The Day of the Days. Here it is. All or nothing. Life or Death. Okay I should stop this :DDDD

I was so freaking busy and still am. This is so annoying. I wanted Term 3 to be finished on Wednesday but suprise .... it didn't work out. And then the tragedy with Fizzy happened and I didn't feel like writing at all. I'm still in shock and don't know how to handle that. But if you guys need someone to talk about it then I'm here for you anytime <3

Sunday morning Zayn and Liam were sitting at the breakfast table with Zayn's mother and sister. The two women were chatting happily with Liam while Zayn was silently watching them. It was the first time in forever that they were all sitting together like this. That the reason behind all this was pretty sad clouded his mood. He didn't even hear a thing they were saying. He just watched them and to him it all seemed like they moved in a sad slow motion. He felt like this was a farewell they didn't knew about. Maybe it was. 

Zayn's thoughts drifted off to Harry and Louis. They had told them in the early morning that their parents knew everything now and supported them completely. This made this day a little bit different for them. Zayn wasn't sure if he should ever tell his mother but maybe there wasn't the possibility any more after tonight. Then  would be gone and his mother had no idea why. Looking at his beaming sister talking with Liam and his overly happy mother he decided on not telling them. They were so happy right now and he didn't want to worry them. Maybe everything would turn out good. 

Half of the day they spent all together. They watched some weird show on the television making them all laugh like crazy. After that they watched a Disney movie for Zayn's sister and Liam of course. It felt amazing to Zaynjust spending time with the people he loved more than anything. He should have done that more often. His mother next to him with his sister commenting on the movie and Liam contradicting her just because he could while having Zayn in his arms was the most perfect thing in the world. 

Later Zayn squished his sister tightly in his arms like his life dependent on it. She was complaining and lastly breaking free but he needed that. Maybe it was the last time he would do this. After that he helped his mother in the kitchen, taking ehr by suprise, and at the end hugged her for a very long time. He felt the tears burning in his eyes but held them back. He loved her so much and didn't want to think about losing her forever. 

"Is everything okay, darling?" asked Zayn's mother worriedly. 

"Everything's perfect. I just want you to know that I love you, Mom" answered Zayn with a heavy heart.

"I love you too, baby" she kissed his forehead. 

Quickly he made his way upstairs where Liam was waiting for him. He lay donw next to him in the bed and snuggled up to him. They lay there in silence just enjoying each other's company. But the more time passed the more Zayn wanted to cry his heart out. Liam sensed that and pulled him even closer to his chest. 

"Everything will be alright. I'm sure" said Liam softly and kissedn Zayn's temple. 

The Tomlinson's and the Style's were all gathered in the Tomlinson's house. They were spending some quality time together but Louis just knew why their parents did that. They probably didn't believe them the part where they were telling them there was no reason to be worried and everything would be alright after tonight. This all felt like a bittersweet farewell planned by their parents without telling anyone about it. 

"That's not a real world" exclaimed Fizzy loudly. 

"Oh but it is" protested Louis stubbornly. They were playing scrabble and Louis was NOT about to loose. 

"Vibey is not a word. Harry tell him" faced Lottie Harry expactingly.

"Well, my young Lady's. It is a word so it counts" announced Harry cheekily. 

"Biased" grumbled Fizzy under her breath. 

"Girl's be nice to your brother" scolded Jay her daughter's. 

"But he's cheating" crossed Fizzy her arms over her chest. 

"No he's not. It's a word. Now go on" waved Jay the matter off. 

"Yeah, it's a word. Get over it" grinned Louis cheekily. 

"You're still losing, dearest brother" batted Lottie innocently her eyelashes. 

"You're evil" shot Louis back. 

In the end Louis really lost but neither of the girls won. Harry did and that was like Louis won too, so ha. 

Later they all watched a movie together and ate a meal cooked by Harry and Anne. It was delicious. They needed days like this more. Hopefully there were more to come. 

"Sooo, how about we leave now and go over to Anne's like planned?" clapped Jay in her hands. 

"Yeahi. Can we play in the garden, please?" begged the twins hopefully. 

"Sure, loves" allowed Anne them. 

"C'mon lovebirds, move your lazy asses" slapped Lottie Louis' head. 

"Ouch, Lots, why?" exclaimed Louis. 

"Don't be such a pussy" flipped Lottie him off. 

