***Votes are not the only determining factor as to who wins. I WILL be judging graphics as well. Public voting is simply so users can gain some extra points. If i discover any cheating going on it will be dealt with. 

I will be choosing the winner based on several factors. There will be an overall winner based on graphic design skills and there will be a winner based on overall points. So essentially there will be 2 first place winners. If they happen to end up being the same person then they do.
