everyone left.. manik too drifted to sleep..

she sat in front of him without moving her eyes from him even for a second.. as if she closes her eyes, he'll vanish..

when Manik moves in his sleep.. his neck chain comes out..

she was shocked.. she looked towards her chest and held her neck chain in her hands.. Both of their chains resembles as a couple neck chains..

(The one written "I carry your heart" is of Manik's and the one written "with me" is of Nandu's)

She got lost in her own thoughts..

flashback continues...

she approached him and hugged to wish him.. he too hugs her back.. and pecks on her forehead..

Manik- how is my girl doing..??

Nandu- perfect.. how is my guy..??

Manik- missing his jaan...

Nandu- aww.. manik..!!

she hugged him again..

Manik- acha.. i've something for you..!!

Nandu- what..??

she was not at all excited and her vision was somewhere else..

Manik- whats this Nandu..? I am here talking about a surprise and you're not at all interested..!!

still without looking at him, she asked..

Nandu- ha.. bolo na.. mein sun rahi hu..

He got irked and turned towards her eye sight and found a girl ogling at him..

He understood the complete scene and his possessive girl friend is so busy shooting angry glares at that girl..  but the girl is not at all interested in Nandu's glares..

he thought of a plan and smirked..

Nandu got alerted when that girl all of a sudden started blushing..

Nandu mutters- Ye ladki sharma kyu rahi hai..!

she turned to her left and found MAnik too smiling at that girl..

Nandu- What the hell are you doing Manik..??

Manik- Cant you see..??

he said casually and again smiled at that girl waving his hand..

NAndu- Manik..!! tum ushe wrong signals kyu dhe rahe ho..?

she said gritting her teeth..

Manik- nahi toh..

Nandu- stop acting MAnik..!!

Manik -I am not acting Nandu.. just helping that girl.. see.. I think she's interested in me..!! isliye i was just trying to reduce her work by responding...!!

Nandu- oh really..

MAnik just shrugged..

Nandu- if you really wanna help her na.. then go and ask her for the coffee date na.. 

MAnik- wow Nandu.. superb idea.. 

he turned towards the Car mirror and started setting his hair..

NAndu frowned in confusion for his act..

after setting his hair, he asked..

Manik- Am i looking good now..???

Nandu- ha.. aise kyu puch rahe ho..?

MAnik- arey. . you only suggested na to ask her for the date.. Isliye preparing myself..

Her anger now reached peaks and in frustration, she ruffled his already set hair..

MAnik- what are you doing Nandu..??

he asked irritated..

Nandu- tumhe nahi.. just wait..

she moved towards that girl and the girl is still smiling as manik is also coming towards her along with NAndu..

The girl's gaze is still on Manik..

Nandu slightly tapped her shoulder and asked..

Nandu- what are you doing..?

Girl- excuse me..!!

Manik pov- poor girl..! aaj gayi kaam se..!

Nandu-  why are you flirting with him..

Girl- aap se matlab.. 

Nandu- Matlab hai.. He's not interested in you.. so stop wasting your time on him..

Girl- I think you should follow your own suggestion.. Cant you see he's smiling at me.. and this clearly shows he's not interested in you but me..!!

Nandu glared at manik who is busy setting his ruffled hair..

MAnik made an innocent face..

Nandu- ye gadha(donkey)..! kisi ko bhi dekh ke smile kartha hai.. and that doesnt mean he's interested in all of them..

she said looking at MAnik.. while he made a grumpy face..

Girl- whats your problem..?

Nandu- because He's already taken and he's my guy god damn it.. 

she spatted at her...

MAnik was smiling all the time.. 

Girl- Are you serious..??

she asked anxiously..

this time Nandu looks at Manik to speak..

MAnik came forward and took Nandu into a side hug and said..

Manik- well young lady..! Fortunately yes.. she's my girl and I'm her guy.. I was just teasing her.. I'm sorry if i hurt you..

Girl- oh.. you're so sweet..!! can i hug you for once..!! Pleaseee...

