     Shehnaaz and amna looked at each other with slightly wide eyes when their father revealed some news. Maham wasn't giving any major reaction since she already knew about this and had talk with her father before

"Perso baba?" Amna asked, He nodded his head glancing at Sana for mere second before looking away. He still wasn't same as before with her and it hurts her

"Taiyari krlena tum larkiya apni baki mein aur haider sambhal lenge" He said looking for car keys on coffee table

     His daughters nod their head in agreement before he made his way outside apartment. They waited for him to completely leave from there so they could bombard maham their questions about what their father just told them

"Ap sachi mein yeh engagement karo ge?" Shehnaaz asked while giving soft looks to maham

     She nodded her head after getting seated in chair of dining table in front of them where amna was already sitting

     Their father just announced about maham's engagement with his friend's elder son. Aly Raza who is 30 year old chattered accountant, they know him as they have met him few times at Eid gatherings and dawats. They are richer than them but very down to earth

"Aly bhai is good no doubts lekin mujhe nahi lagta you guys have that chemistry" Amna comment shaking her head after imagining them together in wedding attire

"Aur compatibility bhi toh zarori hai" Shehnaaz added also taking seat with them

     All she could think about was her brother, she can tell Zain still has some feeling left for maham. It has just been 2 years since their break up and She has seen how his eyes sometimes get soft and he relax whenever he's looking at her even tho she's returning glares

"Mujhe pata hai tum dono kya soch rahe ho but let me tell you wo possible nahi hai even if we both agree I was stupid back than to think baba will agree kyun ke I know he won't" Maham spoke knowing what they were thinking

"I know because he's sindhi and belongs from caste like Narejo" Amna nodded her head

    Their father was someone who never liked Sindhis especially with this caste and to their luck both of sisters fall for these caste guys. One had 9 year relationship with Narejo and other already got married to Gabol

"Still mein move on kar chuki hu us bande se in these two year I had no male presence in my life other than my father and cousins and I can bet he has already dated enough girls" She sighed out

"I have never seen him talk to any girl or talk about any girl" Shehnaaz murmured

"Ek baat puchni thi ap dono se" Amna clears her throat gaining attention. Maham frown at her tinted cheeks and they already have idea it's about someone named Aryaan

"Aryaan ne apna Snapchat aur insta deactivate kiya hai kya? He's not showing my friends list" She said opening her cellphone. They did same to check if he's still friends with them just for her sake

"Nahi toh he's add with me" Shehnaaz show her screen of phone

    So did maham which made amna groan, this could only mean he has blocked her from everywhere. She kept her phone down sigh thud and has sullen face which made Shehnaaz feel bad. She has no idea why Aryaan has blocked her all of sudden

"Do you want me to ask him?" Shehnaaz offer

"Nahi rehne den" Amna leaned into chair and thought about it. Everything between them was going fine they were becoming really good friends slowly. Why would he suddenly block her out of nowhere

"To be honest wahi ek decent banda hai in teeno mein se. Sweet larka" Maham stated fact and Shehnaaz couldn't agree more

"Aur haan suno tum dono yeh baat Zain ko abhi mat batana bhool kr bhi" She warned them before standing up to check daal she has kept on stove for long now

     Shehnaaz was looking at amna's sad face when her phone rang. Smile on her own face spread when she looked at caller Id and picked up instantly with greetings and he answered back. It's been more than two weeks since she stayed at his place. Their place, she haven't really met him after that cause he went back larkana right after to handle things he left in middle to patch up with his wife

    She gave small innocent smile to amna and moved away from there while talking with him towards her room and closed door behind

"Perso free ho?" He asked while leaning in chair of his office and signal Zain take his feet off his table which made guy roll his eyes and do as chief minster asked him to

"Actually..." She bite her lower lip thinking about if she should tell him about maham's engagement or not. He will find out either way and if he found out from someone else she will be done

"Hmm" He asked her to continue and flicker half smoked cigarette's ash in ashtray before brining it between his lips

"Perso maham api ki engagement hai toh mein free nahi hu us din" She told him

    He looked at Zain with his lips slowly curving in smirk. Zain raised eyebrow at him as he looks up from his phone and find Sidharth giving him this look suddenly

"Achaa kis ke sath?" Sidharth asked, Zain rolled his eyes and looked back in his phone

"Aly Raza bhai hain baba ke dost ke bete. He has sent rishta for her" She answered. Sidharth knows him in fact he got invitation from him just yesterday "Should I inform Zain bhai about this?" She felt bad for him 

"Don't meddle with someone else relationship meri jaan, it's not your job to do" He said making Shehnaaz nod her head even tho he can't see her doing that but he knows she did that

He reached out for his drawer in desk to pull out invitation envelope which he hasn't opened yet since he wasn't planing on going. Raza family was written on front of envelope it was addressed to his name. He's definitely going now and will drag Zain along anyhow

"And do you know Aryaan has blocked amna is he alright? I mean mujhe yeh smjh nahi aya why he did that" She spoke. He contained his laugh imagining amna's face right now because Aryaan wasn't happy with this at all. She deserves it tho for messing with him

