This might get a bit deep, but this might help me out with plots and stuff if I ever need inspiration for a book or something :3

Do you ever get a feeling that something's wrong, but you have no clue what?

You have a feeling that something's wrong, but you simply can't figure out what that thing is?

Do you ever get a feeling that you messed up, but nothing seems to be the reason why you feel what you feel?

Does that feeling stick with you for hours upon hours on end, but one thing washes it all away?

You don't even get to figure out what was "wrong" in the first place.

Even when you think you've found the 'problem', your guts still feel as if you messed up badly.

But all that involuntary worry leads to nothing when simply one thing washes it away. Most of the time, it's from something as common as a word, bird, message, food, or weather. You get a feeling that you're about to throw up when there's really nothing to worry about.

It all causes you to feel more stress than you need to be. Sometimes it literally affects you physically. You still haven't found out what the "problem" was.

Even after the feeling goes away, it comes back stronger than before, giving you headaches and stomach pains. It all feels pointess, the whole feeling. There's no "problem" to be found.

When this happens, you are always by yourself, in bed, the lights out, and the family around you fast asleep. You can't get help from them, because you don't even know what you need help with.

You don't even know how to relieve the feeling. There's nothing logical to try, and even if you think about the illogical ways, that tiny 'savior' takes that feeling away so that you'll be able to feel it another day.

Isn't that great?

It only happens when you're alone, and when you have the chance to bring it up and get help, it always either slips your mind or you're feeling too happy to bring down the mood. Heck, you don't feel like talking about that feeling at all. You'll never be capable of explaining it.

You're always known as an optimist, and you often find yourself smiling. The feeling only lasts for a few hours, so why bother making yourself feel more down than you already are? You should enjoy life without worrying about the dark times. Even if they do come, you're still enjoying life, right?

You have no idea what you're feeling, nor why. The only things that repeats in your head when that feeling happens: "Something is wrong." "I messed up." "What did I do?"

But it's all okay. You can take it. It can't last forever, so take the happy moments when you can. They happen more often than not, so be grateful.

I might use this in mah Mayflower book, or something like that, but whatever I use it for, it's gunna be great.
