Topic; Shifting so far (my experience)

So I think In 2021 I started my shifting journey(I think),and looking back I wish I found out about shifting later so I couldn't hear all the misinformation.As you know we can't turn back time so enjoy the present.

Lately I've been losing interest in shifting generally.It's not exciting anymore really,it's more "yeah okay cool" Yk? When you've been trying to shift for a hot minute it gets boring falling asleep every attempt or getting impatient on any attempt.I don't get symptoms anymore(it's not like you need them but they motivate me a lil more) that's only because my mind is used to shifting now and I been ready everyone is ready automatically.

Will I continue to shift after these last 10 attempts?..