"Ey, be nice to my man or you will regret it" glared Harry at her. 

"Gosh, you're so married" rolled Lottie her eyes. 

"Then make YOUR man stand up. We're not waiting for you" emphasied Fizzy stronlgy the your part. 

"We're not coming with you" informed Harry them thoughtlessly. 

"Why?" frowned Fizzy. 

"Because you're very mean" poked Louis his tongue out at her like a little child.

"They have to work on their Drama Exam. Without us. So don't bother them even more" explained Jay to them with a certain look over to Louis. 

"Oh really?" smirked Lottie at them nastily. 

"Yeah really. Unlike you I care about school".

"Since when?". 

"Enough you two. Let's go get ready" shushed Jay them. 

"Bye bye LouLou" came Daisy over to him with a bright smile. 

"Bye my little flower. See you in the morning" stood Louis up, picked her up and poked her nose, making her giggle. 

"Hey, what about me?" pouted Phoebe cutely. 

"I could never forget you, my little fairy" picked Louis her up to and kissed her cheek. 

"So, my flower fairies, come over to me. I'll bring you out with Robin" took Harry both of the girls in his arms and walked over to the door.

"Bye losers" saluted Lottie jokingly. 

"Wait" held Louis her back suddenly. 

She stopped abruptly and looked confusedly at him. He just run over to him and pulled her into a big hug. He pulled Fizzy in too as she walked by. He needed to do this because it could be the last time he was able to do it. 

"You're a weirdo but I love you too" patted Lottie his back. 

"I love you two. Never forget that" whispered Louis emotionally. 

"I love you too, Louis" whispered Fizzy back.

At the same time Harry was standing outside, watching Robin go ahead with the twins. They had said there goodbyes too and he felt the need to cry. This was all too much for him to handle. 

"Harry my dear, enjoy your time together" appeared Anne next to him. 

"We will" turned Harry around to her.

Without a word they fell into each other's arms and hugged each other very closely. Harry could feel some tears falling from his eyes. He buried his face deep in his mother's neck and felt her stroking his back gently. 

"I love you, darling. Please, be careful" whispered Anne with a shaky voice. 

"I love you too, Mom and I will, I promise" answered Harry barely audible. 

Meanwhile Lottie and Fizzy were wating at the door for Jay to finally be ready to go. She was taking her stuff and walked over to Louis with a sad smile. 

"I know what you want to say, Mom. I'll be as careful as possible but we have to do this" said Louis before his Mom could say anything.  

"I know, sweetheart" sighed Jay and hugged Louis closely. "I just wish this wouldn't feel like a farewell". 

"It won't be. We'll see each other in the morning" tried Louis to sound hopefull. 

"Never forget that I love you with all my heart, Boobear" sniffled Jay sadly. 

"I love you too, Mom, and always will. It will always be the Two of us" let Louis escape a single tear. (writing this crashed my heart :( ).  

They broke apart from the hug and Jay just looked at her son with all the love for him reflecting in her eyes. She put a hand onhis cheek and caressed it with her thumb while smiling sadly but lovingly at him. She leaned closer and pressed a soft kiss to his foredead before letting him go. 

Louis looked after her with a heavy heart and sighed to himself. This was really hard. He walked closer to the door as Harry came back in. Jay walked out but not without hugging him too. Fizzy and Lottie followed her but looked back at the boys once more.

"Bye you two lovebirds. Don't miss us too much" joked Fizzy. 

"Oh and use protection" shouted Lottie before she closed the door. 

"Just unbelievable" shook Louis his head amused. 

"Yeah, as if we would do this anyway" snorted Harry. 

"What? Having Sex or having Sex without protection?" wiggled Louis his eyebrows at him. 

"Both" shrugged Harry before he pulled Louis closer by the waist. 

They leaned in closer until their lips met. Softly they moved their lips against each other in sync and filled their hearts with love. They walked upstairs and lay down on the bed. They snuggled close together and continued kissing each other gently while laying in each other's arms. Louis had one of his hands on Harry's chest and the other one buried in Harry's hair while Harry's hands lay gently on Louis' bum or back, moving slowly up and down. 

After a while of them lovingly making out Harry pulled Louis more on top of him and cupped his face between his hands so they leaned their foreheads against each other, still with closed eyes.

