Six months later

It has been six months Manan became friends. Their every day passed doing lot's of fun.

One day

Nandini:- Manik wakeup.

Manik:- (still sleeping) thori dar or sona do na Nandu.

Nandini:- (irritated) kal rat sa to so hi raha ho. now please wakeup.

Manik:- bas 5 minutes Nandu.

Nandini:- Manik i am getting late for college. ab agar tum nahi utha na to ma tumha no man's land sa marungi.

Manik woke up, sat on the bed & rubbing his eyes & said,

Manik:- (confused) no man's land?

Nandini:- (showed a pillow) ya. vul gaya kiya?

Manik:- (pulling her cheeks) aww Nandu you so cute.

with that Manik went to the washroom. Nandini got ready & came downstairs where Neonika was arranging breakfast for them.

Nandini:- good morning Mom.

Neonika:- good morning beta.

Nandini hugged Neonika from behind & said,

Nandini:- (sadly) Simla jana jaruri ha?

Neonika:- kiya karu beta mari friend bohat bimar ha, jana to paraga hi.

Nandini:- (sadly) i will miss you.

Neonika:- aww.

Neonika turned towards Nandini, cupped her face & kissed her forehead.

Neonika:- don't worry beta i will try to come back soon & till then you have to take care of Manik & yourself.

Nandini:- Mom you know Manik na? he is so stubborn, how could you expect that he will listen to me? ulta mujha hi humasha uski sunni parti ha.

Neonika:- thora bho tari sunlaga or thori tu uski sunlana. but please jhagra mat karna.

Nandini:- ok Mom.

Meanwhile Manik came there, sat on a chair & said,

Manik:- subha subha do ma beti mil kar mara khilaf kiya shajish racha ja raha ha?

Nandini:- (irritated) dakha Mom?

Neonika:- (frustrated) Manik will you please stop it? mara rahta huya hi tum dono tom & jerry ki tarha larraha ho, mara jana ka bad pata nahi kiya karoga.

Manik:- don't worry Mom, we will be fine. are you done with your packing?

Neonika:- yes i am done & ready to go. you two please be careful & take care of each other, understand?

Manik:- ok Mom, you too take care of yourself. bye.

Neonika:- bye.

Neonika kissed his forehead & left there.

After breakfast Nandini went upstairs to brought her beg. a servant was cleaning the table when a glass slipped from his hand & broke into many pieces on the floor.

Manik:- offo diyan kaha ha tumhara? now clean it fast.

Servant:- ok sir.

servant went to the kitchen when Nandini came downstairs. as she didn't noticed the pieces of glass she was about to step on them, Manik saw that & shouted,

Manik:- (shouted) Nandini stop.....

Nandini couldn't control her motion & stepped on but before she could touch the glasses Manik forwarded his palm.
as Nandini stepped on Manik's palm those glasses lodged in his palm & he screamed loudly.
Blood was dripping out.

Nandini took her step back, picked his hand in hers & said,

Nandini:- (panicked) oh god Manik i am so sorry, i didn't noticed them.

Manik:- it's okey Nandu.

Nandini:- no it's not okey. see it's bleeding.

Nandini said to the servant,

Nandini:- Driver ko bolo gari nikala, we have to go to hospital right now.

At hospital

Nandini directly took Manik to Abhi's cabin. Abhi was surprised seeing them & said,

Abhi:- Choti tu yaha?

Nandini:- Bhai dakho na Manik ka hato ma kach chub gaya ha & it's bleeding like hell.

Abhi:- Manik please sit here & let me check.

Manik sat on the chair, Nandini was holding his hand tightly & Abhi was removing the pieces of glass from his palm.
Manik was screaming loudly as it was hurting him. tears was rolling down his cheeks & eyes went red.

Manik:- (crying like a baby) Abhi please stop it. it's hurting like hell.

Nandini:- Manik will you please  keep quite?

Manik:- Ah......Nandu it's hurting.

Nandini gave him an angry look & Manik stopped screaming. when Abhi done his dressing, he took a injunction which made Manik screamed again.

Manik:- (like a kid) i am not going to take that?

Abhi:- Manik don't behave like a kid. injunction nahi liya to septic ho jayaga.

Manik:- (stubborn) jo bhi ho, i am not taking that.

Nabdini winked at Abhi & Abhi understood what to do.

Nandini:- (smiling) i think someone is afraid of injunction.

Manik:- (with fake attitude) no i am not.

Nandini:- (smiling) oh really? then prove it.

Manik:- (angry) do you think i am a fool?

Nandini:- of course not. tum fool nahi darpok ho.

Manik:- (hell angry) no i am not.

Nandini:- yes you are.

Manik:- no

Nandini:- yes

Abhi took this chance & inject Manik.

Manik:- no.

Nandini:- yes.

Manik:- no.

Abhi:- you two stop arguing it's a hospital yaar, or Manik injunction to mana da di, kuch dard huya?

Manik:- (confused) kab? kaha? this is cheating yaar. you two brother sister are such an evil. Mummy......

Hearing Manik, Abhi & Nandini blast out laughing holding their stomach.

Manik:- (hell angry) bohat hasi arahi ha na? Abhi tum agar Nandini ka Bhai nahi hota na, to ab tak isi hospital ka ICU ma admit hota.

Abhi:- (still laughing) oh i must say that's my good luck.

Nandini:- (to Manik) oya dramaqueen stop your drama & let's go home. Bhai we will meet you some other day.

Abhi:- ok.

they bid bye to Abhi & returned back to home.

At Malhotra Mansion

Nandini made Manik sit on the bed, she sat beside him & taking his injured hand in hers she said,

Nandini:- (hell angry) Manik are you mad? asa koi karta ha kiya? (sadly) bohat dard ho raha ha na?

Manik:- nahi to.

Nandini:- (confused) jhut kew bol raha ho?

Manik:- (looking onto her eyes) agar bho kach ka tukra tumha chub jata na to mujha issa bhi jiyada dard hota.

Nandini:- (confused) asa kew?

Manik:- (looking into her eyes) because i love you Nandini, chot agar tumha lagta ha to dard mujha hota ha.

with that Manik laid on the bed resting his head on Nandini's lap & defend to sleep due to the effect of medicine.

Nandini's pov:- Manik can't see me in pain because he loves me. but why do i care? why it hurts seeing him in pain? by any chance am i falling love with him???
