hello again happy wednesday~ this is a cover made for my friend's story, Izoven: Song of Fire (which you should all check out btw!!) I tried for a more realistic book cover conveying that sort of fantasy element. the key in the middle is surrounded by whirls of fire, which I composed and edited to look like it's absorbing the key.

on another note, I move into my new apartment soon! super excited!

About the Story:

When 21-year-old Emery Wright's therapist refuses to let her retake the police psych exam, she sees herself obligated to face her past and visit her old family home in Bellenau-a town famous for its mystery and secrets. 

Her investigation leads her to unearth an old family mystery, her birthright to protect a gateway to Izoven: The Land of the Eternal. If that wasn't enough, a mysterious boy is hellbent on obtaining the gateway to avenge his father, even if it means destroying Emery in the process. 

Will Emery be able to protect the key and destroy the prodigal son? Or will her journey lead her astray, losing her own self?