"We did, but what if this is really our last day together? We don't know what might happen if the plan does't work out tonight. I love you, Louis and I want to remember this day forever. "Me too, Haz, but I don't want to think about this maybe being our last day and our last time. I don't want it to be sad" voiced Louis concern. 

"But it is and we have to make the best out of it. Living like there's no tomorrow". 

"I love you so much, Hazza. And I don't wanna be without you" confessed Louis with tears in his eyes. 

"I love you, too Lou" replied Harry and closed the little gap between them. 

They kissed each other passionately while fighting back those tears brimming in their eyes. Harry moved his hands underneath Louis' shirt and roamed his back gently. Louis broke away from the kiss and took his shirt off and Harry followed his move. Louis took everything in, every inch of Harry, every little detail. From his cute dimples to his four nipples and of course those gorgeous green eyes. He just took him in completely to remember everything.

They snuggled closer together and decided to take a short nap before they had to get up again to fulfill their plan. When Harry was sound asleep Louis was still awake and admired his boyfriend. Niall were sitting on a bench near the water and was looking into the distance. He had just said goodbye to his mother before left for work and Niall felt like was never seeing her again. He just hoped he was wrong with that. Now he was waiting for Hailee to join him. They decided to meet up. They both knew they needed to talk and Niall thought it was best  he did it before he maybe wouldn't be able to do it any more. Better clear the air up now. 

"Hi Niall, everything alright?" greeted Hailee him and noticed his sadness immediately. 

"Yeah, all good. I'm glad you're here now" greeted Niall back. 

"Where else should I be?" nudged Hailee his shoulder as she sat down. 

"It looks so peaceful" sighed Niall dreamily, looking at the water. 

"Totally at ease" added Hailee. 

For a few minutes they just sat there in silence and watched the waves and the wind being a perfect team. Moments like this were rare and Niall wanted to remember it forever. 

"Sooo, you said you wanted to talk" broke Hailee the silence. 

"Yeah I did, I mean I want to ...um....Look we know each other for a while now and I really like you and um... you're a really great person, amazing even.... I er...um" stumbled Niall over his words awkwardly. 

"Relax Niall, don't stress yourself so much. I know what you're trying to say" calmed Hailee him down. 

"Really?" looked Niall suprised at her. 

"How could I not? Look, we kissed and it was amazing and it definitely changed something in that moment and we decided to try and look where this would lead us. I mean we really tried and I really like you. You're important to me" faced Hailee him. 

"You're important to me too" stated Niall. 

"But we've missed it" added Hailee. 

"What?" asked Niall confused. 

"It was something there after the kiss. We had the chance but we missed it. We wissed our moment, our chance to be together. We're not meant to be a couple. We're friends, goo friends but not more. There was a spark but we let it go we both know it. You know it as much as I do, Niall. We both like someone else, even if none of us want to admit it because it's wrong but still we do. We can't change it. We tried and now we know we're meant to be friends" explained Hailee what she meant. 

"You're totally right, Haiz. I really love you for that. You're very smart and a very good friend. The best friend in the whole wide world and I never want you not to be in my life but you're right. We're just not meant to be. We missed it" agreed Niall with her, totally stunned. 

"So friends as always?" asked Hailee with a smile. 

"Best friends like always" nodded Niall at her. 

They hugged each other closely and were just happy everything was cleared up now and good between them. They needed each other in their lifes and were glad nothing has changed. 

"So, you really like Camila, huh?" asked Niall curiously. 

"I don't want to admit it to myself but I think I do. This is horrible. She's my best friend and as far as I know straight. Well, I thought I was too but here I am now" confessed Hailee with a sigh. 

"I'm not so sure about that. I saw the way you look at each other and let me tell you, that's not friendshippy" told Niall her. 

"Friendshipp? You're definitely Louis' friend" laughed Hailee.

"Hey, I'm harmless. You should hear Harry talk sometimes. Such lovebirds" protested Niall. 

"Well, you are what you eat" shrugged Hailee grinningly. 

"Very true" winked Niall at her. 

"And do you wanna eat a certain someone?" nudged Hailee Niall's ribs with her elbow. 

"Do I want to know who you are talking about?" raised Niall an eyebrow at her. 

"Dear little Shawnie, who else?" grinned Hailee. 

"Shawn? Ha, good joke. I don't like Shawn like that. I don't like him in general. He's mean, arrogant, self centered, funny, brave, handsome....".

