi always had a special place in Raj's life, if Shanno was his baby sister then Chhavi was his crime partner, his sister from another mother, his bundle of joy and this irked Nyonika. She find some or the other reason to insult Chhavi which wasn't acceptable by Raj and he decided to part ways with Nyonika but she was an ugly witch. She asked for Manik's custody and the court gave it to her until the boy turns 18 years old, Raj wept for it, his only happiness was going away from him. Chhavi, even begged Nyonika to stay with them and she ( Nyonika ) wanted her ( Chhavi ) out of Raj's life for which she was ready to, but Nyonika wanted only Raj's money so the ladies fought for Manik in the court even when the court decided to give him to Nyonika. Gradually, Raj's and Manik's bond started losing it's strength, thanks to Nyonika. She made sure to do everything that will separate Manik from Raj and she was successful, she made his son into a monster and Raj couldn't do anything in it..He saw his son getting destroyed and he himself started blaming himself, he was losing himself and that was the moment the little Nandini held his hand in her tiny hands. She made him understand it wasn't his fault to love someone and to get pain in return. She said him that one day he'll get his son back and Raj who loved her like his own daughter saw his future in her eyes. His happiness in his little Love's smile.

In Murthy's Mansion

Raj rose to his feet with bloodshot eyes and hands balled into a fist. One glance at him and you will feel the meaning of how to get feared of someone.

Raj ( furiously ): Nobody hurts my love, not even my son..

Viren, who was calming himself till by leaning onto the wall opened his eyes to see Raj trying to march outside the Mansion. He just held his buddy's hand and Raj looked at him with the same furious eyes..

Viren ( sighed ): Anger isn't the solution to any problem..

Raj just jerked Viren's hand which shocked each and everyone present in the Mansion..

Raj ( yelled ): Really..? Now, you're calling it my anger..Seriously..? How can you even think like that..He hurt my daughter and you expect me to sit simply..

Swayam ( tried to hold Raj ): Raj, just listen to me..don't be so impulsive..

Raj ( yelled again ): Impulsive..kaha ke impulsive. Aaj thak kisi ko bhi mein apni bachi pe buri nazar daalne ka mauka hi nahi diya aur aaj mein sun raha hoon ke mere hi khoon ne meri bachi ko ithna hurt kiya ki uske dil seh bhi nahi paayi..If I am happy and healthy in my life then it's just because of her love warna kabke mar chuka hotha depression ke wajah se..

Viren ( shouted ): Raj...that's enough..( Raj closed his eyes in frustration ) Raj..Doll is equally important to all of us and I know how much you love her but..we need to listen to them, first..Let's listen to Manik's side of story too..

Raj ( angrily ): Of course, tujhe tera beta hi sabse aage hai par bhoolna math jiske barein mein hum bath kar rahe hai wo teri beti hai, hum sabko sirf wohi sambhal sakthi..kya tu bhool gayi ye sab..

Raj stormed off the mansion while Viren thumped on the floor in tears..

Viren ( whispered ): Mujhse share karne ke barein mein bhi nahi socha hamari bachi ne..Chhavi, kya mein ithna bura baap hoon..?

Suddenly Viren remembered something and he rose to his feet in a jerk..

Viren: Manu..Raj can do anything now..guys, where is Manik..?

Akash ruffled his hair in frustration..

Akash: Uh..Malhotra Mansion right..

Lalith: We need to get there..

Ravi ( took his car's keys ): Hurry up..

The men drove to Malhotra Mansion along with Venkatesh and Shanno. Rishab stood in the Mansion with widened eyes, still in shock. He rubbed his tears off which came out when he saw his Raj papa breaking down. He took his mobile and dialed a number..Someone attended his call..

Person: Haa Ri..bolo..

Rishab ( teary-eyed ): Nandu Di...

At Dixit Palace

Living room

Nandini was working on her laptop with full concentration in it, when she got a call in her mobile. Sensing it's her private number for family, she took it and read the called ID to read..

Nandini ( frowned ): Rishab..he had a file to study today..

She attended the call within 2 rings..

Nandini: Haa Ri..bolo..

Rishab: Nandu Di..

She felt his voice cracking which was enough to freak her out..

Nandini: Ri..ri..kya hua..is..is everything alright..Mamu aur Mami..dhono teek hai na..tum kuch bol kyu nahi rahe ho..Aru kaha hai..

Rishab ( composed himself ): Di..Raj Papa..

Nandini ( scared like hell ): Pops..pops ko kya hua..Damn it Ri..spill it out..Wo teek tho hai na..

Rishab ( rubbed his tears ): Di..sab teek hai, Raj Papa was here and now he just drove to Malhotra Mansion to meet Manik Bhai..

Nandini ( frowned ): Haa tho..ismein problem kya hai Ri..make it clear..tum kehna kya chahthe ho..

Rishab ( closed his eyes ): Raj papa got to know about you and Bhai..everything, whatever happened between you and him..

And Nandini's breathe just hitched in her throat, her mobile fell off her hand. She couldn't speak anything, all she could think was Raj's angry face and Manik's helplessness. No, this can't happen..Raj could do anything when he gets angry..