"Achaa mujhe pata nahi tha. Maybe they had fight or something" He shrugs acting oblivious

"Shyad" She agreed. She's so damn innocent he thought with smile

"Can I call you thori der mein? Mujhe maham api ki help krni hai?" She asked more like plead. He wouldn't have agreed if it weren't for the way she's asking

"Theek hai go" He agreed

"Allah-Hafiz take care!" She smiled

"Allah-Hafiz" He said before hanging up call and tossing it over table

He looked at Zain with hint of enjoyment in his eyes cause he knows what reaction of this man will be if he gets to know about maham's engagement, but he won't tell him like always cause it's not something he does. He can find out himself

Shehnaaz smiled at Aly Raza who was joking around. He's nice guy with good sense of humour but she can't help but think Zain would have been better for her sister

Amna rolled her eyes not even hiding that fact that she doesn't like him which Aly seems to notice but shrug it off with smile. Shehnaaz passed ring to maham who gladly took it from her before sliding it in ring finger of Aly. Sounds of claps from their cousins and Aly's side family could be heard as now couple were officially engaged

"MashaAllah!" Aly's mother moved forward to cup maham's face and kiss on her forehead she gave her small smile

Shehnaaz draped her multi-coloured dupatta around her chest and moved hair from her face. Amna made her hairstyle today after learning from some YouTube channel. She knows amna was experimenting on her which luckily turned out to look good

She has done little pinkish make up with glossy lips which goes really well with her mustard colour suit. She paired it with cute jhumkas and some rings in her fingers

Shehnaaz sit down on stool in venue which was beside maham and Aly's sofa. She looked at her father who was wearing clothes gifted by her, when she saw him today wearing this she couldn't help but feel emotional. He even smiled on her way today which he hasn't been doing for months, he's forgiving her slowly and she can't ask for anything more than this. She felt like cursed when her own father was disappointed and upset with her but now she fears his reaction after finding out about her Nikkah

Suddenly venue was in chaos. She frown looking at parents of Aly rushing to greet someone, she can't really see person because of his security that was covering him. What is he chief minster she scoffed looking away until her eyes fell on Aryaan. What is he doing here she thought and panic rise inside her body. Did they gate crash again

She completely froze when her husband's figure came in view. She slightly wide her eyes. He was wearing clothes she gifted him same as her father, amna's word somehow came true and now her heart was pounding. Why he did he come?! She was scared to even glanced at her father to see his reaction

"Oh no" Amna murmured. Shehnaaz looked at her who wasn't looking at Sidharth but Zain who was glaring at maham with jaw clenched

"Mein is disaster ke liye ready nahi hu I'm hiding somewhere" Amna groan leaving the stage immediately

Shehnaaz bite her lower lip out of panic and pulled courage to look at her father. He looks pissed super pissed, she gulped when his eyes shifted on her for seconds before looking back at him. She stood up from her place when her eyes locked with his sharp ones. He signal her to sit back even tho he knows her father is watching

She sit down back griping her dupatta tightly, her palms were sweaty and mind went blank. She has no idea what's he doing. He walked up-to stage with his protocol gathering around stage for security

"Congratulates" He greeted them and set beside maham on sofa which was near sana. Maham fight argue to roll her eyes at him. She can't be anymore surprise when it comes to him

Her eyes looked into Zain's who was standing by pillar with hands in his suit's pant. His face was filled with anger but eyes with hurt, she looked away from him when Aly, her fiancé asked her to smile for photo. She smiled at him than at photographer

Shehnaaz lifted her eyes to look at side profile of her husband who has formal smile on his lips for photograph. He looks incredibly handsome in blue shalwar kameez, freshly shaved and hair styled up perfectly

"Stop staring at me like that or else I might kiss you in front of everyone" His husky voice send shivers through her body

She blushed looking around making sure non saw him saying that her but whom is she kidding he's centre of attention right now. They did saw him saying something but didn't know what he said so she was safe but her father wasn't fool. He understood what's going on

"Mr gabol here meet father in law of my son, Alam qureshi" Aly's father pulled his friend to introduce him to CM

Shehnaaz's body tensed up when they lock eyes. She was freaking out at this. She looked between them not knowing what's gonna happened because it looks like her father wants to murder him

"Nice to meet you Alam qureshi" Sidharth nodded at elder man with smile. Shehnaaz glanced at her father for his reply

"Likewise" His voice was cold but Shehnaaz sighed in relief at least nothing bad happened

"What a coincidence you both have same clothes" Aly's father chuckled noting their clothes and here Shehnaaz what's to dig a hole in earth and throw herself inside

"Yes actually someone really special to me got this for me" He smirked shifting his eyes on his wife who panicked and looked at them who were now looking at her. What the fuck Sidharth she thought

"Umm..wha-" Aly's father was confused so was Aly. Here maham can see what's coming when Sidharth chuckled

"Apko nahi pata Alam shahab ki beti Shehnaaz meri fiancé hain?" He asked elder man who wide his eyes not only him but whoever heard him wide their eyes at his revelation
