Cordelia: So I change it alittle in Chapter 25. At first I wanted chapter 25, 26, and 27 spilt into two different pov. One is where the winter siblings is trying to find out more about there family treee. And Theresa is looking up more info about the Crystal Isles with the Help of her boyfriend, Amity, and Luz since all her friends are busy or on dates.

Cordelia: But I wanted to wait until we get to later chapters for you to know more about the Crystal Isles.

Milo pov

We gotten back to Bonesborough and we walk to Bobby Stand where he sell firewood.

Bobby [Burnt Oak]: Well, well, if it isn't the Winters. What can I do for ya? I know you're not here for firewood. You got more trees than anyone in Bonesborough.

Autumn: You're right. We're not here for that.

Bobby: Come to ask about your dad?

Me: Uh, eeyup.

Bobby: I wondered if you might. Hoped you would. It's nice to talk about him. [laughs] We had a lot of laughs. In fact, this one time...

~Flashback~

3rd poc

Bobby: [voiceover] ...we were racin' to see who could till the fastest, and Melvin was leavin' me in the dust. He would've won, too, if he wasn't so... distracted.

Melvin: Whoa!

Melvin ran straight into a water silo which broke. Water went over the place as Phaedra spits some water out.

Perry: Oh!

Bobby grab and drag Melvin away.

Perry : Phaedra, what did you do?!

Phaedra: I-I'm not sure.

Melvin walk out of the bush as Bobby try to stop him.

Melvin: She didn't do it, sir.

Perry: Excuse me?

Melvin: The water silo. It was my fault.

Phaedra: [giggles]

Perry: [snorts] You owe me a new silo, boy! [to Phaedra] And you, come with me. No daughter of mine is gonna make goo-goo eyes at an Winter!

Milo pov

Bobby: Perry never would've known it was your father's fault. But there was no way he'd let your mother take the blame for somethin' he did.

Bobby place a piece of wood on a stump.

Aurora: So Dad was super honest! Apple doesn't fall far from the tree, huh, Autumn?

Bobby chop some wood into two.

Bobby: Your dad worked the Apple farm all day and then headed over to the Pears on his breaks to fix the water silo. I didn't see him for weeks! Not that he minded. Gave him a chance to get to know your mom.

Bobby pick up the chop piece of wood and place it with the others then chop another piece into two.

Aurora: Did you know our mom, too?

Bobby: Buttercup was a real peach of a Pear. But if you want to know more about her, you should ask Mrs. Castillo.

Aurora: Mrs. Castillo?

Bobby: She and your mom were inseparable when they were fillies.

Autumn: Then let's go! Thanks, Bobby!

Me: Uh, would it be okay if we stopped by again sometime to hear more stories?

Bobby: I'd like that very much.

At Sweet Sugar Cube Bakery.

Aurora pov

Me and my siblings walk into Sweet Sugar Cube Bakeryto see Mrs. Castillo making a cake. We open the door as she saw us.

Mrs. Castillo: Well, cinnamon sugar on toast! All three Winter siblings!

Autumn: Hi, Mrs. Castillo. We heard you and our ma used to be real good friends, and we were hopin' you could tell us a bit about her.

Mrs. Castillo: Oh, I would love to. I never knew the right time to bring it up. But I'm so glad you came! [laughs] Uh, for starters, did you all know that it was your mom who convinced me to pursue baking?

Me: But isn't your name Mrs. Castillo?

Mrs. Cake: Not always. Back when I was Chloé Sadler, heh, I had no idea what I was supposed to do. But one day, your mom brought me some candied pears, eggs, flour, sugar, and vanilla, and told me to just be creative! Next thing I knew, I was whipping up pear upside-down cake, and I got my cutie mark! It was like she knew what I was supposed to do long before I did.

Autumn: [to Aurora] Just like you, sugarcube! Or rather, you're just like her!

Mrs. Castillo: That was the first of many cakes for me, and Buttercup was with me through it all.

~Flashback~

3rd pov

Mrs. Castillo: [voiceover] She'd be my taste-tester, help with the decorating, and prep new ingredients. Over the years, I perfected my recipes. Your mom did so much for me. One day, I wanted to surprise her with a cake.

Melvin and Phaedra: [laughing]

Melvin: [sniffs] Achoo!

Phaedra: [blows, giggles]

Melvin and Phaedra: [laughing]

The two hear a twig snaps.

Phaedra: [gasps] Oh. It's just you.

Chloé: Sorry. I just brought you a little something to say thank you. But I see you're busy. Hah.

Phaedra: [giggles] Promise you won't say anything?

The three heard a bush rustles and there was Samira picking apples until she saw her son with a Yearwood.

Samira: [whinny, snort] What in tarnation are you doin', Melvin?! We do not fraternize with Yearwoods! [spits]

Samira grab Melvin by his ear and drag him away. Melvin look back and wink at Phaedra

Chloé: You and Melvin? Whew, I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Your families hate each other.

Phaedra: I can't help it. We just sorta... happened.

Mrs. Castillo: [voiceover] Then Pear Butter told me the sweetest love story I have ever heard.

Melvin: Happy one hundred and thirty-one thousand, four hundred and fifty-six hour anniversary, darlin'.

Phaedra: What? [laughs] That's way longer than we've been together.

Melvin: I know, but it's the anniversary of the first time I called you "Buttercup". It's okay if you didn't get me anythin'.

Phaedra: Actually... I did.

Melvin: A guitar? For me? But... [strums guitar] I don't know how to play.

Melvin took the guitar.

Phaedra: Quiet, you.

Phaedra took the guitar back and started playing.

[Phaedra]

Melvin: Hey, no fair. I was gonna tell you the same thing.

Phaedra: You're just mad I beat you to it.

Melvin: I'm tellin' ya, I was gonna pull you up, cover your eyes, lead you over here... and say, "Surprise!" And then you'd say, [imitating Pear Butter] "Oh, Melvin, I love it!" [speaking normally] And then I'd say I love you. Too bad it didn't work out though.

Phaedra: Eeyup. Too bad.

Then bad news happened.

Perry: The Yearwoods are moving!

Phaedra: [deep gasp]

Aurora pov

Autumn, Me, and Milo: [deep gasp]

Autumn: I mean, I figured the Yearwoods moved, but I didn't know all that stuff happened before with Granny and Perry.

Me: It must've been really hard on our parents.

Mrs. Castillo: Oh, it was.

~Back to the Flashback~

3rd pov

Phaedra: We're moving?! To Vanhoover?! But that's so far!

Perry: It's what's best. There's acres of untouched land and a warehouse to make our jams. We'll get to expand our business and get away from those gosh-darned Winters.

Mrs. Castillo: [voiceover] Phaedra was devastated. But seeing no way out of it, she did what she had to do.

Melvin: So that's it?

Phaedra: What do you want me to do, Melvin? We're movin'. I love you, but [tearing up] I have to stay with my family.

Mrs. Castillo: [voiceover] Then Melvin did the most romantic thing I've ever seen anyone do.

Autumn pov

Aurora: What?! What?!

Me: [simultaneous] What?! What did he do?!

Milo: [simultaneous] Tell us! Tell us!

Mrs. Castillo: We're gonna need one more person to tell that story.

We all went to City Hall. Located in the middle of our town.
