Ok guys here is the update for today..

Avoid mistakes if any..

Next morning there was a hustle and bustle in both houses..

At Murty Mansion all were going and making the preparations to welcome Malhotra's..

While at the Malhotra Mansion all were actually excited to meet Nandini and her family...

Ishita sent Navya to wake up Nandini now as she needs to be ready and tie Abhimanyu Rakhi so that they both can have something to eat..

Navya agreed and went to wake her.. after a while Nandini came down all dolled up in a traditional outfit with just some liner and kajal and pink lip gloss. She had a box in her hand.. she was all the while searching for Abhi everywhere as today was their day after all... But Abhi was busy to make this day special for his sister as her future in-laws are coming.

Finally Nandu found out Abhi looking after the preparations for today. She ran towards him and hugged him.

N: Happy Raksha Bandhan Bhai..

Abhi: Happy Raksha Bandhan to you too princess.. MAy god bless you with lots and lots of happiness and may you progress in your life and make me proud..

N: Thank you Bhai..  Now hurry up bhai let me tie you a Rakhi please....

Abhi: Pehle ye bata ki ye tere haath mai kya hai.. (First tell me what are you hiding in your hand haan...)

N: Aapka Raksha Bandhan gift hai..  (your gift for Raksha Bandhan)

Abhi: Then what are you waiting for give it to me...

N: Nahi Bhai only after you get your Rakhi tied.

Soon Nandu made him sit, did his arti then applied him tilak and then tied him Rakhi. She then made him have sweets which were later Abhi made her also eat.

Abhi: Now to tell me what is the gift that you have for me..

Nandini handed him the box and Abhi immediately opened it to find some of their childhood things which he thought were lost but they were preserved by his sister.. He hugged Nandu because these all things are important and have their childhood memories.. Their parents are more then happy to see them like that..

While on the other side Manik was awarded with a jug of water to wake him up by his dearest sister Mukti..

Mu: Bhai wake up fast, I am hungry so please wake up fast na.... And please get your rakhi tied and also get ready as we are going to Bhabhi's house so get your bum up from bed..

Manik made a grumpy face and got up, he got ready in

As soon as Mukti saw Manik she made him sit and then did all the rituals and tied him a Rakhi and asked him to feed her sweets at the earliest...

Manik chuckled at her antics as Mukti can do anything but staying hungry is out of her record or to do list..

While the Malhotra's after the celebration went to meet the Murty's and the Murty's were already waiting for them..

Both the families greeted each other and were talking when Neyonika asked to call Nandini also..

Soon Ishita sent Abhi to bring Nandini to and as soon as Nandini entered the place in the same dress as above. And as soon as Manik saw her he was shocked as till now he had seen her in western clothes only but seeing her in Indian and that too off white which made her look no less than an angel.

Mukti saw him and so nudged him and said..

Mu: Bhai close your mouth she is all yours in some time.. Saying this she wink at him and Manik look here and there as he was really embarrassed with Mukti's words..

While Nandini came and touched their legs to seek Raj and Neyoniks's blessings.. Which they happily grant to her. then they made her sit besides them and all this while Abhi was almost showering Manik with his list of questions and he would be saved from the Ragging by Ishita who would very sweetly ask her about one or other thing..

While Nandini and Neyonika would talk about what she wants or about her future or stuff like that.. while both the families were meeting just to know each other. As their children has already decided their future so who are they to go against their will.

All were talking about random things when Neyonika got everyone's attention.

Ney: Ishita ji now that both our kids have decided to share a life then should we discuss then further plan...

Ishi: Ji bilkul, aap log jab bole tab, kya koi hai aapke parivaar mai jis se aap Nandu ko milvana chahte ho to hume koi aitraaz nahi hai.. (yes sure, whatever you say, is there someone in your family to whom you want Nandinin to meet then we do not mind)

Ney: Nahi humare to koi nahi hai, bas ye bacho ke dost hai kuch jo humare parivar jaise hi hai. Par vo log Manik ki khushi mai hi khush hai.. (no there is no such people, it is just some friends of these kids who are like family only but they are happy in Manik's happiness..)

Ishu: Fir thik hai, aapke waha pe rasmai kaise hoti hai vo sab hum decide kar lete hai pa uss she pehle hum log khana kha lete hai (sure thing then, let us know what kind of rituals are there from your side and then we will discuss things further.. but before that let us have our lunch first.)

All left for dining, and were talking about something or other while Manik was every now and then looking at Nandini and her smile always caught his attention. Her smile would bring a smile on his face also.

Neyonika throughout the Lunch notice her son taking a glimpse of his would be. She smiled at him as she has never seen her son in this way. But at present she also knew that he need to spend time with her to know her better..

So after Lunch when all settled down to have talk about what to do, Neyonika said.

Ney: Mai kya bol rahi thi, hum log ek kaam karte hai, jab tak Panditji aate hai kyu na hum bacho ko bahar bhej de. ( What was I thinking that till the time panditji come why don't we send then kids outside...)

Ishu got her clue and she gave a hint to Abhi to leave Manik and Nandini alone for a while.

But instead of going out they thought they would take a house tour and may be they can sit in the gazebo for a while....

So Abhi directed Mukti and Manik to come along.. When they reached near stairs..

Abhi Indicated Mukti to let them go alone and Mukti did not say anything and went with him wherever he led her.

While as Manik and Nandini were ahead of them so they did not knew what was going on behind them..

Soon they were near Nandini's Room when she turned around to let Manik and Mukti, that is when she noticed that Mukti and Abhi is not around.

N: Mukti didi and Bhai nahi hai yaha..

Manik turned around and noticed the same when he got a message from Mukti stating

Mu: Bhai i know you might be searching us, but it is your time so grab it and enjoy..

Manik smiled at her message and showed it to Nandu, even she smile at the same and lead him to her room.

N: Please sit.

As soon as they both took their seats opposite each other an awkward silence had taken place between them when Manik looked at her and said

M: Nandini are you happy with the things happening around.

Nandini did not know why he asked her such a question out of sudden.

N: Why do you feel that I am not happy..

M: It is just that you are almost silent when mom was asking to discuss about things to be taken care of further.. I mean the rituals to finalise our relationship.. You can freely tell me if you feel if all this is going on too fast. I would ask mom to take things at a slower pace. They won't mind at all..

Nandini smiled at him and said..

N: I am happy to make our relationship official so please don't get so tensed up.

Manik smiled and said

M: Can I ask you one thing..

Kaisa laga guys..

What does Manik want to ask??
