Once jumping off the cliff into the lake the quickly came up for air and Mammon yelled confused and having a mini heart attack.

Mammon : WHY DID Y-

Diavolo : Get down!"

Diavolo then went back down under the water and so did Mammon. They could hear the reporters on the cliff and after a few seconds heard them left after that they came back up for air.

Mammon : .....why did you do this!?"

Diavolo : to get away? It work didn't it?"

Mammon : did you even know a lake was at the bottom!?"

Diavolo : I was hoping my memory wasn't wrong. And looks like it was right?"

Mammon : your crazy!"

Diavolo : maybe. But I wanted to show you something and this is the only way to get to there...one second this is a little heavy."

Diavolo then started to take off his long coat blazer that was getting heavy from the water leaving his long sleeve shirt on.
And Mammon did the same. He was surprised he didn't sink to the bottom. It was really heavy Because Asmo said the more sparkle the better.
After this Diavolo started swimming away and so Mammon followed him.

Once on land Diavolo kept walking and Mammon continued to follow him until after walking through some plants got to this one spot that looked straight out a fairytale

There was colorful plants flowers and trees everywhere the view was amazing and the water from the lake was cristal blue. It looked and felt so calm and peaceful it was like an escape from everything.

Diavolo then sat down on some grass and Mammon did the same.

Mammon : ....why did you take me here?"

Diavolo : Because this place is very special it's peaceful and like a mini paradise like an escape....I know I can't do much to help you with our situation.....but I thought for the time being we could relax here as long as you like to help you relax..... Nobody knows about this place just you and me"

Mammon : .....why doesn't anyone know?"

Diavolo : well....my father knows. He told me about a mini garden paradise my mother planted that she wanted to take me to see when I was older. Because it was growing.

She never got to and my father didn't want to take me. So I went alone a few thousand years later and found this place.he told me She made it for me. Because she knew I would be special and kind.....I like to think she lives on here. That this place represents her love and kind heart that I'm sure she had.

Mammon : .....why show me? This place seems real important to you and your showing me?"

Diavolo : I am not sure?....it just feels right?"

Mammon : ........it is nice...."

Mammon than laid back and took a deep breath relaxing while looking up at the sky.

Mammon : ......I'm sorry I slapped you..."

Diavolo : no I deserved it. You have quite a hard hand my face still hurts."

Mammon : ......so what happens now?"

Diavolo : ....I Don't know....but I believe things will work out in the end....you think Kammon would like this place?"

Mammon : Definitely. She loves flowers. And this place looks straight out of one of her princess movies. She'll go nuts.

Diavolo : we should take her s-

Mammon : no!"

Diavolo : there's another path besides the cliff? That was just the closet option?"

Mammon : ......you suck...."

Diavolo : yes I do"

Diavolo then laid back to and for the moment everything seemed alright like the world stop moving and the chaos vanished and it was just peaceful and nice.

They ended up spending hours and hours just talking about everything and also laying there in silence. Eventually falling asleep.

The next day in the afternoon they woke up and quickly left as they were supposed to be home hours ago. And as they were walking through the forest it was raining and they were cold.

Diavolo : Barbatos will not be pleased with me when we come back like this...."

Mammon : ..... we're going to get a cold...."

Diavolo : most likely.....but at least that would mean no work?"

Mammon : .....work or get cold.... doesn't seem like a win situation?"

Diavolo : ....yeah....oh well"

Mammon : .....it was nice.....but still we have to go-!?

Diavolo then stop them walking and stood in front of Mammon and said looking at him in his eyes.

Diavolo : I made a promise even a vow to protect you. To keep you smiling and laughing. to love and support. to keep happy and healthy. to always be there for you no matter what. Through sickness and in health through whatever the world may throw our way. Your way I will shield you. You are my friend and no matter what happens I will continue to be that for you.

Because you are special no one could be as special as you or like you at all Because I think it's quite impossible for anyone to be as caring and generous like you.

You have a big and bright heart that shines in the darkest of darkness. That could never go out.

You are perfect....and I will forever be sorry that I am the reason for your pain and suffering that I am making your light go out
That I am ruining something good.

I Don't deserve your kindness or to be in the very presence of you.....i-

Mammon then looked down and Diavolo could see Mammon start crying tears streaming down his face hitting the ground.

Diavolo : ... I'm sorry if I said something wrong!"

Mammon : y...you didn't.....just I....I never heard.... anyone say stuff like that about me....."

Diavolo : I mean every word Because it's true? You are special? And it's quite hard to put that into words to explain it? "

Mammon : I....I....I am still mad...."

Diavolo : you should be I Don't deserve forgiveness especially yours"

Mammon : ......"

The tears kept coming more and more and so Diavolo lean in close to him and one of his hands on the back of Mammon's head and as Mammon looked up confused. Diavolo then kissed his forehead

And suddenly the tears stop and even the rain did and everything suddenly became brighter and warm.

After this Diavolo said leaning his forehead against Mammon's

Diavolo : I will keep my promise even after death. All I want to do is make you smile and laugh and continue to do that as long as i live. Seeing you happy is a true gift to see"

Mammon : ...."

they ended up staying like this for a few minutes before finally continue to go back to the hotel and get ready to leave.
