Hello everyone, welcome to an all new chapter. I'm officially on spring break and I thought to myself, "Im now on Spring break wtf am I going to do with myself? Draw? Nah I need a break from that. Color? Nope. Update my Malec book for everyone cause they love my book and want mors? Hell yeah".

So as all you guys may know I'm a huge Imagine Dragons fan, I love their music so much, all of their songs are my favorite but there is this one song that I really really love that I listen to every single day because they remind me of Malec. The song is call " Born to Be Yours" which you guys can find above, listen to the song and think about Malec, trust me you guys will love it as much as I do 😁.

I know I've given up. A hundred times before.

Alec Lightwood never fell in love with someone before well...not with a female. Alec is gay but struggles to come out and his love for Jace made it 10x harder for him. When Clary Fray joined the Shadow World and stole Jace away from him, breaking his heart. At that moment, Alec gave up on love...until he met him.

But I know a miracle. Is not something to ignore. You take me for a fool, you take me for a fool.

Magnus Bane, a bisexual warlock with no shame. He's been with men, women, warlocks, vampires, and seelies. He loves being a warlock, especially his magic. He can make potions, travel all around the world ans of course change his clothes whenever he feels like. It wasn't until he met him...that made Magnua realize who he really was...a fool back in the day. But he changed Magnus's life...forever.

Alec is playing hard to get but Magnus loves a challenge. He is willing to do anything in his power to make the boy his. But in doing so, made Alec very confused and scared. Magnus revealed to Alec that he closed himself out for feeling anything for anyone anymore but there was something about Alec that made him feel....different. "You unlock something in me" Magnus said to Alec. Alec looked at him.

Days later and Magnus is still trying to get Alec but of course Alec pushed him away.
"It's all just a game to you isn't it? You flirt, you laugh, you use magic, but at the end of the day what do you risk?" Alec asked angrly but more confused "Even if I did feel something for you...you want me to give up my life for you? I have to do what's right for me. I could lose my family, my career, everythijg. You just dont get it" at this very moment,  Magnus's heart broke. Another rejecton...another heart break.

But this still didnt stop Magnus from making Alec his.

There they stand, looking at each other. Alec was about to do something he wouldve regretted. Magnus stood there preventing the huge event from happening. "I can't breathe".

And I know when it rains, oh, it pours.

Alec made his way down towarda Magnus.
" Alec what are you doing" his mother asked confused
"Enough" was all Alec said and grabbed Magnus and kissed him. Right there in front of everyone. Alec didn't care how his family was reacting...he didn't care that the clave was there secretly judging him all he cared about at this moment...was him.

And I know I was born to be yours.

Alec was stressed out. Jace was missing, Valentine has the Mortal Cup, Clary is getting on his last nerves. He snapped not just to everyone but his love and he didn't do anything wrong all he was trying to do was calm Alec down and he snapped at him. Alec felt so heartbroken seeing his love sad.

Are you the only one, lost in the million?
Or are my grain of sand, that's blowing in the wind?

"When things get crazy...don't push me away" those words Magnus said to him kept repeating in his head. He smiled at him as he was fixing his collar.

On their first date, Magnus knew his boyfriend was innocent but not this damn innocent. He has never dated anybody before nor has he been in a real relationship. Lydia was literally his only ex.
Alec didn't know that Magnus has been with 17,000 people 17,000!!! Can you believed that. Alec was so shocked he didn't relaized he drank all of his drink. They made their way back to Magnus's apartment in awkward silence. Alec was about to leave when he spoke "Look I don't care how many people you've been with"
"I don't care how many people you haven't been with"
And they kissed, the kiss wasn't harsh it was sweet and passionate. The world just moving for a sec and stopped time as they kissed...its was just Magnus and Alec together alone. But of course that moment was ruined thanks Jace.

"Magnus, you have nothing to worry about...I want this" was the words Alec said to an already shocked Magnus as he pushed him in his room and kissed him.

And I know I was born to be yours.

Alec once said I love you to Magnus when he thought he lost him. His heart was racing and he just blurted it out. Magnus smiled "I love you too" he said back. Alec leaped foward and captured his lips.

Alec and Magnus once broke up because Alec lied to Magnus. Alec didn't know who he was anymore, losing Magnus was like losing his Parabatai but the pain was 10x worse. It was that day, Alec realized he couldn't live without him.
"I don't think I can live without you"
Magnus stood there.

"I thought I had to choose betwee  you and the downworlders...but I don't."
Alec stood there and listened to Magnus speaked even though he wished he was kissing him right now.
"A wise man once told me "relationships take effort" "
Alec laughed.

"Yeah well that wasa understatment"
Magnus chuckled "You know what's not an understatment?" He slowly walked towards Alec.
They kissed. Alec heart exploded with happiness.

"Im all about parties but...let's we get out of here" Magnus said and Alec smiled.
They walked together arms wrapped around each other's wasits.
