Xiao Zhan's P.O.V.

Thud

My phone fell from my hand after hearing what I wanted to listen the least. My best friend loves my crush. He likes Jungkook, whom I like too. I couldn't think of anything. My world seemed to be dark. How am I supposed to react to this?

"Hello, Zhan... you there buddy? Are you alright? Zhan reply me I'm scared... Xiao Zhan..."

I heard Tae restlessly wanted to hear me from other side of my phone which was still on the ground. I slowly walked and picked it up.

"Ahem... uh yes yes. I'm alright. Umm Can we not meet today? I don't feel like staying here today. I will call you later and if Mrs.Keats asks for me, tell her I didn't feel like it and took the day off."

"Why? What happened ? I'm coming to get you. There's no way you will be going alone."

"Chillax, my best buddy ... the driver's there. Don't worry I will meet you in weekend."

"Zhan, please let me see you. I may not be a certified doctor yet but still... I'm a medical student. Please, please let me see you for once... where are you I'm coming..."

"Tae please. I will talk to you later. It's nothing serious. "

"Okay... you go now. I will handle everything here. And see you soon. Please take care." Tae pleaded worriedly.

So pathetic I am. How could I choose my feelings over Tae's? Where he was so considerate of me? But that angel, he took my breath away... should I just let him go like this? Gather up , Zhan , gather up don't let your emotions overwhelm yourself.

After saying these things to myself, I headed towards my home.

It might sound exaggerated but I didn't have any appetite for dinner. Interestingly Bubble didn't insist as I expected her to be. Probably she saw the dark clouds over my head. Yes, he was a stranger, but the hopes were high. Stupid me, even if Tae didn't have interest, did angel ever say that he was not committed to someone? I know I can't say he's MY angel now, but he is an angel. No one can deny that. Not even you out there.

Suddenly my phone buzzed as a message came in. Seeing that it was from Tae , I opened the message. But the photo that he sent, made my heart pang more than it was before.

Wang Yibo's P.O.V.

I wanted to spend more time in our short unexciting conversation. He was so... um charming? Yes, that's the word.

"Hey brat , stop spacing out. We are still here. We still didn't gave a proper introduction to Seok-woo neither we got any from him. Now stop spacing out, and start introducing yourself while I go order our drinks." Jungkook said as we are already in the cafe to spend our free time. "I will take latte what about you Seok -woo? "

"Cappuccino please. Thank you"

"And you brat?"

"Stop calling me brat, and grab some americano for me."

"Okay chillax hahahaha. It's really nice to tease you , you know. Hahaha" Jungkook laughed and went to order our drinks.

"So Seok-woo tell me about yourself. " I smiled warmly at him. He really seemed to be a nice guy.

"Okay, then I should start first. Oh here comes Jungkook too. Haha. Okay Anneyong, I'm Kim Seok-woo, I'm 22 years old. I'm a dance major, 2nd year. Umm I love to eat a lot. Haha and my girlfriend always teases me for that."

"Haha great to know I love to eat too." I said.

"Woahh, man. So you got a girlfriend huh? Cool for you. Haha so does she study here?"

"Oh no, Lea doesn't study here. She lives abroad. She isn't Korean either. We are in a long-distance relationship and umm we haven't met for one year actually." He sounded quite sad while I poked Kookie not to insist to much.

"Woah cool. Send our wishes to your girlfriend when you call her." Jungkook said and this made Seok-woo smile a bit.

"Haaaah...*sigh* so tell me about you Yibo. How about you? Do you have any partner?"

"Huh? Me ? Oh hahaaa no no. Who will fall in love with a guy like me? I don't have anyone as a partner yet." I gave off a awkward smile since a image of a slender smiley figure flashed in mind.

"Oh I see, haha and what about you Jungkook?"

"Well well. I'm not interested in relationships bleghh please don't mind... but I find it weird haha. I'm good with my music and you buddies. Why care about a special person? Huh? Tsk tsk. I don't like that creepy thingy called LOVE." Jungkook said non stopping which made both of us chuckle at the loudest.

"Oh I guess our order is done. I will go to check it out."

"You want help Jungkook? "

"No, Seok-woo thanks for asking. You just check on this brat make sure he won't flee again." Giving a smirk to me , Kookie went to get our orders as the barista called us.

"Haha Jungkook is really something but I like the way he adores you. How long are you being friends Yibo?"

"Since we were in kindergarten. You know our meeting was quite funny and interesting. I was terribly shy and timid back then. So I was scared that how to make friends, how to sit with them etc. And when I entered in my class, I saw someone was waving his tiny hands while looking at me, calling me to sit with him. I was amazed to see that. I went and sit with him. Then naturally we became friends. But later I know , haha, he actually mistook me as his cousin. He thought I was his cousin who happened to be the same class as his. That's why he insisted to sit with me. But that sweet little accident had become the beautiful serendipity as our friendship is unbreakable now and forever."

"Wow haha that's so nice. You're so lucky to have him as your best friend. "

"Indeed I am."

"By the way, what's taking him so long huh?"

"Yeah I think so too. Let's go check him out... oh look here he comes, but wait he's not alone. Someone's with him."

"Hey there people." The stranger said waving at us.

"Hi."

"Hello."

"Okay guys, let me introduce you to Mr.Kim. This is Mr.Kim Taehyung who is a fourth year medical student. He is one of the student council members. I met Mr.Kim in the airport as he was the one to pick me up that day.So yeah. And this my best friend Wang Yibo and this is our new friend Kim Seok-woo. "

"Woah nice to meet you guys. Seok-woo hmmm are you by any chance the topper Seok-woo? Though I'm new here , but the girls in my department were sometimes talking about you.?"

"Hahah yes, sunbae. I am. Actually I became a matter of interest when I happened to act as a student model in university article. Haha Zhan ge was the editor of back then."

"Woooow." Both me and kookie gasped when we heard that we finally got a friend who is super famous in the university. If he wasn't that famous, then who ever thought that even the science department is having their eyes in the arts section? This university is really something.

"Haha woah man so cool. I guessed that you're famous since you're really good looking. By the way By Zhan ge... do you mean Xiao Zhan? "

"Yes Sunbae. Zhan ge is really amicable with every student. So he told us to drop the formalities and call him Zhan ge."

"Uh , I know my boy is so cute. Haha he always treat people nicely. Who would have known him better than me?"

Hearing this,my heart drop. He just said his boy. Does this mean... he is taken? My angel will not gonna be mine?

3rd person P.O.V.

After their sweet chitchats, they took their drink and about to leave. Suddenly something came to Tae's mind, "Hey guys why don't we take a selfie all together. I like your company. Since I'm new here and Zhan will be busier than me, why don't we be all friends?" Tae said excitedly and slowly taking glance at Jungkook.

"Oh yeah sure why not Sunbae?That will be our pleasure. let's take a selfie."

Tae smiled and took his phone. He was on the same line with Jungkook while Yibo and Seok-woo was sitting on the other side of the table. Yibo and Tae was sitting beside the alley while Jungkook and Seok-woo was sitting on the window seat. They took a photo altogether then bid goodbye.

Naturally Tae was so happy that he finally made his mission to sit side by side with his crush also had a cup of coffee. So to lighten up his mood along with his best friend he sent this photo to Zhan and then went off to go to his department. Little did he know that this picture would cause someone's heart wrench more than it did before...
