Ruby's Pov

I was at the dust shop and all I could think about was YN. He left 3 years ago and hasn't come back since that day and it has had everyone in a gloomy mood.

??? "Excuse me are you alright?"

Ruby "Yea I'm fine."

I don't hear the voice anymore and I look behind me to see that no one is there soon people start coming in and tell me to raise my hands in the air and get down on my knees.

Ruby "Are you robbing me?"

YN's Pov 

I was running on the roofs 

and I got to a higher vantage point and I was looking down at the dust shop and I saw that someone had a weapon aimed at my little sister.

YN "Some motherfucker is going to die tonight."

Soon I then see someone break through the window and my sister then jumps out into the street she is then surrounded she knocks one of the guys down and I said.

YN "Time to make myself noticed."

I jump down and slam my bo staff into the ground aiming for the guys head and he dodged

 I land next to Ruby. One of the men knew me.

Man 1 "Deathstroke what is he doing here?"

Roman "What are you waiting for get them."

The men that tried attacking me ended up on the ground when I pulled out my bo staff and I started knocking them out with one hit to the skull. Ruby was doing great as well and then Roman says.

Roman "You were truly worth every cent."

 he went to fire something at us from his cane but I pulled my pistol out and shot him in the arm and he dropped his cane. I walked over to him and he was trying to run away so I shot him in the leg. He fell to the ground.

Roman "Please, don't do what I think your gonna do."

YN "Sorry but you chose the wrong place to rob."

I was about to put a bullet in his skull when I'm being held above the ground by a bubble kind of thing.

YN "What the hell?"

I turn around to see Glynda Goodwitch.

YN "You bitch I almost had him."

Goodwitch "You're coming with me as well as her."

Ruby was put in a bubble just like I was and we were then taken to some place where we were then interrogated.

Timeskip

Ozpin walks in.

Ozpin "Ruby Rose, You have silver eyes.

YN's mind 'Not creepy at all Ozpin'

Ozpin "And you YN Rose are quite the skillful fighter."

YN "Yeah and you're a fucking dick calling my name out like that."

Ozpin "I want to know where the two of you learned to fight like that."

Ruby "Signal."

YN "taught myself how to fight."

Ozpin was going on about how he knew only one person who used a scythe. Ruby had her mouth full of cookies and when she gave her answer but she then swallowed them and said.

Ruby "Sorry that's my uncle."

Ozpin "Now you two I would like to know if you two would like to join beacon academy?"

Ruby "I would like that a lot sir."

Ozpin "what about you Mr. Rose?"

I looked at Ruby and she was begging and giving me puppy dog eyes. Must ..........resist........damn it I can't.

YN "*Sigh* Alright fine."

Ozpin "Alright but Since your 19 years old you won't be a student. You sir are going to be a professor."

YN "Are you sure you want me to be a professor?"

Ozpin "Yes you will teach advanced combat class since you are highly skilled in combat."

Yn "Ok then I will see you tomorrow."

I shake his hand and I walk out I then hear.

Ruby "YN!"

I turn around and I feel weight on top of me and it was Ruby who was hugging me with all of her strength.

Ruby "I missed you so much so did everyone else."

YN "I told you guys I would be gone for three years."

Ruby "Yeah but you didn't say goodbye."

She started tearing up so I hugged her back and we stayed like that for a few minutes before letting go and she said.

Ruby "YN come home with me mom, dad, and Yang want to see as well as zwei."

YN "Your not going to let go until I say I'll go with you are you?"

Ruby "Please."

YN "Lets go."

She was happy and started dragging me and telling me about what she's been up to.

Timeskip to the house

I ended up taking my armor off and was in some normal clothes and we arrive at the house and Ruby goes in first and I hear.

Summer "Where have you been at I was worried sick."

Ruby "Now's not the time I got into beacon early and I met someone who we all know."

Tai "Who?"

Ruby "Come in."

I hesitate but I turn the knob and I walk in and I look at my parents and I see the shock on their face but my mother had tears running down her face.

Summer "YN is that you?"

She was coming closer and put a hand on my cheek and I said.

YN "Yes it's me mom."

I smiled and she hugs me tightly and my dad comes up and puts a hand on my shoulder and grips it tightly.

Yang "Whats going on?"

Yang comes in sight and when she spots me mom releases the hug on me and Yang says.

Yang "Big brother?"

YN "Hello little dragon."

She walks up to me and hugs me really tight and I return it.

Summer "Where have you been at YN?"

YN "I've been nowhere and everywhere."

we all sat down and started talking about what I've been doing as well as what they have been up to and I smiled knowing that I was home.

Ruby "YN's going to beacon too mom and check this out he won't be a student but he'll be a Professor."

Summer "This is great now I want the three of you to be in bed. You guys got a big day ahead of you tomorrow."

I shake my head side to side and i go upstairs only to go to my room only to hear a knock on my door. Ruby and Yang come in.

YN "What are you two doing in here?"

Yang "We wanted to sleep with you because we havent seen you in so long and also so that you don't sneak out like you did the last time you were here."

YN "Fine."

I got in the middle of my bed and the two ended up going on either sides of my bed and kissing my cheek and saying.

Ruby/Yang "Good night big brother."

YN "Good night Ruby and Yang."

We then went to sleep for tomorrow I go from being an assassin to a professor. I just hope that Ozpin knows I'm still going to do my assassinations and I won't be taking no shit from any of the students.
