watchman hand over the bouquet to Manik. he took that bouquet & asked,

Manik:- (confused) who send this?

Watchman:- i don't know but he said you know him very well.

Manik was hell confused as there is nobody in London who can send him a flower bouquet. he looked that bouquet carefully & found a card where only 3 words were written.
          
      "Welcome back enemy"

seeing that card Manik was hell angry. he threw that bouquet angrily & left from there.
all were shocked at Manik's behavior. Nandini came forward & picked that card. she was also hell angry seeing those words written on that card.

Mukti:- (confused) Nandini what is it?

Nandini gave that card to Mukti & silently left the room. first Mukti saw that card then she showed that to all.

Cabir:- (confused too) guys what do you think kisna bhaja hoga ya?

Mukti:- by any chance kahi ya Harshad ka koi nayi chal to nahi?

Dhruv:- ho sakta ha. we should be careful guys.

Aliya:- (sadly) i just can't believe it guys. how can he be so low? i feel ashamed to be his sister.

Aliya started crying & Mukti immediately hugged her and said,

Mukti:- oh please Aliya don't feel sad. it's not your fault.

Fab3 were consoling Aliya when they heard a glass breaking sound from Manik's room. all rushed there & saw Manik was sitting on the bed holding his head, shouting in pain & Nandini was hell scared. Cabir & Mukti immediately hugged Manik & Cabir said,

Cabir:- (worried) Manik tu thik ha?

Manik:- (cried in pain) no Cabir, my head is paining like hell. i just can't bare it, please do something.

Mukti:- Dhruv go get Manik's medicine fast.

Dhruv immediately brought an injection. seeing that Manik shouted,

Manik:- (shouted loudly) no. keep that needle away from me.

Cabir:- Manik if you won't take that medicine your pain will increase yaar.

Manik:- (angrily) i don't care. keep that thing away.

Manik was continuously shouting in pain & shooing everyone when he saw Luv & Kush were standing at the door. seeing them Manik clam down a little.
Luv & Kush came near to Manik & Kush asked,

Kush:- (hell worried) what happen Rockstar?

Manik:- (just like a kid) see na Champ i am having little pain in my head & they want to give me an injunction.

Luv:- (smirked) now don't tell me you are scared of a mere needle.

Manik:- (hiding his fear) of course not. who told you i am scared of needles? it's just i hate that thing. nothing else.

Luv was trying to divert Manik when Kush winked at Cabir & he immediately understood what to do. Cabir took that injunction from Dhruv & waited for the right time.

Luv:- oh really? then prove it.

Manik:- o please i am not going to prove anything. i am not a kid whom you can make a fool.

Kush:- if you are not afraid then prove it na.

Luv:- leave it Buddy. he is scared.

Manik:- i am not scared.

Kush:- yes you are.

Manik:- no i am not.

Luv:- yes you are.

Manik:- no i am not.

Kush:- yes you are.

they were continuously arguing when Cabir inject that medicine & said,

Cabir:- guys stop arguing, it's done.  

Manik looked at Cabir who was standing there holding an empty syringe & then the evil twins who were giving him an evil smirk.

Manik:- (with fake anger) you little devils, i won't leave you.

saying this Manik took Luv in his left arm & Kush in his right arms. Luv & kush were giggling at Manik. everyone was happy & adoring their bond silently. specially Nandini was seeing his kids happy like after ages. 

Manik:- bohat hasi arahi ha? now just wait & watch what i do to you two.

with that Manik started tickling them but to his dismay they were not reacting at all. Manik looked at them in confusion when they laughed out loud. Manik was lost in their laughter. a father in him was adoring his kids. how innocent they look with a pure gold heart & shining eyes.

Luv+Kush:- (still laughing) sorry to disappoint you Mr. Malhotra we don't feel ticklish but now it's our turn.

Kush winked at Luv & he nodded his head in agreement. Manik was again confused but his confusion went in air when Luv & Kush started tickling him.
now it's time for the evil twins to get confused as Manik was standing unaffected.

Manik:- (smirked) well sorry to disappoint you too, i also don't feel ticklish.

now Manik laughed out loud seeing the evil twins making bad faces. everyone was very happy for Manik as they were seeing him laughing like this after long 8 years.

all left the room silently to give father & sons some alone time, when Nandini said,

Nandini:- (hell worried) guys Manik ko kiya huya tha?

Mukti:- nothing to be worried Nandini. it's just when ever he can't sleep for 2/3 days his heard started throbbing.

Nandini:- and why can't he sleep?

Dhruv:- because he has insomnia. he can't sleep without having sleeping pills.

Aliya:- pata ha Nandini jab Manik coma sa bahar aya tab bho na bilkul bhi sona nahi chahta tha saraf isliya ki agar tum bapas ao or usa sota dakh phirsa chali jao. he loves you a lot Nandini. you are very lucky to have him in your life.

hearing Aliya, Nandini was hell shocked. her Manik suffered a lot just because of her. she herself pushed her love in darkness.

Nandini:- (crying) sab mari bajasa hua ha. i am the main culprit of his miserable life.

Nandini was crying badly & continuously blaming herself for Manik's sufferings when all heard a male voice.

Voice:- so finally you understood your mistakes.

Nandini turned back, seeing that person she was hell shocked.
