Sid:- I need to ask you something.

Nandini:- Yeah say.

Sid:- Will you go on a date with me?

Nandini:- What?

Cabir was about to lost his blance. Manik's eyes went wide like a saucer.

Dhruv:- Did he lost his mind?

Dhruv was totally dumbstruck. Cabir looked at Manik and held his arm. Manik looked Cabir.

Cabir:- Cool down Manik. Don't get hyper.

Cabir started fanning him with his one hand. Manik rolled his eyes and jerked his arm away from Cabir.

Manik:- I am fine.

Manik kept his focus on Nandini. Nandini was really shocked.

Nandini:- What are you saying?

Sid:- I'm doing research on dinner dates, and I am wondering if you'd be my test subject?

Cabir and Dhruv's mouth were wide open. Manik's clenched his jaw tightly.  Nandini laughed.

Nandini:- Seriously Sid. I warned you. Still you are trying your pick up lines with me.

Sidharth smiled.

Sid:- It's habit. Can't let it go so easily.

Nandini shaked her head in disbelief.

Cabir:- So it's not the first time he is flirting with her.

Dhruv:- The matter is very serious.

Sid:- So what is your answer?

Cabir:- Isko bari jaldi hain answer ki. (He is in so much hurry for answer)

Cabir raised his eyebrows. Manik looked at him annoyingly.

Manik:- Keep quiet.

Manik just wanted to know Nandini's answer. He was not showing but he was desperate to know her answer.

Dhruv:- Someone is desperate!

Dhruv said eyeing Manik. Manik was care less about their teasing. Nandini kept her finger on her chin looking like she was thinking.

Sid:- Come on Nandini. I am waiting.

Nandini:- How about no!

Sidharth put his hand on his heart.

Sid:- Ouch! That's hurts.

Nandini laughed. Manik had a stupid smirk on his lips. Which kind of showing he was proud of his girl oh sorry Nandini. Dhruv and Cabir smiled seeing Manik's that face. Manik about to walk in but stopped.

Sid:- It just a simple dinner. I swear.

Sidharth said pinching his throat.

Nandini:- I seriously don't have time tonight. I had to do my assignment.

Sid:- OK... But are you free tomorrow?

Nandini:- Tomorrow?

Sidharth sat on his keens and joint his hand together. Nandini was taken aback, so does others.

Sid:- Please I don't know anyone else in here and I am totally unaware about my surrounding. It will be really kind of you if you be my guide for one day.

Nandini looked here there. Cabir and Dhruv hide themselves. They pulled Manik with them.

Nandini:- What are you doing? Get up.

Sid:- No I will not get up until you say yes.

Nandini:- OK fine I will go with you.

Immediately Sidharth got up.

Sid:- Thank you so much. I will see you tomorrow at 9 am. I will pick you up. Bye.

Sidharth said all of this in one breath and left from there.

Nandini(murmured) :- He is wried.

Nandini also left from there. Manik ears turned red. Dark smoked you could see coming from him. Cabir was fanning him.

Cabir:- Come down Manik. Nandini is not going on a date with him.

Manik angrily looked at him.

Manik:- As if I care. She can do whatever she want to do with her life. I have nothing to do with this.

Saying that Manik went towards his car.

Cabir:- Uff! What a stupid person! Situation is getting more critical.

Dhruv:- Sid is upto something. We need to stop him.

Cabir:- Let's talk to Abhi first.

Manik bring car in front of them.

Manik:- Do you guys need extra invitation?

Cabir and Dhruv hurried went into car. Manik drove the car off campus. It's dinner time now. Everybody was having dinner at Manik's house.

Srikant:- What is the reason for suddenly leaving your work in  midway?

Manik looked at Sidharth who was happily eating.

Manik:- I have some personal reasons dad.

Srikant:- OK then when are going village again?

Manik:- Don't know dad.

Nyonika was annoyed.

Nyonika:- Srikant please stop pressuring him with your extra work. He is still kid.

Srikant:- I am not pressurising him. But the work he took in his hand he have to finish it.

Nyonika:- I know. But let him deal with it in his own way. You know your son until now he never left any work unfinished.

Srikant:- I know. But...

Nyonika:- I Don't want to hear any more but. Manik do whatever you want don't listen to your dad.

Manik just smiled at his mother.

Nyonika:- So Sid how is college? Did you make any friend?

Sid:- College is good Auntie. Yes I made some friends also.

Nyonika:- That's good.

Srikant:- You are new in here. So why don't you roam around and get to know about this place. Should I appoint a guide for you?

Nyonika:- Why need a guide? You can roam around the city with Manik.

Manik looked at his mom. Alia wanted to save Manik from that trouble.

Alia:- Even you can come with me.

Nyonika:- Yes.

Sidharth smiled.

Sid:- There is no need for that. My friend promise me to be my guide for a day and roam around the city with me.

Alia was curious.

Alia:- Who?

Sidharth smirked but soon hide it. He looked at Manik who was not at all interested in their discussion. He was eating silently.

Sid:- Nandini.

Manik's hand stopped. He was going have a bite. But he didn't looked at Sidharth then again continued eating. Alia was little bit shocked.

Nyonika:- Nandini?

Sid:- Yeah you might know her. She is Aliya's friend.

Nyonika:- Oh Nandini! She is really a good girl. OK go with her.

Sid:- Sure.

Then they finished eating. Alia came to her room and called Nandini.

Nandini:- Hello Alia.

Alia:- Did you agree to go out Sid Bhai(Brother) tomorrow?

Nandini:- Yeah. Anything serious?

Alia:- Nandini why did you agree?

Nandini was confused.

Nandini:- He didn't know anyone here. So I agree to be his guide for a day.

Alia:- You could have asked me once before agreeing.

Nandini was little bit confused.

Nandini:- Should I say no to him?

Alia:- No not like that. You don't know Sid Bhai(brother) yet. So I was little bit tensed about you.

Nandini smiled.

Nandini:- No need for that. I can handle myself and I will be careful.

Alia:- OK then be safe and call me if you need anything.

Nandini:- OK bye.

Then they hang up the phone.

Alia:- I hope everything will be fine tomorrow.

Manik was about to lay down on his bed and his phone started ringing. Abhi's name was flashing on his screen. Manik picked up the call.

Manik:- Hello.

Abhi:- I heard Nandini is going on a date with Sid.

Manik rolled his eyes.

Manik(murmured):- These two can't keep their mouth shut.

Abhi:- Manik?

Manik pressed his head with other hand.

Manik:- So?

Abhi:- Seriously Manik, are you crazy? Nandini is going on a date.

Manik:- You are behaving like the world's going to end.

Abhi:- Your world is going to be end.

Manik:- If you are done. I need to sleep.

Abhi:- Manik everything is going out of hand you can't keep quiet like this. That day I give you a piece of mind. But again you....

Manik feel annoyed.

Manik:- Bye.

Manik hang up the phone.

Abhi:- Hello manik hello....

Abhi was worried.

Abhi:- Seriously Manik when you will understand?

Manik kept his phone on his side table. He was thinking something. Then he switched off the lights and went to sleep.

It's a new morning. Nandini after getting ready she was standing in front of her house at 9 am.

Nandini:- Where is Sid?

Nandini looked at the road and saw a car was coming. It stopped in front of her. Nandini was little bit confused looking at the car. The window of the car slide down.

That's for today. So guys What will Manik do? Will he let it go or take some action? And who is the person? Any guesses? Please share your thoughts by comments.

I am not very well. I have fever and cold. I am too lazy and cranky to write anything. Sorry for 1 day delay. Next update will be on next Sunday insallah till then enjoy the chapter.
