In Malhotra's Mansion

Everybody got settled around the dining hall, except Mukti and Alya as they were still sleeping. Nandini sat beside Raj while the boys sat opposite to them..

They were having food while bickering on some or the other thing.

Raj: Cabir beta, pass me the curry bowl..

Cabir: Here it is, uncle..

Raj took it from Cabir and kept it on the table when suddenly he noticed something..

Raj ( worried ): Love, what is this..?

Raj pointed her shoulder and Nandini was looking for a perfect answer while Manik sat with a smirk..

Nandini: Um..Dad..its nothing serious..

Raj ( suspicious ): Then, what is it..?

Nandini ( bit her lips ): A Mosquito bit me..

Manik glared at her..

Cabir: Mosquito..? In Paris..?

Nandini ( sarcastically ): Why..? Is it banned for mosquitoes to enter in Paris..

Raj ( nodded ): Mosquitoes are present in Paris too, Cabir. But, it has got a limit. Cleanliness is important..But, Love..it doesn't look like a mosquito bite..

Cabir ( widened his eyes ): Is it love bite..?

Nandini drank water in nervousness while Manik was looking here and there and pretended to be an invisible soul..

Nandini ( glared ): Cabir, had I been in any relationship, I would have brought my boyfriend to beat you up..

Cabir grinned and started eating while others chuckled at it..Soon, Nandini bad bye to Raj and the boys and went back to her Mansion..

At night

In Kapoor's Mansion

Silence is something that we humans can't handle. Its a treatment which suffocates one to death. Especially, when you receive it from your loved ones.

The same thing was happening in Kapoor's Mansion, now. Today, the elders have gone to visit Sonakshi's Dad in order to fix their marriage. This was the first time, they were meeting Sona's father, and knowing Sona's father's character was just making it hard for the youngsters..

Nandini: Papa..I am telling you, if you aren't gonna spit the matter out, then I won't be talking to you for the rest of my life..

Ravi ( shocked ): What...?? For the rest of your life..? That's not fair..

Soha ( glared ): Mamu, matter is very serious..

Dev was sitting with a very tensed face and M4 could only get worried for him..

Arya ( panicked ): Aap hame dara rahe hai, Mamu..

Viren ( seriously ): Patha nahi ye sab sunkar tum logon ka kya hoga..!!

Sid ( worried ): kya mathlab hai, Pops..Sona ke Papa ne mana tho nahi kiya..

Raj ( serious face ): Mana tho nahi kiya, par maan tho liya..

M5 ( worriedly ): Kya, maan liya...?

They looked at each other sadly, but then it hit them hard..They suddenly turned towards the elders to see them smirking..

M5: What..?? Mathlab Uncle ne haa kaha..?

Swayam ( smiled ): What do you think..?

They saw their fathers' smiles..

M5 ( jumped in their places ): Really..?

" Oh yes..Marriage is fixed.."

That was it. M5 got up and jumped on the couches and danced in joy..They got down of the couch and hugged each other much to the elders' happiness..

M4: Love you Dev/Bhai..

Dev ( smiled whole-heartedly ): Love you too yar..

They settled down in their seats and others admired their bonding..

Sid ( excitedly ): Papas..shadi kab hai..

Lalith ( smiled ): Pehle, engagement tho hone do..

Nandini ( excited ): Tho wo kab hai..

Akash: Mr. Bose wants it as per Dev's and Sona's wish..

Soha: Sona tho jo Dev bolega wahi sahi manthe hai, har waqt..But here, we need her wishes too..

Arya: Arey par date tho hum fiz kar sakthe hai na..

Ranvir: Haa..we wanted to keep it after 2 days and he had no problems.

Venkatesh: But, he wanted to make it according to his wish..

Rohit ( smiled ): Something I liked about him, he isn't a money minded person, sweet just like his daughter, the only difference between him and his daughter is, he looks hard in nature but she is extremely sweet inside out..

Raj: I agree, he wanted this marriage to be in his budget..

Nandini ( smiled ): Like father, like daughter..Sona is really like him..

Sid: Chal koi nahi...after 2 days..we have lots of work to do..

Soha: Point hai..So, is it fixed, papas..?

" YUP "

Arya: Very well, then. We are going to start our work form tomorrow morning. Today is, Monday. So the engagement will be on Thursday. Right..?

Vishal: Right..

Sid: So, how about the preparation..where is the engagement going to happen..?

Poorvi: Engagement will be at Kapoor's Mansion but the Marriage will be at Sona's place. Plus, Engagement and Roka will be on the same day..

Nandini: Cool..We know Dev's choice. So, now we need to know Sona's choice.

Soha: We will get it from her tonight, soulie..

Nandini: Oh kay..

Dev: How about youngsters staying here today..

Sid: No doubt in it..

Akshara: Fab 5..? How about you...?

They looked at each other.

Cabir: If we could be a help, we are more than ready to..

