Precap- Nandini narrated everything to Manik about the things that happened with her last night.

Present
In hospital,

As soon as Nandini finished her narration, she started crying again. Manik felt like somebody was stabbing his heart with thousand of knives.

Manik- shh..baccha, calm down! I am there with you na. No one can harm u, chill!

Saying this he passed a glass of water to Nandini. Without any words she started drinking the water by holding the glass with both the hands like a baby.

Manik's pov,

How can someone be so cute even while crying! I feel like eating her up and on top of that her red nose, its like a cherry on the top

They both were so much into each other, Manik consoling Nandini and she herself trying to fight with the situation, that they didn't even realise what Manik called her sometime back.

Manik- better?

Nandini gave a small nod.

Nandini - Manik voh phir se toh nahi aayega na? I can't fight with him anymore, I am very scared.

Manik- *smiling* Nahi aayega I promise, agar aaya bhi toh mein hoon na! I will protect you at any cost. Don't worry.

Nandini - Thanks a lot Manik, tumne mere liye bohot kuch kiya hai. I don't know what would have happened if you didn't come there at the right time! That jerk would have come again and...

She was interrupted by Manik

Manik- Relax, I am always there with you.

Listening to this Nandini felt very good.

After Sometime,

Nandini - Manik, I think you should go to office now. I know you have taken an off because of me.

Manik- Nandini...

He was cut in between by Nandini

Nandini - No Manik, you go, I'll be fine. Really!

Manik- *In tensed voice* Ary you sure? If you want I can stay.

Nandini - Manik, I am fine! Don't worry, anyways I am leaving for home in some time. And yes, before you say anything else, I will go home and take rest. I will spend some time with my family. Maybe I will feel much better.

Nandini said this cutely pointing her finger towards him.

Nandini- I know it will take some time but eventually I will be ok.

Manik- Ok then! If you say so, I will leave, but please take care of yourself.

Nandini nodded and walked him till the door of her cabin to see him off.

Nandini - Once again thank you Manik.

Manik- Dosti mein no No sorry, No thank you!

Nandini - *teasingly* Accha! When did we become friends?

Manik failed to notice the teasing smile on her face and his smile faded away.

Manik- *cutely with a pout* Toh kya nahi bane dost?

Seeing his pout Nandini went all awww on him.

Nandini - Aww Manik you are so cute.

She said this and pulled his cheeks.

Manik made a coconut face.

Manik - Yaar Nandini, call me anything but cute.

Nandini - Ok Mr. Malhotra you are not cute but,

Listening to this Manik got very happy in his mind and gave a big smile.

Nandini -  but the cutest! *laughing*

Manik- *whinning* NANDINI!

Nandini - Accha sorry! Chalo now go, bye.

Manik- But yeh toh bata do, are we friends or not?

Nandini - Ofcourse buddhu! Who wouldn't want a friend like you! You are a very precious gem Manik just like your name.

Manik - Thanks for the compliment and Nandini your family has all the rights to know everything that has happened, so tell them everything very soon.

Nandini - You are right Manik. I will tell them everything today itself.

Manik- Ok so bye! I will see you when I see you. Take care.

Nandini - Bye!

As soon as Manik came out of her cabin, his hand involuntarily went towards his cheek which Nandini pulled and a blushing smile came on his face.

Later that day,

Nandini was sitting in her room and thinking about all the events that happened with her today.

Thinking about everything a smile adorned her face but soon it faded away thinking about that horrible incident. But then Manik's words came to her mind and she calmed down.

"Manik voh phir se toh nahi aayega na? I can't fight with him anymore, I am very scared."

"Nahi aayega I promise, agar aaya bhi toh mein hoon na! I will protect you at any cost. Don't worry."

"Relax, I am always there with you."

While she was engrossed in her thinking, Abhimanyu came and sat infront of of her on the bed.

Abhimanyu- Nandu, Nandu, Nandu??

Nandini - *She came out of her trance* Ha, ha bhaiyu! Kya hua?

Abhimanyu- Kya hua baccha? Where are you so lost? Kal se I have been observing you. In the morning also you left early without meeting anyone! Aaj tak toh tune kabhi nahi kiya aise.

Nandini - Voh, there's something I need to tell you all.

Abhimanyu- Yes, let's go down! Anyways it's time for the dinner.

Nandini - Yes bhai.

They both went down and joined everybody for the dinner.

Nandini - Mon, Dad, Navu and Bhaiyu, I want to tell you guys something.

Everybody got attentive towards her.

Raman- Kya hua princess? Everything ok?

Nandini - Voh...voh...voh...

Navya- What happen Nandu? Don't hesitate and tell us.

Nandini - Voh kal raat...

And she told them everything that happened with her last night and also how Manik came to the hospital today to console her. She also told them that it was Manik who insisted her to tell them everything as soon as possible. She told them everything except how Manik consoled her. Listening to this all were shocked. Never in their wildest dreams they all could imagine that something like this could have happened with their princess.

Ishita started sobbing, Abhimanyu and Raman came near Nandini to check if she is fine or not and Navya on the other side was numb.

Raman- Beta itna kuch hogaya aur tu abh bata rahi hai!

Abhimanyu - Ha Nandu! That jerk, I am gonna kill him!

Raman- Chal Nandu, let's go to the police station. We will file a complaint against that jerk. He should rott in jail for his entire life! How dare he try to mess with us, with my daughter! I will not leave him.

Nandini - Dad, Bhaiyu! I amfine now. Don't worry. He won't do anything now.

Nandini went towards Ishita.

Nandini - Maa, please don't cry. See I am fine and standing in front of you right now. Please don't cry, it hurts to see you like this.

Ishita- Tu...tune itni badi baat humse chupayi. Voh to aiyappa ka lakh lakh shukar hai ki Manik came there at the right time, varna pata nhi kya hojata!

Saying this Ishita hugged Nandini and Navya too joined them, all three were crying. Soon Abhimanyu and Raman too joined them and it turned into a family hug.

Later all dispersed into their rooms, Raman and Abhimanyu made a mental note to thank Manik later.

In Malhotra mansion,

Here Manik also told everyone whatever happened with Nandini. Nyonika and Raj were feeling very bad for Nandini. They both were also feeling guilty because all this happened at their place and they were unknown to all of this.

Raj- How dare that boy harass our child! I will not leave him.

Manik- Don't worry dad, I'll handle it.

Manik's outfit 👆

Later everyone wished each other a good night and went to their rooms to sleep.
