Magical 2

Seokjin was on the brink of euphoria. He could almost taste the sweet victory of catching the bouquet. This was his moment, his chance to believe in fairy tales. But just as his fingers were about to close around the coveted floral arrangement, something unexpected happened.

Jungkook, with a calculated move, positioned himself directly in front of him. His camera was already up, ready to capture the perfect moment. Seokjin's heart sank as he realized his intentions. In a dramatic flourish, Jungkook jumped, his arms outstretched in an exaggerated attempt to catch the bouquet.

Unfortunately for him, his acrobatic maneuver ended in disaster. Jungkook tumbled forward, landing squarely on top of Seokjin. The bouquet, freed from the chaos, sailed gracefully through the air before landing softly in Jimin's outstretched arms.

A collective gasp swept through the crowd as the absurdity of the situation unfolded. Seokjin was pinned beneath Jungkook, he faced a mixture of shock, anger, and humiliation. Jimin, on the other hand, stood victorious, the bouquet clutched triumphantly in his hands.

"I HATE YOU JEON JUNGKOOK!! ROT TO HELL!!"

The wedding finally concluded, a whirlwind of emotions and exhaustion settling over everyone. Jimin and Seokjin were the last to leave, climbing into the backseat of Namjoon's car. Seokjin was a simmering cauldron of frustration, his face flushed with anger.

"Can you believe that guy?" Seokjin burst out, his voice laced with venom. "I can't stand him!"

Jimin, ever the peacemaker, placed a comforting hand on Seokjin's arm. "It's okay, Jinnie."

But Seokjin was beyond consolation. "He thinks he's so funny, doesn't he? Laughing at me like that. I could've killed him."

Namjoon, focused on the road, chuckled softly. "You know, Jin, you're actually quite entertaining when you're angry."

Seokjin sent him a glare. "Not funny, Namjoon. Not funny at all."

Jimin squeezed Seokjin's hand. "I know, Jin. I know."

The car hummed along the quiet night street, the soft glow of the city lights casting a dreamy haze over everything. Seokjin was still simmering with frustration, his mind replaying the humiliating scene at the wedding. Jimin, oblivious to his friend's turmoil, happily munched on candies, their colorful wrappers scattered across the car seat.

Namjoon, sensing the tense atmosphere, decided to change the subject. "Hey, I was thinking about Jungkook's offer. It's actually a pretty good opportunity for us."

Jimin's head snapped up. "Really? You think so?"

Namjoon nodded. "Yeah, expanding our client base beyond friends and classmates would be a huge step for us. And Jungkook is a talented photographer. He could really elevate our work."

Seokjin rolled his eyes, but even He couldn't deny that Jungkook's photography was top-notch. "Fine," He grumbled. "But don't expect me to be nice to him."

Jimin laughed. "You two are like an old married couple. Always bickering."

Namjoon chuckled. "I think they're more like oil and water."

Seokjin rolled his eyes at Namjoon's enthusiasm for a potential business partnership with Jungkook, a clear attempt to change the subject. Jimin, ever the peacemaker, chimed in,

Suddenly, a mischievous glint appeared in Namjoon's eyes in the rear mirror. He turned to Jimin, a playful smirk gracing his lips. "Hey, Jimin, now that you've caught the bouquet, are you considering Jungkook as your wedding photographer?"

Seokjin's attention snapped back to Jimin, who was holding the bouquet triumphantly. The old superstition about catching the bouquet and the subsequent marriage proposal flashed through Seokjin's mind. He looked at Jimin, seeking reassurance.

Jimin, oblivious to the undercurrents, giggled and still silent.

Seokjin, determined to shift the focus away from Jimin's potential love life, turned to Namjoon. "Speaking of weddings, Namjoon, you caught the garter, remember? So, are you planning to tie the knot this year?"

Namjoon's playful demeanor vanished, replaced by a look of discomfort. Instead of answering, he redirected the question, "Jimin you caught the bouquet, remember?"

Seokjin laughed, his teasing tone light and playful. "Well, if you're planning to propose, you better hurry up. I'm running out of time." He paused, his voice dropping into a mock-serious tone, "Maybe you should practice on me first."

Namjoon's face turned a deeper shade of red. He stammered out a reply, "I-I'll... I'll think about it."

Seokjin couldn't help but smile. Time was definitely something brewing between Namjoon and Jimin, and He was enjoying every moment of it. As long as there was still a chance for him with Namjoon, He would hold onto hope.

The car pulled up to Seokjin's apartment building, bringing the playful banter to an abrupt end. As they reached for their seatbelts, Seokjin turned to Namjoon. "Thanks for the ride," He said, his voice soft.

Namjoon nodded, his gaze lingering on his face for a moment longer than usual. "Anytime," he replied, his voice barely audible.

As Seokjin stepped out of the car, He couldn't shake the feeling that something was about to change. The night had been filled with laughter, teasing, and a hint of something more. He wondered if He was reading too much into it, or if there was a real possibility for something to happen between him and Namjoon.

"I can't wait, Namjoon will propose to me."