Nandini was scared of her friend's behavior..

Sid ( coolly): Why not..? After all, we are a family..

Nandini stared at Sid with wide opened mouth. Seeing it, he chuckled. He was sitting beside her, so he pushed her chin upwards making it close..She made a bad face at him..

Shanno: Okay, let's have dinner, then off to bed..

They nodded and got up and walked towards the dining table. They occupied their seats, and started having their dinner. It was time for desserts..

Rishab and Ritesh looked at each other and smirked. They looked at Abhimanyu who was all ready by his plan..Abhimanyu took a bowl and pushed it to Ritesh who took it from him and pushed it to Rishab without making any noise..He pushed the bowl to Dhruv's side without his notice..

Rishab ( fake frowned ): Akshu Ma..what is in this bowl..?

Akshara looked at RIshab and then the bowl..

Akshara ( confused ): Wo kya hai..

Ritesh ( fake confused ): Is that some dessert..But it looks like some yellow water..

Shanno ( confused ): Hain..? Yellow water..? Aisa konsa dessert hai..?

Abhimanyu ( acted ): I will get that bowl for you, Mums..

He took the bowl and was passing it to Akshara but then suddenly winced like he was in pain and the thing in bowl fell on the person sitting right beside Akshara..

" WHAT THE HELL " the person shouted and got up from the seat..

Fab 4: Alya..

Abhimanyu ( acted ): Oh my God, Alya..Did I hurt you..I am so sorry I suddenly felt some pain in my hand and I didn't even notice you sitting there..

Alya was glaring at Abhimanyu as she couldn't shout at him in front of the whole family because last time Swayam has burst all his anger on Mukti when she insulted Rishab..Alya didn't want to get scolded by Ranvir, not at least in front of these many people..

Viren ( scolded ): Abhi, you should have been careful..

Abhi ( apologetically ): I am sorry Dad..

Ranvir ( sighed ): Viren, its just a bowl of some dessert. Why are you scolding Abhi for that..

Alya ( gritted her teeth ): ITS. A. BOWL. OF. EGG..!!

The youngsters suppressed their smiles while Nandini sighed in disbelief. She got to know it was no faking, but was a prank..She looked at Abhimanyu and glared at him for which he didn't give a damn..

Fab 4 and Navya made faces after hearing it was EGG..

Ranvir: Chal koi nahi..you just need to take a shower..

Raj: Haa Alya, take a shower and sleep..Anyway we are done with our food..

Lalith: Yeah, lets get some sleep..we have a lot to do..

The elders departed to their rooms, including Vishal and the next moment the youngsters started laughing, Nandini could only sit on her seat and have her dessert. She was mad at Alya for spoiling Sona's mood and insulting her, so she didn't feel like taking her side, at all..

Alya ( shouted ): I knew it, I so knew that you weren't faking..

Abhimanyu ( smirked ): Wow, you are so talented in observing a person's character. You knew I can't be innocent..

Alya ( angry ): How dare you..?

Nandini: Lower your volume Mrs. vedant..I won't like you getting hyper on my family..

Alya: Kiss baath ke badla le rahe ho tum, Nandini..

Ritesh ( gritted his teeth ): Badla..huh..agar meri Di ne tumse badla lene ke bare mein soch bhi liya na, to phir iss duniya mein Alya Vedant jaise insaan ke bare mein koi jaan bhi nahi saktha..you would have been in some corner weeping on your loss..

Abhimanyu: Koi nahi, mein khud bathatha hoon..I just did what you and your so called friends did years back with my sister..

Fab 4 understood what does it mean..

Rishab: You threw eggs on my Di and now today we drenched you in Egg..call it in a simple way, just like give and take..We just gave it back which we took from you years back..Aur wsie bhi, eggs are good for skin. You've got some facial hair on you, Mrs. Vedant..!!

Alya ( angry ): Agar mein ye sab mere Dad se boloon tho..

Sid ( laughed ): Seriously..? tum uss Dad ke bare mein bath kar rahe ho jo tumhe apni beti kehne keliye sharmathe hai..He is ashamed to have a daughter like you..

Arya ( sarcastically ): Let me ask you, why do you even need a father..I mean all you needed from him was his name but now you are married to Mr. Vedant's son, so you have his name..You never wanted his Love, only his money..then how can you expect him to care for you..

Dev ( coolly): He wouldn't even bother if he gets to know it was a prank, because, if he gets to know what you did with his daughter MISS NANDINI DIXIT, then it won't even take him a minute to disown you..

Alya felt so bad after hearing it. She knew her dad hated her in every aspects. But, somewhere, she could see a tinge of love for her, in his eyes but today, when they said he can never care for her, it did hurt her..

Nandini saw a flash of hurt in Alya's eyes. Chhavi Virendhar Dixit was famous for her selflessness and her daughter Nandini just inherited it from her..

She signaled Navya who smiled at her and nodded.