"Well, sounds like you really hate him" cut Hailee him off. 

"He is an idiot who I hate wholeheartedly" stated Niall stubbornly. 

"If you say so". 

"I do" snorted Niall. 

"Well, good then. I mean he probably likes Camila anyway" said Hailee. 

"He doesn't like Camila like that. He didn't even look at her when we were al out together. He was with me all the time" contradicted Niall. 

"Sure you don't like him?" asked Hailee knowingly. 

"Can you stop asking that? What is there to like? His dumb pretty face? Those annoyingly beautiful brown eyes? That ugly smile that makes me smile?...... I mean he doesn't make me smile of course. That's ridiculous. He's not that funny or awesome. He thinks he is but he's not. No, not at all" tried Niall to sound convincing but failed miserably. 

"Who are you trying to convince here? Me or yourself?" questioned Hailee understandingly. 

"I can't like him, okay? I just can't. It's Shawn we're talking about. My friends hate him and for good reasons. Harry would never look at me again in his whole life. I just can't like him and can't keep talking to him" exploded Niall. 

"Niall, I know it's hard but you have to stop fighting against it. It will just hurt you even more. If you like him for real, you're friends have to accept that and not judge you for it. Talk with them and explain everything. You'll see it will help in the end. Liking Shawn is not a sin or a bad thing. It's human" adviced Hailee him. 

"How are you only 17?" questioned Niall with a chuckle. 

"I know, I'm amazing" threw Hailee her hair back. 

"Yes, you are. Thank you, Haiz. You're always there when I need you" smiled Niall thankfully at her. 

"No problem. You're there for me too. We just have each other's backs" smiled Hailee back at him.

"Always and forever" hugged Niall Hailee again. 

"I should head home. It's getting late. You're okay?" informed Hailee Niall. 

"Yeah, I have to go to. My mother is waiting for me" lied Niall.

"Well, see you in school then" waved Hailee at him and then walked away. 

Niall sighed heavily to himself as he watched he walk away. Hopefully he would see her tomorrow in school. He wanted to make it out alive tonight more than ever. He stood up and slowly walked to the place where they would all meet up. He considered texting Shawn but he wasn't sure on what to say. How could you say a possible goodbye without giving it away for the case everything would be okay? Niall had no idea. He searched for his phone and opened Shawn's contact on the screen. He hesitated for a second but then tiped in his message. Without readint it over he clicked on send, put it away and walked ahead to his friends and their mission for tonight. 

To Shawn: 

"No matter what other people say, never change who you are. Don't let Aidan, Xander or you Dad put you down for who you really are. Stay true to yourself, Shawn. You're a great friend and a great person as you are, never forget that. And please always remember that I believe in you, no matter if I'm there or not. Keep that in mind, Shawn. You and me". 

The ocean lay silently in front of their feet. With a steady breathing they all stared into the scary distance. There were no words needed. All of them thought the same thing. This could be their last normal moment together. 

"You sure I shouldn't accompany you?" asked Liam very scared for his friends. 

"More than sure. In the end it's not your battle. Stay here out of it. Save" assured Zayn him. 

"Okay, but please be careful guys. I don't know what I'd do without you" pleaded Liam tearfully. 

"We promise" smiled Louis sadly at him. 

"God damn it" cursed Liam before he hugged Harry tightly. 

"See you in the morning" mumbled Harry into Liam's ear. 

"I'll take you at your word" answered Liam seriously. 

"Lima, don't be such a pussy" joked Niall, but a tear rolled down his cheek. 

"You stupid little leprechaun" shot Liam back and pulled Niall close to him. 

After they broke apart Liam turned around to Louis who was already looking at him with tears in his eyes. Wordlessly they fell into each others arms. "I need you to come back, Tommo. I really need you, my brother". 

"I need you too, Lima Bean. You're my brother" whispered Louis back. 

Louis kissed Liam's cheek and then let him go. He walked over to Harry and pulled him close. Liam went over to Zayn. He took both of his Zayn's hands in his own and looked into his eyes deeply. 

"Li, if I don't make it. If I don't come back I....". 

"You will come back. You will come back to me. I know it" cut Liam him off. 

"But if not I want you to know that I love you, Li" confessed Zayn to him. 

"Really?" asked Liam in shock. 