Nandini got up by pushing her laptop to the ground and rushed outside. She came back in a hurry when she got to know she didn't have her car keys. She grabbed it from the dining table and ran out like a mad woman and drove to Malhotra Mansion..

In Malhotra Mansion

Fab 5 and Navya were having a casual conversation with each other while sitting in the dining hall when they heard a roaring..

" Manik Malhotra.."

Manik ( flinched ): Dad...

Fab 5 and Navya looked at each other in confusion when they heard Raj's scary voice again..

" Manik Malhotra, come out..right now.."

Manik got flinched again and he moved outside with his friends following him..

Manik walked to the living room only to see his Dad huffing in anger like a bull.

Manik: Dad..kya hua..

Raj, who was moving his head from left to right in search of Manik got stiffened with his voice and looked in the right with his bloodshot eyes..

Manik ( horrified ): Dad, what's..wrong..? Are you alright..?

Raj ( gritted his teeth ): Alright...? Huh..alright..? You think I can be alright when I just heard that my son was responsible for everything..You think so..???

Manik ( confused ): Dad, what are you saying..?

Raj ( fire spitting eyes ): I knew you and Love had something in between but I never knew whatever it was nothing but only pain..

Manik got shocked after hearing that Raj knew about him and Nandini. Fab 5 and Navya were gaping at Raj in utter shock..

Manik: D..Dad..mein..

Raj just threw the flower vase on the ground and it just shook the whole Mansion..

Raj ( yelled ): You were the reason for her tears..?? How could you Manik Malhotra..? How could you think of hurting my daughter..?

And now it was yet another shock for Manik..

Manik: Wh..what..??

Raj ( furiously ): I.Came.To.Know.About.Everything..Everything, that you have broken my daughter's heart not once but twice..

Manik stood rooted in his place. He knew once he will have to face his father's wrath for hurting Nandini but he also wanted himself to confess about everything but then here, Raj got to know it through someone else..

Raj: Why are you quiet now, Malhotra...??

Manik ( stammered ): D..Dad..I..I am sorry..I was..

Raj broke another vase and others looked at him in fear. The girls were gulping their fear down their throat..Soon, the rest of the men reached the mansion only to see the worst scene happening in front of their eyes..

Viren: Raj...

Raj stared at Viren in anger who was pleading him to stop but he didn't pay any heed to it. Manik looked at Viren and now his ( Viren" ) gaze was on Manik who couldn't meet his eyes in shame..

Raj ( yelled ): Sorry..? You think a mere sorry will do everything..Then hear me out, no it won't..You bloody hurt my daughter, do you know who she is..She is my buddy Viren's daughter by blood but for me she is my own daughter, you know why..? Because, she has always considered me like her Dad..She stood by me when you weren't with me. She is everything to me, and you, my son, my own blood was the reason for her tears. I always thought I don't need to pay back to her for whatever she did to me because we have pure father-daughter love for each other but then now, whatever you did to her looked like I paid back to her and that too in such a drastic way..

Manik's eyes were wet by now after hearing his father's accusations. He was planning to have a beautiful future with his dad and Nandini and here he is seeing everything getting ruined in front of his eyes..

Manik ( in tears ): D..Da..d..I..I am so..sorry..I know, I was at fault and I was ready to mend it. Nandini..

Raj ( shouted ): Don't..don't you dare take her name. You have no right in even taking her name. You just don't deserve her..

Manik stared at his Dad in shock. A separation from her..YET AGAIN...? No, he won't be able to bear it, not at least when he's fallen for her hard..

Manik: Dad..I..I love her..

Raj ( angrily ): You love her..? And this is what you do to your love..? First, giving her to your best friend because you think he loves her, without even thinking whom does she want to be with..And then breaking up with her for the second time just because you think she doesn't trust her. Great..and now you're telling, you love her..I call it bullshit..

Manik loved Nandini to no extent and so he couldn't see his love getting insulted..

Manik ( composed himself ): Dad..please don't call it with names. My feeling for her is pure..And I won't tolerate anyone calling it fake..

Raj ( glared ): Really..? So, now you can't hear anything about your feelings..? What happened to this feelings when you left her..

Manik ( looked down ): I am sorry, Dad..please forgive me..

Raj saw Manik shedding silent tears and his heart was melting but he didn't want to, it would be a injustice for his daughter..he pressed his head hard and spoke..

Raj ( emotionless ): You're going back to India, Manik..

Manik snapped his head at Raj in shock..

Manik: What..?

Raj ( glared): You're going back to India, you'll give only pain to my daughter, I won't tolerate anymore tears in her eyes. So, its decided, you're going back to India..

Manik ( stunned ): Dad, you..you can't do this to me..

Raj ( angry ): I can. I am the one who brought you here and now I am sending you back. There won't be any hurdles in between my daughter and her happiness..

Manik ( determined ): No Dad..I won't..

Raj ( controlled his anger ): Manik, don't make me lose my control..

