Hello!! Thanks for adding my story to your list! I've watched Mufasa twice and I LOVED each time. I think the movie is a masterpiece and I couldn't help writing a little something!

This is my FIRST fanfic that I'm publishing!! Please be kind as I don't really know what I'm doing yet. Once it comes out on Disney Plus I might come back in and change the story to reflect the movie more closely. I'm currently going off memory of the movie so the lines won't probably match up.

Please note that all characters beside Malika belong to Barry Jenkins and the Lion King movies. Most scenes also are apart of the movies but a few scenes are my own creation!

Chapters 1-10 are based on Mufasa: The Lion King. Chapter 11 will be about the Lion King! So, Simba's birth, Mufasa's death and Simba's return to pride rock!
