So I've been seeing videos on my fyp abt how the trees are higher beings and they listen to what you say and they want your negative energy (more info in the server) so I talked to a small tree nearby and I felt better.the way the tree swayed it's branches were so peaceful and gracious it was comforting.i only went back inside bc i was hungry but better yet when I'm upset I'll go and talk to the tree! Hugging a tree or just generally interacting i think will help connect you with earth.so take your shoes off and let your feet in the grass.
