Did she really hang up on me. While I waited for her to say yes that she is ready to give me a chance and ready to come back. AND SHE JUST HANGED UP. What the hell and people say I have a EGO. Like really....then what was that.... she just hanged up. Bloody hell...

Ahhh..man. Just end all this crap for God sake or else I will surely go mad.

I face palmed myself getting my rage breathe even.

Sitting down on the chair which I kicked a while ago I lied my head back closing eyes. In true sense I was tried, drain out and frustrated. Drama was the least interested subject I ever liked during school or college which I have to face every single day now.

After sometime sitting back rubbing my face I thought,

Okay now what is this over. Have I done something so worse that it can't happened to be sorted out ever.

I am ready to end up everything with Amaya for her. She is more important than this stupid nothing. Why can't she understand that....you fool you didn't tell her that. Just call her up again. Or better catch the very next flight and fly out to India.

I said this all loudly.

Dhruv : Manik, Amaya gain her conscious.
He said while walking towards me from nowhere.

Man : Perfect timing...
I muttered grinting my teeths.

Man: You go, I will catch you up later.
I said removing my phone again to dial her nos.

But this stupid fellow couldn't understand a simple thing at once.

Dhruv: The Doctor was too asking for you.
He said showing me the direction.

While I had a feeling he was distracting me purposely and heard my entire conversation with Nandini.

Man: Am I her beloved someone that after she gain conscience the doctor will hurt only for me. Tell Alya to handle this now. I have being here for so long.
I said angrily.

Dhruv: What ??
He laughed out making me glared at her.

Dhruv : Okay Alya will talk to the fellow. Relax
He said showing me his hand to relax which I so wanted to break.

Man: I have to call someone will You Excuse.
I said scaractically as the stupid man stood now right infront of me not moving at all.

Dhruv: Sure....but is there some problem between you and Nandini...
He asked with puppy face while I grinded my teeths.

Man: My Wife....you mean. Well you should address her by my name now more offen.
I said grinting my teeths the new information what I got of this man and if it's abit true I am going break his each and every bone. Better he keeps his eyes away from MY GIRL.

Dhruv : Okay I will...Chill.. but... I mean to ask you because you look so distrub and as a good friend I...
I cut him off while faking out a smile which would never match with my words.

Man: Non Of Your Business.
Moving out from there, showing him my back I dial Nandini number.

Dhruv Pov

What the Hell Man, What is going on between him and Nandini. Shit I have to do something. He can't go to India not now when I am so near to break that Bitch completely. He is not reacting the way I wanted but doing everything opposite. Think of something, what if I go and put some more salt on the wound. Because of their this long conversation definitely they have mostly sorted out their difference but there will be some loop hole in this entire situation. Think think there will be something huh....
Ohh wait a second... What about a new lie for the current perfect situation. Amaya in Manik's house. Alya can play that card for me perfectly well.
I laughed out loudly thinking of what I should do now.

Dhruv : Nandini here I come my love. I said taking out my phone.

Dhruv : I want ticket of the very next flight to India.
I said smiling to myself.

Finally I will get to see her after so long.
I thought while the next thought made me grind my teeths

That Bitch I so wished she would die in the fire or atleast burned herself in that, that would be a prefect revenge. As it is I wanted her to know that she is so ugly and her beauty is such a waste. A burn ugly witch would suit her in the best way after the accident. God know why she got saved. If this fire would have done my work it would be so nice. As it is I just want to teach her a lesson for the insult and fun she made of me on that prom night.

I just asked her for one dance and she laughed out asking was I worth for a dance with her. Manik's rejection and dumping her is the best revenge to her ugly face. She will get every bit of that insult and humilation that I had to face that day. Just wait and watch Amaya. By one arrow and I have two targets. Amaya being destroyed falling straight away on her face and Nandini being mine.

Whistling, I walked out from there no ways I am wasting my time here.

