(please don't read this. this is cringe af and will make you puke and cry out of fear. you have been warned)

It was the Golden trio's '8th year' at Hogwarts. Hermione, Harry, and Ron were spending their holiday at the Burrow with the rest of the Weasleys. 

"Oh my dears, it's so nice to see you again," Mrs. Weasley was at the steps of the Burrow door, smiling at the three of them. 

"Hello Mrs. Weasley, It's nice to see you again," Harry greeted and hugged Mrs. Weasley.

"Hello Mrs. Weasley, how are you?" Hermione soon took over Harry's spot at hugging Mrs. Weasley.

"Hello, Harry, Hermione! Guess what? Charlie has decided to come visit from Romania for a while! Isn't that great? The whole family is together again!" Mrs. Weasley squealed as the walked into the small house. 

A tall, muscular man walked into the kitchen where Hermione and the others were. He was wearing a tight shirt with a dragon on it. The shirt was so tight that it showed the muscles on the man's chest and arms so well. The guy caught Hermione's eye and winked. Hermione felt her cheeks flush warm.

"Hello, little brother. And you must be Harry and Hermione. I'm Charlie. Ron's written to me a lot about you two," Charlie introduced himself.

Charlie shook Harry's hand. Hermione was just about ready to faint when Charlie gave her a tight hug. 

"I'll be showing you your rooms. Follow me," Charlie grabbed their bags and belongings and began to climb the stairs to the bedrooms. He showed Harry and Ron their bedroom first since it was on the first landing. He climbed more steps, Hermione close behind. Charlie stopped at the front of Ginny's room. Before Hermione could walk in, Charlie put her things on the floor outside the bedroom door and quickly grabbed her hand. 

"Charlie what are you doing?" Hermione struggled to break free from his grip. 

"You are the smartest witch of your age. You find out," Charlie picked up the baggage from off the floor with his free hand and the walked into Ginny's empty room, his other hand still clamping Hermione's small wrist.

"Charlie Weasley, let me go this instant!" Hermione protested as Charlie leaned forward. His face was inches from hers.

"Do you like my brother?" Charlie asked as he let go of her. He walked over to the door and shut it. "Are you in love with him?"

"What? Charlie, this is a really random question. I mean, I do love him, but as a friend. Not at all boyfriend-girlfriend related. He has a girlfriend anyway. Someone from the ministry," Hermione was confused but answered the question anyway.

"What if, let's say, a guy you barely know, decides to snog you, would you snog him back?" Charlie questioned Hermione with a particular look on his face. 

"Well, I barely know him and may never see him again, so why not?" Hermione answered with confidence, the strange confidence she didn't know she had. Before she knew what was happening, Charlie had picked her up and placed her on Ginny's bed. "Charlie Weasley, you tell me what you are doing or else I will..." But Hermione's words were cut off with lips. Charlie Weasley was kissing her, and her Gryffindor courage told her to kiss him back, so she did.

"Woah there," A familiar voice from the door both caused Hermione and Charlie to stop, wide-eyed. There stood the two Weasley twins with Ginny, both looking shocked and grinning stupidly at the same time. "Guess this room is occupied," Ginny said as the three started to back out of the doorway. 

After they were out of view and earshot, Charlie broke the awkward silence between them. "Wow, Hermione, that was just, wow," He stumbled over words, mostly speechless. 

"Not too bad yourself are you, huh, Granger? Want another go?" Charlie grinned and looked at Hermione. Hermione stared back, blushing. 

"Why not Charlie?" Hermione grinned and Charlie smirked as their lips met once again.

They both thought the same thing at the same time, What a holiday this was going to be!
