A/N: I'm going to write two date chapters. This being Malia and Jay's and the other one being a couple that we already know.

Malia's P.O.V.

I was currently in Art class, which was my last class, with Mal. She was painting a drawing of a black and purple dragon with green fire around it.

I, on the other hand, was painting the symbol from the back of Jay's leather vest, which was his cobra.

Oh, Jay. The boy is so dreamy, I get lost in him.

"Oh, Jay. I don't know what I'd be without you." I said.

Just then, Mal flicked my ear.

"Ow. Mal, what was that for?" I asked her.

"Snap out of it, Malia!" she whispered/yelled.

"I can't seem to. Jay is so dreamy, gorgeous, muscular, oh, my..." I got cut off as I felt something inside my mouth.

I looked and saw a brownie. "Just eat it." she said to me.

I took a bite and began eating it.

Wow, she knows how to bake really well.

Suddenly, I began coughing and suddenly felt my head spinning.

When all was gone, I looked at Mal.

"Mal, what just happened?" I asked her.

"Well, Jay gave you a sample of the love potion I used to spell Ben and gave it to you through a cookie. What I gave you was an anti-love spell." she explained.

"Man, that guy." I said.

*After Art Class*

I went to my locker and did the combination on it.

Mal would've been with me, but she had a date with Ben. I opened it, I saw a paper fly out of it.

Curious, I picked it up and opened it. My heart warmed up at what it said.

"Dear Malia,

I am so sorry for what I did to you. I never should have given you that enchanted cookie in the first place. I took the beatings from your sister and Hallie as punishment. I want to make it up to you. Will you accept my apology by going out on a date with me after school at 7:00?

I smiled before I closed my locker and quickly looked for Evie and Hallie. I eventually found them, along with Lonnie.

"Jay just asked me out on a date." I told them.

Lonnie widened her eyes, Hallie groaned, and Evie squealed in happiness.

"Oh, my gosh! I'm helping you get ready! I might need somebody else to help me, since we have ALOT of work to do!" she chirped, jumping up and down.

"Easy, Evie. It's only 5:00. Hallie told her.

I put all my books in my locker and I followed the girls to the dorms, where Evie sat me down as she went through her closet and grabbed some green cloth.

Lonnie and Hallie were just standing as Evie began working on her sewing machine.

About An hour and a half later, she was done.

"Here you go, Malia! Try it on!" she chirped as she handed me a green dress that would stop my my knees.

I went to the bathroom and changed out of my comfortable, tight clothes into the dress.

It felt roomy and cool. I got out and all the girls gasped.

"Wow, Malia. That dress looks beautiful on you." Lonnie said.

"Indeed." Hallie told me.

"Now, time for makeup and hair." Evie said.

"I'll do her hair." Lonnie said.

"I'll pick out the shoes and jacket." Hallie said.

Evie sat me down in front of her on a chair and I saw her take out her make-up bag.

She got everything prepared while Lonnie plugged in a curling iron.

"Close your eyes." Evie ordered.

I sighed and did as she told before I felt her hands on my face and Lonnie's toying with my hair.

"So, did he tell you where you both are going?" Lonnie asked.

"No. He just asked if I wanted to go out on a date with him. That's pretty much it." I explained.

"Malia, do you ever think that he's doing this because he likes you?" Hallie asked.

"I like him. But I'm not fully sure he likes me back." I explained.

"Don't worry, I'm sure he does. I have seen the way he looks at you. He does like you." Lonnie said. I smiled at her words.

"By the way, Hallie, how are things with you and Shane?" Lonnie asked.

"What?" Evie asked.

"Oh yeah, Shane asked me to be his girlfriend. He's really sweet." she explained.

"Did he ask you on a date or something?" I asked her.

"Pretty much." she replied.

"Okay, We'll get you ready when Malia leaves with Jay." Lonnie said.

After about 30 minutes, I felt the girl's hands leave my face.

"Done." Evie said

"You can look now." I opened my eyes and gasped at my reflection.

My hair was in beautiful curls with a braid that made it look like a braid. My makeup consisted of blush, mascara, and light lipstick. I looked natural. I actually liked my natural look other than my dark makeup. I felt more lighter than before.

"We decided to give you a natural makeover and take a break from that dark makeup. Besides, you look more gorgeous natural." Lonnie told me.

