((No one's P.O.V))

"Oof" Jaune exclaims while he hits the ground. Cardin lifts him back up and punches him to the ground yet again. "You know that wasn't very smart, Jaune-y boy" Cardin says picking Jaune up yet again. "I'm gonna make sure they send you back to mommy in teeny, tiny, pieces" Cardin says shaking Jaune. "I don't care what you do to me. But you are not messing with my team" Jaune says tired. "What, you think talk like that makes you tough? You think you're a big strong man now?" Cardin asks lifting Jaune up higher. Jaune smiles before Cardin gose for another punch on Jaune's bruised face. Until a flash of light blinds Cardin, causing him to drop Jaune and hold his hand. "Huh?" Jaune says confused as both of his hands glow white for a second. Before he can stand up Jaune gets kicked back down. "Let's see how much of a man you really are" Cardin says walking towards Jaune. A loud roar can be heard as Team CRDL turns around to see an Ursa Major. It stands up on it's two back paws and starts to sniff, immediately turning it's attention to Cardin. It gets back on it's four paws and lets out a roar at Cardin. "That's a big Ursa!" Russel yells before running away with the rest of Cardin's team. Cardin gets smacked by the bear like Grimms big paw, causing him to fly back. The Ursa walks past Jaune and right to Cardin. Jaune stands up and looks at the Ursa Major getting closer to Cardin. Cardin takes out his mace and prepares to block. The Ursa paws the mace out of Cardin's hand like a toy. The mace rolls up to Jaune's feet.

((Elsewhere))

A roar can be heard from across the forest. "Did you guys hear that?" Ruby asks. "Sounds like a pissed off Ursa Major to me" (Y/N) replies. "Swear jar" Yang says behind him. Just then half of team CRDL came rushing past Ruby. "Ursa! Ursa!" Russel yells before running into Yang. "What? Where?" Yang asks Russel, at the same time picking him up. "Back there! It's got Cardin!" Russel says pointing at the direction him and his teammates came from. A jar could be heard dropping as (Y/N) looks at Pyrrha. "Jaune!" Pyrrha exclaims. "Yang! You and Blake, go get Professor Goodwitch" Ruby says as Yang lets go of Russel and runs off with Blake. (Y/N) starts to walk towards Ruby and Pyrrha. "You two, go with them! There could be more" Pyrrha says as her, Ruby and (Y/N) ready their weapons.

((Elsewhere))

Cardin continues to run away from the Ursa Major. The Ursa makes a big leap over Cardin's head and lands in front of him. The Ursa slashes Cardin with it's paw sending Cardin flying back. "Crap crap crap!" Cardin repeats trying to crawl away. "Oh no" Pyrrha says as her, Ruby, Weiss and (Y/N) rush up beside her. The Grimm slides over to Cardin as he turns over on his back, looking up at the beast. The Ursa Major gose for another slash, a clang of a shield can heard. Jaune blocked the Ursa Major's attack with his shield. Weiss gets in her fighting stance "Wait" Pyrrha says as Weiss stops. Jaune pushes back the Ursa Major's paw and slashes it in the stomach with his sword. The Major stumbles back before trying to get a strike on Jaune. Jaune barrel roll's out of the way. The Major gose for yet another slash, Jaune jumps over this one. The Major gets a punch on Jaune, causing him to roll back. Jaune immediately recovers and rushes at the Major with a jump. The Major hits him mid air. Jaune tumbles to the ground and get's right back up. Jaune checks his Scroll to see his aura in the red. He looks back up to see the Major let out a roar directed towards him. Jaune let's out a battle cry as him and the Ursa rush at each other, each going for the final blow. Pyrrha lifts up her hand as Jaune's shield can be seen moving up with a black aura around it. The Major's paw collides with Jaune's shield, sending Jaune to his knee. Jaune jumps up and cuts the Ursa Major's head clean off. Pyrrha opens her eyes and puts her hand down. "Wait, what?" (Y/N) says. "How did you..." Weiss asks confused. "Well, Ruby has her speed, (Y/N) has his memory, and you have your glyphs. My semblance is polarity" Pyrrha says. "Ah, you can control poles" Ruby says to herself. "No, you dunce! It means she has control over magnetism" Weiss corrects her teammate. "I mean... She can technically control poles" (Y/N) says as Weiss face palms. Pyrrha starts to walk away. "Shouldn't we tell them what happened?" (Y/N) asks. "We could. Or, perhaps, we could just keep it our little secret" Pyrrha replies. Pyrrha walks away as (Y/N) followes behind her, leaving Ruby and Weiss. Jaune sheaths his swords and holds his hand out to Cardin. Cardin takes Jaune's hand, Jaune helps him up. "Holy crap, Jaune?" Cardin says impressed. "Don't ever mess with my team, my... friends, ever again" Jaune says to Cardin in a serious tone of voice. "Got it?" Jaune says as the two stare at each other, before Jaune walks away.

((Later))

Jaune stands ontop of the building where all the dorms are, the same place him, Pyrrha and (Y/N) fought. "No Cardin tonight?" Pyrrha asks walking up beside Jaune. "Yeah, thought you two were, best buds or whatever" (Y/N) says walking up beside Pyrrha. "Pyrrha, (Y/N), I'm sorry. I was a jerk. You two were only trying to be nice and... I-I had all this stupid macho stuff in my head-" Jaune couldn't finish as Pyrrha interrupted him "Jaune. It's okay". The two smile at each other. "I think you're team misses their leader, ya know?" (Y/N) says. Pyrrha starts to walk to the door to the roof "You should come down. Ren made pancakes~ No syrup though, you can thank Nora for that. You can come too if you want (Y/N)" Pyrrha says while (Y/N) follows behind her. "Wait!" Jaune calls to the two. Pyrrha and (Y/N) turn around. "I know I don't deserve it after all that happened, but. Would you two still be willing to help me? To help me become a better fighter" Jaune asks. Pyrrha turns around and gains a smile on her face. She walks up to Jaune and pushes him down. "Hey!" Jaune whines. "Your stance is all wrong. You need to be wider and lower to the ground" Pyrrha says before helping Jaune up. "Let's try that again" Pyrrha says as the two smile at each other with the shattered moon shining down on them.
