So, what is a yagya? Shri Krishna used to say that a home where people don't perform yagya twice a day is a cemetery. When we look at Agnihotra university of USA, it is researching on the yagyas. Vedas are so powerful that USA and NASA is researching on them but we are not ready to do that. Anyways, so when they researched on it, they said that the temperature of the yagya kund is around 400°C and that addition of ghee inside the yagya increases the oxygen in the surrounding. Slowly slowly, you can see how a lamp of ghee and then a lamp of oil replaced this culture but in every Hindu home, you will find a lit lamp early in the morning and in the evening. This is like the remains of this knowledge.

The first point that I am going to use is HBOT. This therapy uses hyperactive oxygen to cure a type of infertility in women. If you don't know, there is this superstition which says that when you can't become pregnant, you should visit a peepal or a banyan tree, depending on the culture and revolve around it seven times. This is for women. So, it looks like there is something special in number seven because you move around a yagya kund seven times when you are getting married. Why? So that this oxygen coming from the yagya can cure infertility if you have it and if you revolve around it seven times, it gives you enough of time to do this.

So, according to this superstition, you have to revolve around it seven times with a lamp of ghee in your hand. First of all, the trees mentioned above are known for producing oxygen all times of the day, even in the night. Secondly, pollution is less at such an early hour. Thirdly, we also have this lamp with us. So, this is like a HBOT therapy for women and not a superstition but it is worth noting here that women shouldn't get out of the house at such an early hour without any male protection or something bad may happen to you. Anyways, in hospitals, maybe you will have to pay for this therapy but this is for free, you just have to make use of some ghee.

So, in the above yagya, Rahul Arya said that when you add something in this yagya, the substance's property gets multiplied numerous times. If you don't believe me, try putting a chilli or chilli in the hawan kund. So, what is this hawan or yagya? Hawan kund is this square or any type of shape of elevation inside which the yagya fire is going on. Yagya is worshipping the fire for some gains or just for a ritual. The very first hymn of the Rigved, the first Ved, the first book in the history of mankind talks about worshipping this fire and how to worship it. If you want to know what verses to say when you perform yagyas, you will find a book in the description of the video which I have shared above. So, there are some Ayurvedic herbs which help in curing infertility in both males and females. Everyone thinks that Sushrut was the father of Ayurved. What I would say is that he was the first one to write his work. The same goes for Aryabhatt. What do you think? Was he the first person to use geometry or zero? Maybe this information was passed on from generation to generation before it was written down. So, these herbs are very useful and there are some herbs which can help cure the impotency in men and infertility in women. At least, they try to but everyone knows that this is not always possible. No one really has a sure shot cure for infertility but they at least try. So, what I think is that Draupadi and Dhristadyumna were born because of a yagya like this and they were twins. I mean, it makes sense considering the fact that she is called yagyaseni, as in daughter of a yagya and not agniseni, daughter of fire with the way how the story goes in the Mahabharat. She can't appear out of fire but can be born to due to a yagya.

So, what I think is that different yagyas were performed in ancient times to get different types of medicinal and health benefits. I hope this chapter helped you. It's a very useful video. Also, my Muslim and Christian siblings, make sure not to eat non vegetarian food daily or you will face many blood pressure problems and heart problems. For Muslims, prophet Mohammed had to eat non vegetarian food because there were no plants in the deserts. When you have plants, why risk your health? Make sure to spread awareness about the diseases and the harmful effects that your body has if you consume non vegetarian food daily and it's better if you turn to vegetarianism fully. That's what the Vedas and the manusmriti says and that is what is useful for the earth too because according to research, if the whole world becomes vegetarian, no person will go to bed hungry because you will have to feed a goat daily till it's grown up to eat it. In that much feed, many stomachs can be fed. So, when it comes to health, vegetarianism is the best way. The Sanatan dharm mentions non vegetarian food as 'Tamsic' or demonic because you are what you eat.

If you eat too much of non vegetarian food, it is difficult to keep your senses and emotions under control and yoga and meditation becomes difficult for you. This is my advice on health and all.