"Yeah really. I know it's not the best moment but I want you to know just in case I'll never have the chance again to tell you. I really love you, Li" confirmed Zayn honestly. 

"I love you too, Z" smiled Liam with tears streaming down his face. 

With that they kissed each other with all the love they had for each other. Niall died in the background and Harry and Louis had to bring him back to life. But it was really hard. 

Afte their farewell from Liam the four boys dived into the water for maybe the last time and swam all together into the direction of Mako Island. But not to the underwater entrance, no they swam to the shore and crawled to the beach. Harry dried them off and they just looked around. It felt like forever since they stranded here for the very first time. Everything was so different back then. They weren't friends, they had other dreams, other lives but now they were here together and it felt like the first time. 

They stood in front of the forest, remembering how Zayn was too afraid to walk in there and h bitchy Harry was about it, before they walked in. They took exactly the same way as the first time until they reached the rocks by the water. For a while they just stayed there and admired the view. It was magical. Then they slid down into the cave without breaking a bone and followed the tunnel until they were standing in front of the Moon Pool. Dr. T's stuff was almost completely gone and no sign of her ever being there was left. It was too obvious what she was trying to do. They didn't believe she gave up for once second. They looked up the opening and saw the moon was almost directly over the volcano. It was about time. 

"Funny, I thought this would last forever" broke Niall the silence. 

"Never thought I would say this but I wish it would" admitted Zayn. 

"What will you miss, boys? I'll miss the surfing without a board" asked Harry curiously.

"I'll miss swimming with dolphins. That was amazing" sighed Zayn. 

"I'll miss how I could do with water whatever I wanted. That was pretty great" added Louis. 

"And I how cool everything was" summed Niall up. 

Suddenly the water of the Moon Pool bubbled near the underwater entrance. Startled the boys moved a few steps back. This wasn't then Full Moon so their plan had worked til this part. Now the most important thing was focus and speed. 

Out of the dark of the water Dr. Teasdale and two men appeared in full diving equipment. The boys moved more steps back when they climbed out of the Moon Pool. One of the men on each side of the Moon Pool and Dr. T in the middle. 

"Stay right where you are. We don't wanna have to hurt you" warned Dr. Teasdale them. 

"I wish we could say the same" shot Harry back angrily. 

Louis fastly strechted out his arm and moved his hand in small circles. The water of the Moon Pool grew into the air like tentacle. Then he pushed his arm hard forward and the water reacted to it. It splashed hard on one of the man and threw him against one of the stone walls. 

The other man tried to run over to them but Zayn was faster. He held his hand out and froze all the water that was dripping down from him because he just came out of the water. The man stumbled back, trying to get rid of the ice but he fell down as everything was frozen. Then they all four turned around to Dr. Teasdale, who was pretty shocked, and held their hands out to her. 

"Enough..... Okay" held Dr. T them back. "I want you boys to consider an offer". 

"It's too late" informed Niall her unimpressed. 

In that very moment the Full Moon appeared right over the Moon Pool. Like always the water began to boil and bubble. Dr. Teasdale looked reverently at it and didn't understand what was happening. 

"It's time" said Niall. All four boys took each others hand. "We give our powers up" turned Niall his face back to Dr. T. 

"We give up everything" added Harry bitterly. 

"But why would you give up being mermaids?" asked Dr. T without understanding. 

"Because of people like you. There will always be people like you trying to explore us like we were some kind of thing" glared Zayn at her. 

"The only thing left to do is giving it all up" added Niall sadly. 

"Please you can't" tried Dr. T to stop them. 

"Yes we can" countered Zayn annoyed. 

"Please if we work together" tried Dr. T again. 

"Not interested" declined Harry monotonly. 

The boys looked at each other one last time and walked closer to the Moon Pool. It was now or never. They were about to give up everything in this moment. But Dr. Teasdale seemed to have other plans. 

"I'm not letting this happen" hissed Dr. T. 

She stepped closer to the boys and grabbed for Harry's arm when they were about to jump in. Louis saw her from the corner of his eye and reacted immediately. He quickly pushed Harry inside the Moon Pool and took his place while the other two jumped in as planned. Dr. T got a hold of his arm and pulled him closer to her to keep him in place. 

"No Louis" screamed Harry helplessly. 

The boys were already in the water in full mermaid mode with the moon light falling down on them. They had to go through with the plan and Louis was okay with it. He protected his baby. That was the most important thing. 

