*Nandini's POV *

I woke up when the sun rays fell on my eyes.

After years, I felt peaceful otherwise...

Anyways, I got ready and was going to the dining table when,

"Please eat beta ( dear), pooja don't trouble your Mom. You don't eat anything these days!!"

"Mom...kitna khilati ho mujhe ap!! I will become fat. Is that what you--"

( Mom! You make me eat so much. I will become fat! Is this what you--"

Haha!!

I smiled to myself seeing this cute scene.

Aunty was trying to make poo eat and she wasn't eating. When she was blabbering, Aunty stuffed the food in her mouth.

Haha..

I wish, even my mom would be like that.

Thinking this brought a little tears to my eyes...

When pooja saw me and she came and said

"My mom is your Mom. I hope you know that Nandini."

I just hmm-ed

"Mom..you make me eat so much. And look at this Nandini. Kitni patli ho gayi hai mom!! Isko bhi to kuch khilao"

Poo shouted and dragged me to the table...!!

At her last sentence my smile disappeared and I saw pooja gesturing some thing to Aunty and aunty bit her tongue on realising.

She sat down next to me and said...

"Beta, I know whatever happened is not right. Pooja ne bataya mujhe...Main hoon na..teri Ma. Mere hote hue ab tunhe koi hurt nahi karega ab hun!!"

I just hugged her with tears in my eyes...!!

"Chalo chalo, college nahi jana kya Nandini!!Itna emotional drama, i can't tolerate!!"

Pooja said to lighten up the atmosphere!!

"College..what will i do in your college?"

I said confusingly...

"Are...just meet our F.R.I.E.N.D.S na, we all study in the same college!!"

She said stressing on the word friends and I exactly know why!!

Before I could say more, I saw myself being dragged outside the house.

In SPACE college

Pooja literally dragged me inside the college...

"Pooja tu pagal hai kya??!"

She said in an irritated voice.

"What did I do...matlab? Are...what if the teachers or the Dean sees me..? You will be screwed idiot!!"

She replied with a smirk on her face,

"And you think, My plan is to sneak you in the college?"

Confused...I said

"Ofcourse. What else?!"

Pooja and her sarcastic comments!! I gave her a glare and she said...

"Of course dumbo! Ab chal"

Came priyal's voice who rishe'd towards us.

Three of us hugged and then went in.

"Poo, Nans..we will meet later, okay? I have to go right now...I have my fashion designing classes"

Priyal said and then left.

Suddenly Pooja's facial expressions changed and she said..

" Actually Nandini...I am really very sorry. Aj to meri bhi bahut important classes hai!! I completely forgot. I will have to go. Tu tab tak yaha kya karegi? I will call the driver...he will take u home!"

She said disappointed with herself.

"Poo! Don't say sorry. Its fine...kabhi kabhi ho jata hai. And main ghar ja kar bhi kya karungi?!You show me where the canteen is. I will talk to Mukti. I haven't talked to her since I came here."

I said making her feel a little better.

"Are you sure?"

She still asked

"Ya definitely!!"

I said assuring her and then she dropped me till the canteen and left for her classes.

I went and sat on a table unaware of the person sitting on the table right in front of mine!!

Yes, You guessed that right. Manik!!

He was shocked to see me there but ofcourse, I was busy in my phone, So I didn't realize that!

I called Mukti and she picked it up in One or two rings only. But how is that possible? It must be night in India and you know when she sleeps...she is another world only!!

Anyways, After she picked up the call...

"Hello!! Hello..Mukti? Are u there? Hello"

I said many times. Did she picked up my phone in her sleep? Too confused!

"Na..Nan..Nandini! I..I can't..talk to you. Call..Navya, Asap!!"

She said with breaks in her voice, as if she was struggling to speak.

As soon as she said that she cut the call.

I got really tensed and called navya, hoping she would pick up!!

While seeing my tensed face, Manik got tensed too.

"Hello, Navya?"

I said after she answered the call.

"Nandini?! Thank God you called! Mukti...She is not fine!"

She said sounding very tensed.

"Kyun? Kya hua?"

(Why? What happened?)

I asked gathering some courage.

Don't know what bomb life is going to drop on me now.
