MOVEMENT- Putting movement into words?

For my NaNo, I am going to be writing a lot of very physical fight scenes and battles. For me, it means walking around my living room to choreograph them, watching videos, and even playing video games to imagine how the movements would flow. 

Is it Dance? The floating twirl of her skirt as his feet glide.

Is it the environment driving the moment frozen 

as the world shifts around the characters?

Or is is the fury of flesh in conflict?

How do you write movement?  

Is it a thousand fluttering wings or leaves

or ripples?