"I'd really hate to say this, but I agree." Hallie said.

"I really don't care as long as she has some enhanced features for a date." the daughter of Evil Queen told them.

"However, you still need to look a little edgy, so here. Found these in your closet." Evie said as she handed me black combat boots.

I put them on and I stood up.

"Awesome. Here, take this bracelet too." the bluenette told me as she put on my left wrist, a metal stud cuff bracelet.

"Now, go check yourself out."

I walked to the stand-up mirror and gasped as I saw myself in my full outfit. I laughed a bit and the girls came over.

"I look..."

"Go ahead, Malia. Say it." Lonnie said.

"Beautiful and not hideous." I said.

"Not even close." Evie told me.

The girls smiled as I heard a knock on the door.

I went over and opened it, revealing Jay in a dark marron button up long sleeve shirt with his hair pulled back.

"Wow, Malia. You look gorgeous." he said. I chuckled and smiled.

"Ready to go?" he asked.

I nodded and waved to the girls before following Jay outside of the dorms and he was taking me somewhere.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"Ben helped me out." he said as he stopped and I saw two horses there with saddles and bridles.

One of them was a dark brown, muscular horse with a black mane and tail and the other one was Eclipse.

"Hi, girl." I told her as we walked over to the horses. She nudged my cheek and I giggled.

"You two are really close, huh?" he asked.

"Yeah. She's become like my best friend." I told him.

He helped me on Eclipse and I put on my helmet and he got on his horse, who I learned his name was Kaiser.

Jay put in his helmet too and we were off.

After about 15 minutes, we ended up in the middle of nowhere. I was puzzled as Jay stopped Kaiser and got off.

"Um, Jay? What are we doing?" I asked him.

"Just follow me and close your eyes." he said as I got off Eclipse and closed me eyes.

I felt myself being carried bridal style and I just kept getting curiouser and curiouser every second. Where was Jay taking me?

Soon, I felt myself being put down.

"Open." I heard Jay say.

I found myself looking at a really beautiful picnic in a meadow and a waterfall/lake there. I gasped as I looked at Jay.

"This is sweet." I told him as we went to the picnic and sat down.

I saw all the delicious looking food and treats there.

*5 Minutes Later*

The food was good, especially the chocolate covered strawberries that Jay brought. They were so delicious to the point I had three in less than 30 seconds.

"You know, I've been thinking. I have never known what love felt like. That is until Ben explained what it was." I explained.

Jay looked at me with a smile.

"I guess what I'm trying to say is, I love you, Jay. I care about you. When I'm with you, I feel safe and secure. I worry about you at times. I love you, Jay." I explained to him.

He smiled as he stood up and held his hand out, which I took and slowly got up.

Jay: Living in my own world. Didn't understand. That anything can happen. When you take a chance.

Malia: I've never believed in what I couldn't see. I've never opened my heart to all the possibilities. Oooh.

Both: I know

Malia: That something has changed.

Both: Never felt this way.

Malia: And right here tonight.

Both: This could be the start of something new. It feels so right to be here with you. Oh. And now, looking in your eyes, I feel in my heart. The start of something new.

Jay: Now, who'd ever thought that...oh

Both: We'd both be here tonight...yeah

Malia: Oh yeah, and the world looks so much brighter

Jay: Brighter, brighter

Malia: Oh, with you by my side

Jay: By my side

Both: I know that something has changed. Never felt this way.

Malia: Oh, I know it for real

Both: This could be the start of something new. It feels so right to be here with you. Oh. And now, looking in your eyes, I feel in my heart. The start of something new.

Jay: I never knew that it could happen 'til it happened to me. Ohhh, yeah.

Both: I didn't know it before

Malia: But now it's easy to see

Both: Ohhhhh

Both: It's the start of something new. It feels so right to be here with you. Oh. And now, looking in your eyes, I feel in my heart. That it's the start of something new. It feels so right to be here with you. Oh. It fells so right

Jay: So right...oh

Malia: To be here with you...oh

Both: And now

Malia: Lookin' in your eyes

Jay: Lookin' in your eyes

Jay and I looked into each other's eyes and I smiled as he leaned in as did I and next thing you know..........

Our lips collided in a heartwarming kiss.

This was the best date ever.
