"So," A kind lady had introduced herself as Doctor Ives and told them that everything would be alright with her, "Your parents know you guys are here?"

"Yes," Charli nodded, "They couldn't come. Busy."

"Yeah, that usually happens when your teenage daughter gets pregnant, you tend to want to be involved with all this. You guys sure your parents are okay with this?"

"It's fine, doc, we signed the permission to treat minors thingy," Chase added.

"Yes, but sometimes the signatures can be forged," She walked around the room, moving objects, "You the father?"

"Um...we don't know," Chase ran a hand through his hair, his cheeks tinted red, he looked towards Charli with a bashful smile.

"Oh, now I know how you are. I've seen you both on that dancing and singing app my kids are always on. Is it Tic Tac?"

"Tik Tok," Charli corrected, "Yeah that's us."

"Well, don't you worry, I won't tell anyone I saw you here. But, be careful. It's hard enough being pregnant as an adult, but now...you're a young girl, and you've not only got to tell your family. But the whole world."

Chase's eyebrows furrowed, "Does that mean..."

"Yes," Doctor Ives confirmed, "She is pregnant. Congratulations, as far as I can see your baby is happy and healthy and you are four weeks along."