Manik ( wiped his tears ): Do whatever you want to, Dad. But, I won't leave to India. I won't leave Nandini, this time..

Raj ( shouted ): Manik Malhotra..

Raj raised his hand to slap Manik and he closed his eyes in fear but at the same time, he felt some weight on his chest and that was a familiar TOUCH..

Manik ( whispered ): Nandini...

He opened his eyes to see Nandini hugging him tightly with closed eyes but tears were flowing through them, he remembered about the slap and he immediately turned to his right to save her in case Raj's slap reaches her face.

Feeling nothing even after 2 minutes, Manik looked at his left to see Raj with his hand in air and his softened eyes on Nandini..

On reaching Malhotra Mansion, Nandini stepped out of her car in a jiff and ran towards the entrance only to hear Raj's angry face and Manik's determined face..

Manik ( wiped his tears ): Do whatever you want to, Dad. But, I won't leave to India. I won't leave Nandini, this time..

Raj ( shouted ): Manik Malhotra...

And she saw Raj's hands in a fist and ready to hit Manik and it didn't take her a minute to run to Manik while passing through the elderly men and crash in Manik's arms as if to protect him from Raj..

She wasn't on the ground, instead on him gripping him tightly by holding onto his neck and she heard him whispering her name..

Manik ( whispered ): Nandini..

And before she could fall on the ground due to their tight hug, he held her and turned to his right and she knew why he did it, her tears had no end thinking that he was about to get hit just because of her..

She opened her eyes slowly and looked at Manik to see him looking at his left and she followed his gaze to see Raj looking at her with softened and moist eyes..She got on her feet but then didn't leave contact from Manik's body. She stick to him while holding onto his right arm and Manik had his one left hand on her right hand, he was scared what if his Dad try to snatch her away from him..

Manik ( softly): Dad..

Raj moved his gaze from Nandini to Manik, only to see him pleading through his eyes..

Nandini ( teary eyed ): Pops, what..what were you thinking to do..?

Raj ( held his tears back ): What what was I thinking to do..? What was I supposed to do, Miss Dixit..? After seeing you in..in his arms..I don't understand what to say..

Nandini's tears had no end, she can feel her Pops getting hurt..

Nandini: Pops..how could you think of hurting Manik..He's your son..

Raj ( shouted ): How could he think of hurting you..??

Nandini ( busted in tears ): Because he holds the right to hurt me..!! We love each other..

The men looked at her in shock. Viren came forward and stood in front of Nandini..

Viren: Come again..

Nandini ( sobbed ): We..love each other..

Viren ( chuckled sadly ): Wow...so..my daughter was already in a relationship..And I didn't know it..I am feeling..out of the world doll..

Nandini ( sniffed ): Dad, I already told you I wanted to confess something and it was about Manik and I being..together..In fact, it just happened 2 days back..

Viren looked at her with a frown..

Ranvir: 2 days back..?

Nandini ( cried ): Haa Papa..we had lots of problems in our relationship. It..it wasn't a happy go lucky relationship. We were away from each other for the past 7 years and we had to sort out our own differences and now after sorting them up, we are together back again and I wanted to tell it you but before that..We are sorry..

Raj just stared at her and stormed out of the Mansion while Viren too got out of the mansion and drove away in his car. Manik and Nandini rushed out only to see both the men in separate cars going in different ways..

Nandini ( cried ): Manik, is it happening..? Their friendship..that's the most important thing about them I admired..I can't see them breaking down..

Manik cupped her cheeks and wiped her tears..

Manik: Shh..don't love..I am here to make it alright. Dad is angry while uncle is hurt. You're gonna make uncle understand your point o view and he'll get back to you..

Nandini ( nodded her head in No ): And you're going to Pops. No..noway..didn't you see how angry he was..No, I won't..

Manik kissed her forehead making her rants to get a halt..

Manik: trust me..??

Nandini ( softly ): Khud se bhi zyada..

Manik ( smiled amidst his tears ): Then, I'm going to make it alright..Your Pops just need a calm nature and I know when he gets cool down, he will listen to me..Now, just get Viren Uncle in Malhotra Mansion once you make him understand about everything..okay..?

Nandini nodded in yes and he kissed her tears away..

Manik: Manik aur Nandini hamesha keliye hai..

She moved to him and kissed him on his lips and he kissed her forehead..

Nandini: I will be here with Dad..

Manik nodded and got inside his car and she felt someone's hand on her shoulder. She turned her left to see Akash, Lalith, Ravi and at her right to see Swayam, Rohit and Ranvir..

Nandini ( softly ): Won't you too forgive me..?

They just took her in their arms and she shed her tears and hid herself in their arms..

Akash: Hey..we forgive you, we know you just fell for a guy..

Swayam: And we are happy, it's Manik..

Ravi: Yeah, you would be safe with him..

Nandini ( innocently ): Really..? You forgave me..?

Rohit ( kissed her head ): Nandini promise..

She smiled amidst tears..

Nandini: I need to get to Dad..I will come back soon..

Soon, she drove to Dixit Palace and the rest waited for them..
