Chapter-18|Game of dice Part- 4

"This Dhakshayani no more a human being," she said.

"For all who tortured her, for all who laughed at her, for all who teased her I can burn you all within a second. But I was born to preach dharma and demolish the struggle of women. This Dhakshayani will never die without these happening," Dhaksha said so angrily.

"Dhirtarasthra, For the sin your son has committed. They will face the consequences, "Dhaksha cursed.
"Don't curse please, Dhaksha. Don't. Forgive the sins my sons have done. Forgive my sons, I beg you," King Dhirtarasthra begged while climbing down from his seat.

"I will bath in your son, Duruyodhana's blood to purify my body which was harassed by the evils. This incident symbolises the freedom of women in society. The whole world should know about this. Everyone should be afraid for even trying to harass the women in this society," Dhaksha shouted.
"Forgive me. Forgive them. Give them one more chance. I'll take all the responsibility for my son's sins, "King cried while approaching Dhaksha.

"Bhishma, Ganga's putra and Dronacharya, you both shall face the consequences too. Be prepared for what's going to happen in the future. My Sakhi Draupadi's pain and struggle shall find some answer," Dhaksha said and suddenly Dhushasana slapped her which made her faint.

"I shall take everything wholeheartedly" Pitmah replied. "What have you done Dhushana," Guru Drona shouted.
"What happened to her?" King Dhirtarashtra asked.
"Dhushana, remember. I shall tear your hand, "Bheem Aarya shouted.

I saw Dhaksha falling unconsciously. I ran to catch her.
"My dear wife. You believed in me a lot. You said I'm the world's bravest warrior. I'm sorry that I let you down. I'm sorry that I've let you suffer. I'm sorry for not being a perfect husband. But you were always a perfect wife.".

"Draupadi? Dhaksha? What happened?" Mata Kunti came running from out.
"Don't try to console me, Mata Kunti. From now on I'm the one without feeling, I'm the one without family, I'm the one without husbands and I'm the one without name, "I shouted.
Raja Maatha went near Dhaksha, trying to wake her up.

"I curse that because of the sin you all have done to us which has embarrassed the whole woman society, the whole Kuru dynasty will be destroyed and a big war shall evoke. In that adharma shall be destroyed and darma shall be preached," I cursed.

"Don't curse Draupadi. No. Already Dhaksha have cursed that my sons shall face the consequences. Please let it go this time, Draupadi. I shall free you, Dhaksha and your husbands, "King Dhirtarashtra begged.

"No, father. What are you doing? Do you think that Dhaksha's curse will happen," Duruyodhana stammered.
"Be quiet, Duruyodhana, "King shouted.

"Give my husbands their weapons and leave them free," I asked.
"No,  there are my slaves. I shall decide what to do with them. Father, you don't have the right to decide it," Duruyodhana shouted.

"Even now no one in this Raja sabha is ready to go against Duruyodhana? You all will face the consequences. Be ready for it, King Dhirtarashtra. For the big loss of the Kuru dynasty!" I said and carried Dhaksha by hand and left the courtroom to Indraprastha.

Karna's pov

After I finished giving daan to everyone, just like Duruyodhana suggested, I headed into the Raja Sabha. I heard that Dhaksha's family was coming to visit Hastinapur, and I was excited to see them!
As I walked in, my heart sank at the sight of Dhaksha, hurt all over, being supported by Draupadi, who was visibly suffering from serious injuries to her head and hand.

"What happened, Draupadi? What happened to my Sakhi?" I asked.
"You'll face the consequences until you stay on the adharma's side, " she said while carrying her.

"Wait, I don't know what happened to her. But I can't watch her like this, let me help you, Panchali. She's my Sakhi too."

I carried Dhaksha to the chariot and made her lie on the seat.

"Who did this to her? Who did this, Draupadi? They're going to die today in my hands." I shouted.
"It was your Sakha, Duruyodhana," she replied.
"You can't do anything, right? Take off our Chariot." she left the place.

"I shall declare what I wanna do with them," Duruyodhana shouted.
"What did you do to my Dhaksha, Sakha?" I shouted.
All of a sudden everyone's attention was on me.

"Why is my Sakhi bruised all over?" my eyes started to well up with tears.
"My dear Angaraj, we rightfully owned them as slaves from playing the game of dice, " Gandharaj answered.
"Game of dice? Is that true, Dharmaraj?" I asked them.
"It's true, Angaraj. That's why we have made them sit there. Dharmaraj was the one who placed a bet on your Sakhi, Dhaksha. It was not us." Gandharaj replied.
"What? Did you place a bet on my Sakhi? On a game?" I exclaimed. "What were you doing, Arjuna?"
"They can't answer any of your questions, Karna. Cause they were the ones who placed a bet on both of them." Duruyan replied.

"But why is my Sakhi bruised all over? Who did that to her?" I shouted.
"It was Dhushasana," Bheem shouted.
"It was you? How dare you." I picked him up by his dress and pulled him closer.
"Calm down, Angaraj. Dhaksha was the one who teased your mynthran's father at Rajasuya Yoga remember? That's why it happened." Gandharaj replied.
"You still can't touch my Dhaksha. She's a woman. And same goes with Draupadi. That's not very masculine of you, Dhushasana. You are going to die in this courtroom today." I kicked him hard.

Everyone was astonished that I kicked him.

"Angaraj, you are always looking into the outcome of the problem. You've missed the root of the problem. That's the Pandavas. They let their women suffer by placing a bet on them."
"My Sakhi should've married Duruyodhana instead of you, Arjuna. I didn't know that you play with your women. Don't call yourself a warrior."
"Mind your tongue, Karna. You don't know what happened here." Arjuna shouted.
"You all are deserved to be slaves for letting my Sakhi suffer like this," I replied.
"You are right, my Sakha." Duruyodhana added.

"Karna, being on the side of Duruyodhana, you are blinded by the wealth and the position he gave. You are forgetting all the dharma. Instead of crushing Dhushasana and Duruyodhana for letting your Sakhi suffer. You wanna fight with me? Let's do it, Karna."Arjuna replied.

"Is what Arjuna telling is the truth? Am I going in the wrong path. But my mynthran has helped me a lot and Dhaksha is on the other side too. What am I supposed to do, Lord?"

"Don't your worry, my brother. I'm going to crush this Duruyodhana and make Dhaksha bathe in his blood just like she vowed." Bheem replied.
"Let's see that when you are freed from us," Mynthran replied.

That's when I noticed Gandharaj whispering in Mythran's ears.
"I order you all to go for an exile for 13 years. After you finish the exile successfully. We would return all your wealth and the country to you. I'm doing this because of my Sakha. Dhaksha is Karna's Sakhi that's the only reason I'm trying to help you all, " Duruyan replied.

"Dhaksha's going on exile for 13 years?"

"Why do you have to make Dhaksha go?" I asked.
"We can't go against dharma, Angaraj. They are all Duruyan's slaves." Gandharaj finished.

"Remember this, Duruyodhana. Kauravas will face the consequences and I will kill all your 99 brothers and including you the 100 childrens of King Dhirtarashtra."

"It was two sides now. Sakhi on one side and Mynthran on the other side."
