FOURTEEN !
"I think you were a real asshole kicking Charli out," James Charles was visiting the hype house, "That was just really, really stupid I think."
"I agree with James," Addison pitched in, "That was a dickhead move."
"What did you expect me to do?" Thomas was still defending himself, "She's a pregnant teenager, that sort of stuff doesn't look good online. It barely looks good anywhere, she can't be in the hype house."
"Who made you the leader all of a sudden?" Alex spoke up, even though it wasn't really his place.
"I'm sorry, did I see your name on the bill?" Thomas snapped back.
"Well..." Daisy was there, sitting on one of the chairs, she wasn't really close with Charli but she couldn't excuse Thomas' behaviour, "I was on the bill. So, I think that Charli deserves to stay in the Hype House."
"Oh, she's welcome to stay. As soon as she gets rid of her problem, she can still show," Thomas rolled his eyes, "We don't need press like that."
"What if she wants to post it herself?" James asked, "She can do what she wants, you know."
"Right now, it doesn't matter, none of the D'amelios are here to get an opinion on it. So, they clearly don't care."
"That's true..." Ondreaz shook his head, "I'm surprised Dixie hasn't shown up."
"Charli's back at home now," Addison explained, "I'm pretty sure the whole family's on her side now."
"So, what happens if she's cancelled?" Kouvr pitched in, "You do know she literally runs the place."
"I don't know...it's hard to say," Thomas sighed.
"I think she should stay," Chase finally joined the conversation, a glass of orange juice in hand, "And not just because I might be the father...she's my friend."

"Hey, Charli!" Marc D'amelio called into the house from the door, "There's someone here to see you!"
Chase Hudson stood at the door, he wasn't going to lie, he was shitting his pants - he thought Charli would have told her father about him possibly being the baby daddy but...Marc probably would have given him a 'talk' the second he showed up at the door.
Charli came rushing down the stairs, almost out of breath as she arrived at the door, "Uh...hey."
"Careful, Charls, you don't want to get too tired," Chase laughed awkwardly, trying to ease some of the tension, which didn't work.
Marc crept away from the door, "Listen, if you want to invite him in, you can. Your mother's making more than enough for dinner but if he's bothering you..."
"It's fine, Dad," Charli smiled, waiting for him to turn away before her head snapped back to Chase in a cold stare, "What the hell are you doing here?" She didn't want to see him right now.
"I thought we were cool now," Chase was slightly offended, "What's going on?"
"We are," Charli sighed, "It's not your fault, everything's just getting to me. I guess it's just started to sink in."
"I'm sorry," He placed a hand on her shoulder, soothing it slowly, moving it up and down gently. "I forgot how hard it must be, going through all this. I saw your Instagram post, people have already started assuming things."
"Yeah," Charli bowed her head, "I try not to think about all that. My friends judging me are hard enough as it is."
"You know what would cheer you up?" His smile made her heart thud, "If we made Tik Toks like we usually do?"
"Okay," Charli stepped out of the way to let him in, "Let's go to my room."
"Will we still have to leave the door open?" Chase chuckled, "I mean, it's not like you can get more pregnant anyway..."