"You stay with me. I don't let you ruin my whole work" she pulled him further away from the water. 

Louis looked from his friends up to the moon. The Lunar Eclipse was almost completely there. In less than a minute his friends and his baby were save. He just needed to keep her away from them. 

Suddenly he heard footsteps from inside the tunnel and the next moment someone knocked Dr. Teasdale down and tackled her to the ground. Louis jumped a little bit back and turned around to see Liam standing there. Before he could ask what was happening, Liam pushed Louis backwars into the Moon Pool. He fell into the water and dived deep down and hit his head. Everything turned black in front of his eyes. 

"LOUIS" screamed Harry on top of his lungs. 

Fastly he took a hold of his boyfriend and pulled him into his arms. Now they were all four under the light of the Fulll Moon. Louis still unconscious. The dark shadwo appeared in fron of the Moon and turned everything into a black nothing. Everyting was still normal. The moment the black shadow let the Moon out again a beam of light of the moon fell down on the Moon Pool. The boys tails changed into legs, then into tails again. This happened a few times until the dark shadow was gone and the Lunar Eclipse was over. 

When they looked back down at theirselfs they were in the middle of the Moon Pool with wet clothes and their legs. No tails. It was done. It worked. 

Dr. Teasdale looked shocked and defeated at them when they climbed out of the Moon Pool as normal humans. Liam helped them stand and handed them some towels, he had with him. Sadly they turned back to the Moon Pool and realisation hit them. It was really over. 

They faced Dr. Teasdale who was really out of it. This was all her fault but this was all they could do. Now she just had to leave and accept her defeat. This was the hardest part. Not knowing if she would actually leave now. 

"It's over. Why don't you just go home and maybe never come back" said Niall to her. 

Zayn, Niall, Harry and Louis just left her standing there without a word and walked back into the tunnel. They were really sad right now. Liam stayed back and faced Dr. Teasdale who was a total mess. 

"Congratulations. You did it. You discovered the secret. And what did you do? You ruined everything" clapped Liam sarcastically into his hands. "You had the chance to experience something extraordinary, something special but the only thing you cared about was money. Youre greed blinded you. Money isn't everything. You ruined an important part of their lives. They gave everyhing up just to save their lives. The least you can do now is leave. Leave us alone once and for all". 

With that Liam left too. He accompanied his dejected friends on his boat. No one said a word. There was nothing left to say. Everyone knew what the other had to say. They all felt the same. It almost went wrong but in the end it worked out but that didn't make them happy at all. 

They all went back home alone. Niall silently sneaked back into his room and justed cried himself to sleep. Zayn and Liam parted ways at some point. Zayn needed to be alone for the night and Liam knew that. Harry and Louis were met with Jay when they arrived back home. Her eyes said everything she wanted to ask. They just smiled weakly at her as a sign that everything went like planned and then went upstairs. In bed they lay silently next to each other, comforting the other just with being there. With a few single tears they also fell asleep and wished none of that had happened.  

The next morning Louis woke up and felt cold directly. He opened his eyes and Harry wasn't next  him. Abruptly he sat up and looked around. Something was different. The room was so tidy and none of Harry's thing were lying around. A little dazed he stood up, put ons his pants and a red tanktop and walked downstairs. It was way too quiet for a normal morning. 

When he walked into the kitchen Louis nearly screamed. Not out of fear, out of pure relief. Harry was standing at the stove making pancakes. Now this was a normal sight. 

"Everything okay, Boobear?" asked Harry Louis worriedly. 

"Yeah. S'all good. I just had a slight panic attack because I thought you were gone and I dreamed everything. But I didn't" came Louis closer to him. 

"What do you mean?" frowned Harry confused. 

"The mermaid thing, Dr. T. What else?" shrugged Louis. 

"I don't know what you're talking about" looked Harry confused at him. 

"You're joking right?" asked Louis but Harry's face just showed pure confusion. 

"No, this can't be true. I couldn't have just dreamed everything that happened. When we didn't end up on Mako and everything changed how are we both end up here?" asked Louis more to himself. 

"What do you mean? We're in the same class. We're friends since you're new here" told Harry him. 

"What about Shawn? He was your friend. You two were...". 

"He still is but yours two. Why do you not know that?" tilted Harry his head aside. 