Manik Pov

Nandini....dial her nos....What ? not reachable few minutes ago she was in reachable area and now. Where did she go suddenly on Moon. Stupid !! redial....

I kept on dialing her nos. but found only an engage tone and finally stupid annoying voice saying switched off.

Enough...crusing I dialed my landline nos. of India. But if she is at her parents place then I will dial their landline. Atleast someone will pick up somewhere.

But that too kept on ringing....okay Nandini place landline....

Man: Just keep on ringing....No one is there kya to pick up the God dammit ringing device. Pick up...for once.
I said while dialing at my place again for the last time. This is so damn frustrating.

Finally someone picked up.

Man: Nandini....
I called out her name that whoever has answered the phone would give her the device without asking any questions, thinking it is for her but no next I heard was my dear loving...

Neyonika: Manik is that you.
She asked being shocked, yup she is my Mom who can recognize his son voice in just one word.

I thought that she would ask how was I doing but instead of that I heard.

Neyonika : Are you mad what....Have you seen what time it's out here.
She asked angrily.

Man: No, but I need to talk to Nandini. It's important.
I said desperately biting my lips.

While I knew my Mom was grinting her teeths on other side being angry.

Man: Please...let me talk to her for once.
I said almost begging to her.

Neyonika : She must be sleeping. Call tomorrow.
She said sighing and I knew she was about to cut.

Man: No....wait. She is awake just knock on her door. I was talking to her a while ago and then...I don't know....but might be.. it got cut suddenly so...
I said stammering the last thing not being sure while she cut me off.

Neyonika : Really...
I knew she exclaimed me telling me indirectly something which I didn't want to hear.

Neyonika : You are smart enough to understand why it got cut.
She taunted me.

Man: Mom....please I am trying to get things right. Just call her for once to talk to me. Please convince her. I really want her back. I know I was so wrong please try to understand. Please.
I begged to her this time.

Neyonika : Manik stop this drama. There is already alot of thing the girl is suffering from. You have no idea what she has done to herself. Two days she was just sleeping being unconscious on iv drip and finally today she was alittle conscious in her sense. By this you might have got to know what impact you have on her. What have you done to her. And twice she fainted one toh right on airport and next when she again gain her conscious beacuse of you, crying only for a jerk like you.
She said being ashamed, making me shocked, almost paralyzed knowing what she had gone throught just because of my stupidity.

Man: How is she now ?
I asked with unknown tear dripping from my eyes.

Neyonika : I don't know she shows to be fine but it's not true. Doctor had told to do many tests. But she refused. I feel she is hidding something which we need to know soon before it's too late. But she is not ready to tell. I asked her also but she said it's nothing, everything is okay.
Mom told me everything properly now without any taunts or blaming. Which she should definitely do, I deserve all of them.

Man: What should I do ?
I asked her in dazed while tears flow from my eyes definitely I don't want to lose her.

Neyonika : Do you love her ?
She asked me being serious, making me frown.

Man: I don't know.
I sighed

Neyonika : Then just stay away from her. I don't want you to cause more trouble to her and affect her health and well being more. Destroy her emotional, mentally and physically more than you have already done. If you could see how weak and pale she has turned it would have made you realize.
She said angrily crusing me.

Man: No, don't say that....I have not thought on love thing but I do like her. Want her in my life. I am craving to see her. And knowing about this all is breaking me and causing me lots of pain Mom. I want her to be happy only with me. When she smile the peace I get on seeing that and satisfaction that it's because of me you don't know how I feel. Talking to her make my day alittle less frustrating. She always waits for me how much ever I am late and I always wish she open's the door for me when I get back and when I don't see her first getting home it make me so upset.....I just want her back....really I do want her back here with me.
I cried on the phone remembering every single beautiful memory what she gave me. After so many years I cried infront of my Mom wanting something so genuinely with my all heart. I really want her back.

Neyonika : Manik you are so much in love with her.
She said calmly making me shock.

