Malia's P.O.V.

"If you guys never would have brought him here, this never would've happened. What were you thinking?!" Mal asked.

"He was gonna come with our without us. We just wanted to protect him." Evie explained.

"Yeah, and we completely blew it, guys." Carlos added.

"FYI, he walked off when he could've stayed, but no, he completely forgets he's well known and an easy target." Hallie added.

"Seriously, Hal? Now's not the time." I told her as she scoffed.

"Also, why are you two here? It's dangerous." she told Melanie and Janessa.

"Visiting old friends and we wanted to help." Janessa replied as Melanie nodded.

"Okay. Okay. So, what do we do?" Jay asked.

"We are not doing anything. This is between Uma and me. And she's a punk and guess what? Now, I have to go get him." Mal explained as she got her jacket.

"Hold on, Mal. You still have to go through my brother and his war friends." Hallie explained.

"Yeah, you're gonna need us." Jay said as he took my hand.

"Uma said to come alone." the purple-haired girl told us. "Mal, come on." Evie and I pleaded.

"She said to come alone. I know one thing. I'm not going anywhere." Carlos added as he sat on the couch.

"We'll be here when you get back." Jay reassured her.

Mal gave us one last look before she noticed my ring. She smiled at us. "Congratulations." she said as she gave us a quick hug and left.

It was then Jay led me to the couch, where he set me on his lap and basically cuddled me.

"So, how did it go with Hades?" he asked.

"It went good. I told him about the engagement and he was more than accepting. Sometimes I wish he was my dad." I explained.

It was then I saw Evie stiffen up as she looked away. Weird.

"If you all don't mind, I need to go pay my folks a visit." Hallie explained as she stood up from the couch.

"What If Uma kidnaps you?" Carlos asked her.

"Relax. I'm going to the Jolly Roger. That's where my family practically live, you know. Plus, Uma can't touch me since her first mate is my brother and it would cause trouble for them." my best friend replied as she walked out.

"We're going to scout the area." Melanie said as she grabbed Janessa's hand and led her out.

Jay began playing with my fingers and I smiled as I kissed his cheek. "We need some alone time once this is all settled." I said.

"Tell me about it. We should go somewhere after the wedding." I added.

"Any ideas on where you want to go?" Evie asked.

"We were thinking maybe to the Caribbean or Neverland." I explained. She hummed before slapping her hands together. "Both sound amazing, but we'll go over it once this is settled."

Jay and I smiled before I lay my head on his shoulder as we waited for my sister to come back.

After almost not even close to half and hour, she came back with a look of disappointment on her face.

"Sis, where's Ben?" I asked as Jay and I stood up.

"Uma and I had an arm wrestling and she made me lose my focus. How? By saying if we want to get Ben back, for me to bring and give her the magic wand." Mal explained.

"There's no way we're giving Uma the wand. We can't just let her destroy Auradon." Evie protested.

"If Uma doesn't get the wand, then Ben is toast." Carlos added.

"Great. So we're gonna give Uma of all people the wand?" I asked as we all began basically talking over each other.

"Wait, you guys!" Mal exclaimed as she looked at Carlos. "Your 3D printer."

"A phony wand. Up my sleeve." he agreed.

"But, the second Uma tests it out, she'll know it's fake." Evie added. "Okay, so we just get Ben out really fast. We need some kind of diversion." my sister explained.

"Smoke bombs." Jay blurted out, Mal pointing to him in agreement.

"That's perfect. I can get the chemicals I need from Lady Tremaine's place. That could work." the daughter of Evil Queen said.

"By the way, I'm loving this hair." I said as I walked over to my sister and took a strand of her hair in my hand.

"Evil Stepmom seriously stepped up her game." Evie added. "Okay, you wanna know something? Dizzy did this." Mal said.

"Little Dizzy? Shut up." Evie told her. "She did an amazing job." I replied.

"I know right? I'm like loving it. It's like a lot lighter." my sister told us.

"I'm really proud of her." Evie said.

We heard someone clear their throat followed by a "Hello?".

"Okay. Carlos, Malia, Jay. You meet us at Pirate's Bay no later than noon. And you guys, losing? Not an option. 'Cause we're rotten..." Mal started.

"...to the core." we all finished. "Let's do this." Evie said.

I turned to Jay and gave him a long, sweet kiss before we went off with Carlos to go back to Auradon.

We got inside the limo and drove off with me opening the barrier and driving to the school.

We got there in no time and parked the vehicle before getting out and getting inside the building quietly.

"Hey, buddy." I said as I saw Dude walk up to us in the hallway. I scratched his head before Carlos picked him up. "Sorry I'm late, Dude. Ben got captured."

Suddenly, Jay stopped him. "Why's our door open?"

The three of us walked into the room and saw none other than Chad using Carlos' printer.

"You've got to be kidding me." my friend spoke up. Chad jumped up and stopped the printer. "Or not."

"Go on, Dude." Carlos told the dog as he let him go. He then held his hand out and Chad gave him the key.

"What is that?" I asked.

"Oh, it's a little Chad action figure." he explained, imitating a revving noise. "Well, minus the head."

"Sounds like an improvement. Excuse me." Carlos said as the three of us walked to the printer. "Alright. Here we go." he told us as he began using a picture of Fairy Godmother's wand.

"Why are you guys making Fairy Godmother's wand? Chad asked, making us jump.

"Why are we making Fairy Godmother's wand?" Carlos asked. "Because um.." Jay started.

"Ben's been captured!"

Really, Dude?

"What? Dude can talk?" Chad asked. "I was stalling!" Carlos told the dog. "I thought your forgot." Dude replied.

"Don't tell anybody. Ben's life depends on it." I told Chad.

"Really? So if something were to happen, you know?" he asked.

"Something bad, really?" Jay asked.

"God forbid. But if something were to happen, who do you think would be in line to become king?" Chad asked.

"Is it me or is that really poor taste?" I said.

Chad huffed before picking up his toy. "I'm taking this." He exited the room. "And if you think I-"

I cut him off my slamming the door shut. "Thank you, Malia." Carlos told me. "Yes." I said as Jay held my hand and kissed it as Carlos went to work.

"We're gonna make it, baby." he told me.

"I hope so." I replied as I wrapped an arm around him and his went around my shoulders.