Navya ( whispered ): Cabir, ask Dhruv to take her away..

Cabir nodded at her and said the same to Dhruv and they both took Alya from her and moved to DhruLya's bedroom..

Nandini: Let's get some sleep, guys..

Rishab ( glared at MukNik): Don' think we forgave you, we don't want to hurt Swayam Papa as he has accepted his daughter and you( to Manik ), Raj Papa shouldn't know about your deeds..

They departed to their rooms and so Nandini..

Next two days were spent in shopping, decoration and managing the engagement event. Fab 4 have also helped the M5 and other youngsters. Alya was still sulking with the prank, so she didn't join them..

Engagement Day

And finally, it was the engagement day of Dev and Sonakshi. M5 were still running around the Mansion with the last minute preparations. Fab 4 were no less..They have did a hard work which actually managed to impress the youngsters..

Elders were already present with Sonakshi's dad. While Dev was asked to take his seat with Sid and Arya standing beside him..

Nandini and Soha was getting Sona ready for the engagement while she was just nervous..

Sona: Nandy, Sohu..this dress is..

NanHa: Shut up, we know it's value.

Sona: Please yar..I don't wear such expensive clothes..

Nandini ( cupped her cheeks ): We know it Sona, that's why we love you to an extent that we might not love any other girl. We love you because, you are the only girl who can take care of us, you are the only girl who can love our Dev to no extent. You deserve our Love, so please wear it for us..

Soha: Haa Sona, we have a lot of fantasies regarding our weddings..Dev Bhai's wedding is supposed to be a grand Punjabi wedding but the engagement is going to be a Paris style because its our wish..Please yar..you know we love you..

Sona ( in tears ): I can't ask any more of happiness..

They wiped her tears..

Nandini: Its happiness day, so don't shed tears..come one, cheer up..

Sona smiled and so the other two..they took her downstairs..

Downstairs..

Dev was waiting for Nandini patiently, while Sid and Arya were teasing him..

Alya and Mukti joined Fab 3 and Navya..

Soon, they saw Sonakshi descending downstairs with Soha and Nandini beside her either sides..Dev was lost in her beauty..

Sona was made to sit beside Dev who was still looking at Sona..

Arya: Buddy, we know your soon-to-be wife is beautiful, but please don't ogle at her like this..Bechari bohath blush kar rahi hai..

Dev was embarrassed while others giggled at him..

Arya stood beside Soha and whispered.." Looking beautiful, Baby " for which, she blushed hard..

Sid: Abey, meri behen ko tang math karna..wo bhi kuch zyada hi blush akr rahi hai..

Now, it was their turn to get embarrassed...

While, there was one soul who was lost in someone's beauty, in someone's laughter..Nandini was giggling at her brother when she noticed his gaze on her..She saw Manik looking at her without blinking his eyes, even for once..She started looking here and there so that he could move his gaze off her. But, he was adamant not to take off his eyes..

This was noticed by Cabir and Dhruv. Dhruv poked Manik's shoulder while Cabir whispered in his ear..

Cabir: Manik, bas mooh bandh karo, warna apne hi baap se punch khayega..

Manik looked here and there not before glaring at Cabir and he just grinned at him..

Cabir: Waise, Bhabi is looking beautiful..right..?

Manik ( grinned ): Nope, as usual..she looks BREATHTAKING..

Cabir and Dhruv smiled at him..Manik stared at Nandini who had passed the ring to Sonakshi and she felt his gaze and looked at him and mouthed " WHAT " and he mouthed " You look gorgeous "..

She bit her lips and blushed and then pointed at him and gestured with her hand " you look awesome " and he too BLUSHED, THE MANIK MALHOTRA BLUSHED..

Soon, the couple exchanged their rings and others clapped for the new couple of their family..

Viren: Okay guys, now it's time for the couple to hit the dance floor..

Dev asked to Sonakshi through his eyes whether she is comfortable. She gave a sweet smile to him and nodded. He stood up and gave his hand to her which she gladly accepted only after getting a nod from her father and Dev's family.

The couple was on the dance floor and were swaying for the soft music..

Raj: What are you waiting for M5 and Fab 5..Got, hit it..

Arya and Soha just ran to the floor while Sid just took Nandini's hand and walked to the dance floor..

Even they were dancing while SidNi as usual were destroying the art of Dance which wasn't bothered by anyone as it's usual..

But, someone was affected badly. Manik Malhotra was thinking to ask Nandini for a dance but before that, Sid had just grabbed his right..He bloody touched his Nandini..

Manik just occupied a seat in the drinks area and started drinking..Whenever Sid touched Nandini, let it be even a finger tip of her's, it just burned Manik..He grabbed a bottle and moved out of the hall..

Nnaidni who was dancing crazily with Sid, roamed her eyes for Manik and she saw him marching out of the hall. But, what she noticed was the Bottle in his hand..

Nandini ( shocked ): What the heck is wrong with him..!!
