A/N: While Weiss continued to get You and Ruby lost, Pyrrha and Jaune ran into some trouble of their own.

At the cliffs, Professor Ozpin was watching the students on his Scroll with Glynda Goodwitch up behind him, holding her own tablet.

Glynda: The last pair has been formed, sir.

She said looking at the screen with Nora and Ren.

Glynda: Nora Valkyrie and Lie Ren. Poor boy... I can't possibly imagine those two getting along. Still, he's probably better off than Miss Nikos.

She changed the screen on her tablet to where Jaune with Pyrrha.

Ozpin: Mmmm...

Glynda: I don't care what his transcripts say. That Jaune fellow is not ready for this level of combat. I guess we'll find out soon enough. At their current pace, they should reach the temple within just a few minutes.

She then turned to Ozpin.

Glynda: Speaking of which, what did you use as relics this year?

There was silence.

Glynda: Professor Ozpin?

Ozpin didn't answer as he watched his tablet with a contemplating interest as it showed the You and Ruby sitting in the grass and picking stray leaves together while Weiss was just waking in a random direction.

Weiss: It's definitely this way.

She stopped walking right and started walking left.

Weiss: I mean... this way! It's definitely this way.

She soon stopped in front of You and Ruby.

Weiss: Alright, it's official: We passed it.

Ruby: Weiss, why can't you just admit that you have no idea where we're going?

Weiss: Because I know exactly where we're going! We're going... to... the forest temple!

Ruby just sighed as you just face palmed.

Weiss: Oh, stop it! You don't know where we are, either!

Ruby: Well, at least I'm not pretending like I know everything.

(Y/N): And I actually know where we are, you just choose not to listen to me.

Weiss: What is that supposed to mean?

Ruby: It means you're a big, stupid jerk and I hate you!

(Y/N): Not to mention you have poor trust in others!

Weiss just sighed before turning around and walking in another direction.

Weiss: Just keep moving!

(Y/N): Oh yes, because that is working so well.

Ruby: Oh, just keep moving! Hurry up! Waaaah! Watch where you're going! Why are you so bossy?

Weiss: I'm not bossy! Don't say things like that!

Ruby: Stop treating me like a kid!

Weiss: Stop acting like a kid!

Ruby: Well, stop acting like you're perfect!

Weiss: I'm. Not. Perfect! Not yet... But I'm still leagues better than the both of you.

(Y/N): Who are you to say you're leagues better than someone if you don't even know them.....

(Meanwhile).

Yang had eventually met with Blake in the forest and they were currently out into a clearing that had the circular stone temple that held several black and gold objects.

Yang: Think this is it?

Blake gave Yang an incredulous look and headed down the hill, with yang following behind. They walked across the floor and observed the items on each pedestal, all which looked like chess pieces.

Blake: Chess pieces?

Yang: Some of them are missing. Looks like we weren't the first ones here.

Blake: Well, I guess we should pick one.

(Meanwhile)

iI another part of the forest, Jaune and Pyrrha were standing at the mouth of a dark cave. There were drawings on the side of the wall involving armed men against giant beasts.

Jaune: Think this is it?

The two walked inside the cave with Jaune holding a short, burning torch to light their way.

Pyrrha: I'm not sure this is it.

Jaune: Pyrrha, I made the torch. Could you at least humor me for, like, five more feet?

Jaune sighed before he then tripped on to the ground and the torch flies into a small puddle and went out. Leaving then in dark. That's when they feel something.

Pyrrha: Do you... feel that?

Jaune: Soul Crushing regret?

Pyrrha: No, it's... warm.

Back at the temple, Yang approached one of the relics.

Yang: Hmmmm...

She picked the one shaped as a horse. That being a Knight.

Yang: How about a cute little pony?

Blake: Sure.

The two walked the center of the temple floor.

Yang: That wasn't too hard!

Blake: Well, it's not like this place is very difficult to find.

Back in the cave, Jaune and Pyrrha continued onward through the cave until they see a large glowing point of gold right in front of them.

Jaune: That's the relic!

He slowly reached for it, but it moved away from him.

Jaune: Hey! Bad... relic!

he tried to get it again, but it moved away again. So, he then jumped and hung onto it as it raised him off the ground.

Jaune: Gotcha!

Pyrrha: Jaune...?

The glowing point lowered itself and jaune was dangling in front of glowing red lines and eyes of a scorpion Grimm known as a Death Stalker.

Jaune: 0_0.

Jaune screamed and it could he heard all the way from the temple. Yang and Blake heard the screaming.

Yang: Some girl is in trouble! Blake, did you hear that?

Blake didn't answer as she stared at something in the sky.

Back at the cave entrance, Pyrrha rushed out right before the Death Stalker crashed through the hole with Jaune hanging from the stinger.

Jaune: Help! Pyrrha! He...e...e...elp! Pyrrha, this is not the relic! It's not! Do something!

Pyrrha: Jaune! Whatever you do, don't let....

Before she could finish, the Grimm hurled its tail back and launched Jaune across the forest as she watched in dismay.

Pyrrha: ... Go.

She turned back to the Death Stalker as it had started to snap its claws at her.

Pyrrha:........

She turned the other way and rushed off through a brush of trees with the large black and white arthropod chasing after her.

(Meanwhile).

You, Weiss ans Ruby all heard the screaming from before. With you and Ruby being the only ones paying attention to the problem.

(Y/N): Okay, we all heard, that right?

Ruby: Yeah, it sounded like a girl was screaming.

Weiss: Like I have any reason to care.

(Y/N): of course, you would, you ice witch.

Weiss: Big words coming from a slimy space lizard.

(Y/N): Big words coming from a wanna be barbie doll.

Weiss: Grrrrrr!!!

You then heard the screaming getting closer. You looked up and saw Jaune flying while screaming.

(Y/N): Again?!

You flew up and caught Jaune before he could fall.

(Y/N): Hey.

Jaune: Thanks for the help. I thought I had it there for a second.

(Y/N): well I guess you were lucky I was here then, weren't you?

Jaune: Uh yeah.

(Y/N): So, I guess you got out of the tree on your own.

Jaune: What? Oh uh....... yeah. Totally. 😅

(Y/N): ..........You got help from the red head girl, didn't you?

Jaune: Yeah....

(Y/N): Okay, let's go find her then.

Jaune: Yeah, it's probably a good idea.

You started to fly in the direction where you sensed Pyrrha was at.

(Y/N): Plus, if we don't hurry, the more I carry you, people, might try getting the wrong idea with how I'm holding you.

Jaune: Wait what?

(Y/N): Oh nothing.
