Asling sat on the ground with a blanket wrapped around her. In her hands was another Coke can curtosie of Steve practically begging for one for Asling to keep her quiet long enough for everyone to explain Eleven's story to her. Next to Asling, Eleven munched on an eggo waffle to also keep her satisfied.
"So, what, I'm supposed to believe you hopped out of Will's imagination from this game he plays with the others?"
Hopper asked as he looked over at Asling who sipped at her Coke through a bright pink straw. She held the cool can in her hands as if it were a sippy cup.
"She fit's Will's description almost perfectly."
Dustin said.
"Almost?"
Hopper replied.
"Well,"
Will said slowly,
"My Asling was a guy."
"And you're not?"
Hopper said as he looked to Asling.
"Clearly."
She huffed.
"And you really do have powers?"
Asling asked eleven who sat next to her. Eleven nodded as she chewed on a bite of an eggo waffle.
"A mage with no master."
Asling muttered. Her eyes widened and she stood.
"How did I not see it before."
She said.
"The prophecy is unfolding."
"There's a prophecy?"
Hopper asked, unimpressed and Dustin only grinned.
"Awesome."
"The mage with no master, the Wisest Will, The Apprentice who lived, the villain turned hero, the children of another world will hold the fate of not only Scanthia, but all worlds in their hands. They will make a choice to save the Magick or destroy it all and us with it. Their actions will awaken them, the guardian who is supreme over all others. Our fate is in their hands. A sheep in wolf's clothing mingles with the flock until sundown. To awaken them they must sacrifice the wolf. With the blood of the wolf will peace return."
Asling recited the prophecy by memory almost perfectly.
"You are obviously the mage with no master,"
Asling said as she looked to Eleven before turning to Will.
"The Wisest Will,"
She gestured to him.
"The Apprentice who lived,"
She gestured to herself.
"The children of another world would be all of you I suppose. The only thing I am still stumped on is the villain turned hero and the wolf in sheep's clothing"
She admitted.
"So this magick is-"
Hopper began but Dustin finished his question with an answer.
"The energy from the Upside Down."
He said quickly.
"Asling uses the energy of the upside down to preform what she call's magick."
He explained.
"But her world is all gone."
"Yes."
Asling said.
"Those monsters- demo-dogs devoured my home."
"And did they follow you here?"
"I have no idea."
Asling said honestly.
"But one can only assume."
She said with a shrug but a hearty growl from outside the cabin proved that they certainly had followed her, and followed her well.

Asling armed herself immediately with a bow and quiver of arrows that she pulled from thin air.
"How did you-"
Steve began.
"Magick, Steven."
"Steve"
"Right."
Asling noted.
"It's Magick, Steve Harrington."
She said with a smile. Hopper picked up a shotgun and Eleven stood, hand out stretched and ready to fight. Hopper went first, slowly approaching the door and opening it, stepping outside. Steve wished that he had brought his bat with him but unfortunately for him it was tucked away in his room under his bed for safe keeping. He wondered for a second if he asked Asling if she could "Magick" up a replacement bat for him but instead he sided with picking up a near by axe and arming himself with that as a substitute. Hopper turned around to face the others who were ready to fight and held a finger to his lips, signaling that they all needed to be quiet before turning back to the door. His fingers hesitantly reached for the door nob and turned it slowly. The door creaked open and the group was faced with the vast wilderness of the Hawkins woods. Hopper slowly walked out first, shotgun raised and ready to fire. Asling went out next, She had an arrow pulled back in her bow and was ready to release it at the slightest indication of the presence of a monster. Next was Eleven, her hand was outstretched in front of her and she looked around in the pitch darkness of the evening, her eyes searching desperately for anything that might attack them. Then finally was Steve, gripping the ax tightly in his cold hands. His brown eyes looked around and switched from looking around at the wilderness to checking on Asling. It was quiet, too quiet. Then a branch snapped and everyone shifted so they faced the direction of the piercing sound. A low and menacing growl could be heard and a single Demo-dog emerged from the darkness.

Asling held the arrow in her bow more tighter than ever as she stared down at one of the beasts that killed her master and ripped her home world from her. But the beast didn't attack them. It just seemed to stare at them from the edge of the woods and the lights of Hopper's cabin.
"What's it doing?"
Steve asked and the demo-dog nudged it's head in Asling's direction. Her eyes narrowed at it and all the other's looked to her. But then the creature seemed to nudge something toward's Asling and her eyes widened. "Where did you get that?" She hissed through clenched teeth. There in the clearing between them was her master's crystal sword.
"How did you get that?"
She added, ready to loosen the arrow and strike the beast in it's thick hide. The beast seemed to sigh and realization fell on Asling. She dropped her weapon.
"It's not possible."
She muttered as she slowly stepped closer to the demo-dog.
"Asling!"
Steve shouted but the blonde didn't falter.
"Just trust me."
She replied, without removing her eyes from the beast before her. She stepped closer to it and before long she was standing right in front of the beast.
"Kierran?"
She muttered. The form of the beast stood on it's hind legs and seemed to stretch into the form of a man. It's eyeless face took on the shape of a handsome man who seemed to be well weathered and beaten and scratched. His robes were torn and bloody, he seemed to have gone through hell and back.
"Hello Asling."