"I have to call Zayn. Maybe he knows what's.....". 

"Zayn? That weird kid that is friends with this Liam guy from our music class?" interupted Harry him. 

"Yes Zayn. We're.... wait when we're not friends that means......" realised Louis slowly. "What about Niall?". 

"Who?" asked Harry clueless. 

"Niall" repeated Louis his name. "Horan".

"Oh you mean the boy who killed himself?" checked Harry. 

"What?" exclaimed Louis, not trusting his ears. 

"Louis, what is wrong? I don't undertand what is going on" lay Harry a hand on his shoulder. 

Louis tried to wrap his head around all this new information. This couldn't be true. This was not what he meant yesterday when he thought he wished none of this had happened. This was even more horrible. 

"What about you and me?" asked Louis scared. 

"What about us do you mean? We're working on our Drama Task with my girlfriend. Like always" answered Harry as if it were obvious. 

"Your girlfriend?".

"Eleanor" told Harry him. 

Louis' whole world broke down in that very moment. Everything was wrong, everything he thought he knew was gone. His whole life was a dream. This reality was horrible. Niall was dead. Zayn and Liam weren't his friends. And Harry was in a relationship with Eleanor. Louis was completely alone. 

"No no no no no. This can't be true" stumbled Louis backwards. "We stranded on Mako Island and the Full Moon turned Zayn, Niall, you and me into mermaids. Liam found out and helped us from then on. I hated you because you and Shawn were horrible but at some point you changed. We fell in love. You kissed me, we had sex. You told me you loved me. But Dr. Teasdale showed up again and found out about us and tried to kill us. We had to give everything up yesterday. Why do you not remember anything? Haz, I love you. You said you loved me too" was Louis close to a mental breakdown. He kneeled down on the floor and started crying. 

"Louis, this never happened. We were never on Mako Island. You never hated me as far as I know. I never talked with Zayn. Niall killed himself over six month ago and I have Eleanor" contradicted Harry and crashed Louis' heart even more. 

"But it was real. You and me....". 

"There is no you and me, Tommo. I love Eleanor and you know that. I don't love you like that. I'm sorry but I'm not gay and I didn't knew you were". 

Fearfully Louis looked up at him with tears in his blue eyes. "What's that supposed to mean?". 

"I can't do this right now. I'm leaving" shook Harry his head and headed for the front door. 

"No Hazza. Don't leave me. I need you" sobbed Louis but Harry was already gone. 

"AHHHHHHHH" screamed Louis loudly and sat up in his bed. His breathing was very fast and his heartbeat was racing. 

"Lou, what happened?" asked Harry sleepily next to him. He sat up too and stroked Louis' back gently. 

"Oh God Hazza, you're here" cried Louis out and fell into Harry's arms. 

Harry fell backwards but wrapped his arms around is tiny boyfriend. Louis sobbed into Harry's chest heavily and clutched his shirt. "Lou, what's wrong?" was Harry worried. 

"Are we together?" asked Lou fearfully. 

"What? Of course we are. What is....". 

"Do you love me?" cut Louis him off but didn't dare to look at Harry.

"Of course I love you. How could I not? What happened to you, Lou?". 

"You don't love Eleanor?" checked Louis unsure. 

"What? No. I mean I love her like a sister but I could never love her like I love you. Besides she has Sophia and I'm gay" cleared Harry up. 

"And Zayn and Liam and Niall? Are they alive? Are they our friends?" lifted Louis his head up a little. 

"Our brothers are good. Why wouldn't they be? Lou, what happened? Why are you asking me all this?" wanted Harry to know. 

I had a horrible nightmare and it felt so real. I dreamed that I woke up and I thought I dreamed everything. I went down to look for you and found you in the kitchen making pancakes. So I was relieved that everything was normal but it wasn't. You didn't remember anything and told me none of it ever happened. Liam and Zayn weren't our friends, Niall killed himself and you loved Eleanor. I told you this couldn't be true and summed up everything that happened and that you loved me but you broke my heart and told me you would never love me like you loved Eleanor and that you're not gay and didn't knew I was and the you left me alone" told Louis him everything about his horrible dream. 

"Oh my baby. I can only imagine how scared you were and how terrified you felt when you really woke up" tightened Harry his arms around Louis. 

"I thought I lost everything. I thougt I lost you" revealed Louis to him, still a bit shaken. 