MAnik- hmm..  wo..

he looks at Nandu.. 

Girl- please.. 

this time she asked Nandu..

Nandu gave a  fake smile..

the girl happily hugged him.. Manik too was about to reciprocate to her hug.. But Nandu caught hold of his hand and glared at him..

The girl's face is  on the other side.. so she didnt see this..

she broke the hug and went away thanking him..

Nandu- what was that Malhotra...??

Manik- I should ask that  question Murthy..! kya mein tumhe gadha(donkey) diktha hu.. 

NAndu- aur tum kyu ushe dekh ke smile kar rahe the..

MAnik- wo.. I was just trying to make you jealous..!

Nandu- dont ever try these cheap tricks on me..

she warned him..

Manik- okay madam.. 

she nodded..

Manik- chalo na..

Nandu- where..?

Manik- arghh.. I already told you na that i've something to give you..!!

Nandu- oh yeah..

Manik- hmm.. come..

they moved towards their car and Manik picked a cover from the car and handed it to her..

nandu- aww.. Its so cold.. isme kya hai..??

Manik- khud hi dekh lo..!

she opened the lid of the ice box and found a heart shaped ice cube and frowned in confusion..

Nandu- ye kis liye..??

Manik- Happy one month anniversary love..

Nandu- oh freak..! I forgot.. Thank you baby..

Manik- so do you like the gift..

Nandu- haaaa.. but why this one..? any reason..?

Manik took her one hand in his and entwined their fingers and spoke..

Manik- yesterday you said na... you want OLAF to be with you like forever.. 

Nandu- I was just..

Manik- let me complete.. 

Nandu nodded and he continued..

Manik- when i heard those words from you for him I felt little.. no.. no.. so much jealous.. the whole night i was thinking how to replace OLAF with your monster.. and then I remembered your words of " SOME PEOPLE ARE WORTH MELTING FOR"..!! Mein toh ab snow man nahi ban paunga.. toh socha ki ek ice heart tumhe gift kar dhoon.. I know its not a real heart.. But just for my satisfaction to claim you as mine, I thought of this..

she was amused with his this gesture and a tear drop fell from her eyes..

Manik caressing her tears..

MAnik- why are you crying baby.. you know na.. I hate your tears..

she wiped them off and spoke..

Nandu- Tum itna pyaar karthe ho mujhse.. You care about everything I wanted and wish for.. 

Manik- because you're one in a million darling..!

Nandu- yes.. because I found you as my love..!!

both giggled.. 

Manik- wait.. where is my gift..?

Nandu- actually I bought something for you long back.. i think now i can gift you that..

Manik- really..?? what.??

Nandu- just a min..

she took a chain from her back pocket and hold it in front of him...

Manik- wow..! So cute just like you..

he pulled her cheeks and spoke..

Nandu- Dont pretend manik..! I know its not that much good.. and i also know you dont wear these kind of stuff..

Manik- stupid..! I really loved it.. 

Nandu- such..?

Manik- ji..

Nandu- wait.. let me show you something..

Manik- hmm..

she took one more chain from her pocket and shown to him..

Manik- ye kiske liye..??

Nandu- offo manik..! read whats there in your chain locket..?

MAnik- "you carry my heart"..

Nandu- and now read this..

she asked him to read whats on her chain..

Manik- "with me"

Nandu- now read them together.. 

Manik- "you carry my heart with me"..

Nandu- ab samaj me aaya..?

Manik- yeah.. a single sentence with dual meaning"..

she smiled..

Nandu- how's my gift..!!

Manik- most beautiful..!

Nandu- but my boyfriend's gift is much better..

they both chuckled..

she again smiles looking at him and the chain..

Nandu pov- Manik...!! please come back to me.. I cant stay away from you any more..!!

he moved a little in his sleep as her few tears drop on his hand..

she wiped off her tears and settled next to him on bed and slept close to him without disturbing..

after watching her man like ages, she too dozed off..

The next day before Manik, she woke up and left for office placing a note on the table..

After 2 hours Manik too got up.. and found a note on the side desk..