Next what I said, it made my own self surprise

Man: Then I am
I said wiping my tears which were flooded in my eyes, from back of my hand which I used to do when I was small.

Neyonika: Let her be here for few more days with her parents.
She said making me realize they might know too about my stupidity what I did with their daughter.

Man: They might be hating me now. After what I made their daughter go through. What if they don't allow her to come back over here to me.
I asked Mom frowning.

Neyonika : They don't know anything. I made up some story and Nandini too didn't tell them anything. Though Vishnu ji has alot of doubts and many questions but I will try to sort out things.
She said making me thank God in my mind.

Man: Thank you for doing so much.
I said smiling while the next question she asked made me annoyed.

Neyonika : There are nothing between you and Amaya for sure Manik. You are sure in your head that you want only Nandini. I don't want that outburst what you had that day again...saying that Nandini and you...
She asked like warning while I cut her off in middle saying loudly.

Man: NO, there is nothing between us Mom. Trust me and there will be nothing ever between me or anyone else. It's just me and Nandini always and will be.
I assured her while I knew she was smiling hearing this from me.

Neyonika : Good to hear this finally.
She sighed while I realized I had to tell her about the incident what happen now with Amaya before that creates any trouble for me again.

Neyonika : I think I should call Nandini now.
She said while I shouted.

Man: No wait before you give her the phone I need to tell you something. Don't overreact I am just doing this for old time sake as I was her friend before.
I said while I knew she was frowning.

Neyonika : What did you do now ?
She asked angrily.

Man: Amaya is in hospital. Her entire house is ruined due to fire. Luckily she is safe and now Dhruv told me sometime ago that she gain her conscious too. I had called up her Dad but it's unreachable. So I will have to stay and help her out for now.
I said sighing and knew my Mom was ready to blow up on me now.

But she just banged the phone loudly without saying a word.

Wow Self invited trouble. Why can't people understand my point of view.

Nandini Pov.

Nan : Hello Manik....
I called him out on phone and realized it had turn off.

Battery... Shit

Stupid, idiot, worthless creature...I crused the instrument while grinting my teeths.

Nan : Great everything is messed again.
I shouted throwing the stupid device on the bed holding my hair in frustration.

Running again towards it I put it on charger.

Nan :  I should have told him my battery is low. I should have know that it will die soon hardly it was 35% What if he think i hanged up on him. Ohh Aiyyappa he will again take this on his stupid Ego and not talk to me. Ahhh....just die you stupid brat idiot device. You couldn't hold for some more time loser...Am I really talking to my phone. Wow this is the last crazy thing I can imagine to do now. Talking to non living things. Great clap for NANDINI MURTY.
I said angrily clapping my hands while What I heard next made me freeze.

'NANDINI MANIK MALHOTRA NOT MURTY ANYMORE '
I heard a voice saying from behind me, it was Manik voice I turned behind with jerk to find no one but his big photo frame staring at me with that deathly smirk on his face.

Nan : Was the frame talking to me now.
I asked myself being horrified with wide eyes.

Nan: Stupid Nandini your ears have too started ringing. Am I going mad thinking that now frames have too started talking to me. Go to sleep before you start thinking the floor is walking with you now....What did I say floor...walking....Manik call back on some other phone. Landline haa....I can't call him from landline but he can na
I said with bright eyes.

Taking my charger and mobile I ran to the hall.

As I stepped down, I saw Mom standing out there keeping the phone down with a bang crusing angrily something to her self.

She turned around and we stood face to face while I was nervous now what will I tell her if she asked that what I was doing at 3.00 am in the night with a mobile and charger in my hand running downstairs.

Nan: Mom you are up ?
I asked smiling at her nervously while she didn't answer me and walk out quitely patting head lightly.

Making me frown, thinking now what happened. Who was she talking to ?

Nan : MANIK....ohh God did they have or already had an argument again and was the reason me ? Is there more trouble ahead.
I wailed sitting on the couch while I stared at the landline.