"This is never going to happen. You won't get rid of me. I love you forever because you're my everything" locked Harry eyes with him. 

"And you're my whole world" smiled Louis back at him. 

Gently their lips touched. Only touching, no movement. Their lips just hovered above each other for a while. Louis was so happy right now. Maybe he lost his powers and a part of his life but he still had his baby and this was all he needed in life. 

"By the way, did you just say you're gay? You never said that before" changed Louis cheekily the topic. 

"I didn't label myseld before because I wasn't sure but now I know. I'm gay and proud of it" stated Harry proudly. 

"And I'm proud of you" poked Louis his nose. 

"Not as much as I am proud of you. You saved me yesterday and I had no chance to say or do something. Why did you do that?" became Harry serious again. 

"I promised you that no one would ever hurt you as long as I am around" answered Louis truthfully. 

"So you were willing to give your life up to save mine?" was Harry overwhelmed. 

"As long as you're safe nothing else matters to me" replied Louis with red cheeks. 

"What did I do to deserve you? Never do that again, you hear me? I need you in my life" tried Harry to be stern but couldn't stop himself from smiling. 

"No promises. I'm Superman" grinned Louis jokingly. 

"Yes you are. My Superhero" said Harry fondly and then pecked Louis' lips.

"C'mon Princess, we should get up" climbed Louis down from Harry. 

They made their way downstairs and made breakfast, or more of Harry doing it and Louis watching him. The rest of the family was still fast asleep because it was very early. They ate in a comfortable silence and after cleaned everything up. Liam has texted them that Dr. T appearently left very early this moring and was gone for good. That was a relief but just reminded them of what happened. This still made them very sad. 

For the very first time Louis decided to use their pool now that he actually could. Hesitantly he stood next to it and stared at the water, still used to the normal fear of getting wet. Carefully he dipped his toe inside the warm water and moved it around. To Louis' suprise he felt that familiar tingling in his legs and one second later he crashed into the pool. 

He looked down at himself and spotted his blue tail. It was still there. How was this possible? Was he the only one? Harry come running out to him after he heard the bang and looked shocked at Louis. Cheekily Louis wetted Harry's toes with an evil grin. Glaring at Louis Harry quickly sat down and after a few seconds his green tail appeared too.

"You too?" came Niall running torwards them followed by Zayn. There was a wa from outside directly to the pool. 

"The same thing happened to me this morning. My shower wasn't so happy about it" informed Zayn them. 

"But Perrie and Jesy were very clear. We would loose our powers" tried Louis to understand what happened. 

"Only for twelve hours" appeared Liam at the door. All four looked at him questioningly. 

"What do you mean?" was Harry totally confused. 

"It's temporary. During the Lunar Eclipse the Moon can draw away your powers for twelve hours" explained Liam to them. 

"They didn't say that" countered Niall. 

"They did to me. They said if you would think your powers would be gone forever, so would Dr. T. It's funny because they told me not to tell you" revealed Liam to them. 

They looked at him incredulously and then at each other with an evil glint in their eyes. "What's up?" asked Liam obliviously. 

Before Liam could react to what was happening they had switched places. Zayn, Niall, Louis and Harry were standing outside the pool and Liam kinda inside, but not really. Louis had created a waterjet and Liam was on top of it, widly kicking around. 

"You can't do this. Let me down" cried Liam out helplessly.

"Next time he should remember who his friends are" crossed Zayn his arms over his chest. 

"Very true, Zayn" agreed Harry with him. 

"Leave him there for a couple more hours" suggested Niall jokingly. 

"No No No. Don't listen to him, Tommo" begged Liam desperately but Lousi ignored him. 

Zayn, Harry, Niall and Louis looked at each other, happy that eveything was back to normal. "Yeah. No one messed with mermaids" said Louis cheekily.

The long wait is over. I'm so sorry but here it is now. The Drama of Term 3 in its last phase. What did you think?

I thought it wouldn't have been a good idea to update this one earlier because it's pretty sad at some parts and after whart happened it felt wrong. 

But they faced Dr. T and won. Did you think they lost their powers forever?

Louis' dream? To be honest after the last sentence of the Drama part I had the idea to let Louis wake up and everything was just a dream. It came out of nowhere and I would have done it if it wasn't for his past and Shawn's changed behaviour. So I put it in but in a different way.
