A young woman in her early twenties let out a frustrates cries as she slammed the wooden table underneath her. 

❝M-Miss Reina! Please don't b-break the t-table!❞

A fair skinned young man who dressed with a full set of black butler suit with a plain white shirt underneath his suit, he wore a pair of clean black dress shoes and with a warm aura coming off him.

He possess a lock of greyish orange hair and a pair of sharp eagle's eyes which has the shades of yellow, Behind him, was the gigantic feathers of wings with black tips at the edges of his wings.

His intimidating appearance make it hard to believe that such a creature like him could be such a softie at heart?

❝Eli, I'm so mad at myself! It's been two years ago since I had gained the power of the queen yet I can't seem to make this work for once!❞ She groaned in displeased as she roughly messing up her hair as a sign that she was really stress out.

While she was mumbling something to herself, the once stack of papers were now laying on the smooth marble floor making a mess of the study room that they were currently in...

❝Miss Reina... If you don't mind me asking... Why is that you want it to success for...?❞

❝Hmmm...❞ She glared at the poor boy, dark circles under her eyes.

The deathly aura coming from the young girl doesn't make the whole situation any bette which cause the said male to flinched and worried at the same time.

❝Y-Your h-highness! Are you sure you're alright?!❞ The male stammered with sweat dropping across his forehead, paranoid.

❝I'm completely fine!❞

Not long after these words have left her mouth.What she did next make her regrets for the rest of her life, she sneezed.

❝....You're going to bed this instant, young lady!❞

❝Oh come on, Elijah! It's just a sneeze is al-❞ She was cut off when a sneeze came out once again.

Her nose start to turn red because all of her sneezing which she rubbed her nose, trying to make it seem that it wasn't because of a cold but unfortunately for her, Elijah was already giving her the “Don't you dare try to hide it” looks.

She nervously laughed as she tried to smile but end up failing of doing so when she saw the male shook his head in disappointment.

❝Fine...❞ She sighed, not want to upset her friend any longer.

Elijah helped her with the mess by picking up the leftovers papers and place them in a neatly stack of papers as the young girl was standing in front of a bookshelf with some old books within her arms, carefully placing them in their rightful position.

❝Your highness, you don't need to clean these books up since it's the servants' jobs to serve under the royal family❞ The male stated as he was almost done with picking up the papers.

❝Royalty or Not, I don't really care to be completely honest since in this world, there is no such thing as peasent or not worthy of living in my dictionary❞

❝But your highness and the royal family are the one who kept our world safe-❞

❝You do know that it's mostly the queen who take care of this world, right?❞

The male at first hesitated, confused where this was going as he slowly nods but not without raising a eyebrow at her.

She chuckles at how her friend was acting, using her hand to hide the growing smile on her face.

❝When I was younger, I was told my grandmother and mother's beloved were just commanders when they first met❞

❝They were?❞ He gasped with his golden eyes wider a bit in curiosity and shocked by the news of these kings.

She nods happily as she start hugging the book that it was in her arms the whole time, with a smile slowly blooming on her lips

❝Can you believe it?! I heard from the other worlds' kings or queens weren't confirmed as royalty when a commander married a royal even after they got married! Can you imagine a world that fill with technology?!❞ Her pale blue eyes sparkled as a wide grin was showing, sighing in a dreamy manner.

The poor boy was even more confused by the young queen's words. What worlds? Why is she getting so excited by them?

But most importantly, What is those thingy called technology?? Is it some kind of a new species of an animal or a new type of foods?

Many unanswered questions ran through his brain as he start to get a bit dizzy with his face turning blue, head spinning wildly as he held onto the nearest object that he could use to support himself;the wall.

❛Wh-What is going on with me? All the sudden, I'm starting to feel sick...❜ Elijah start massaging his forehead, trying to get rid of the headache as he groan in frustration.

The sudden action from the said male cause the girl from across the room, almost dropping her book on the floor as she gazed at him with surprise but mostly concern were showing within her eyes.

 ❝Are you okay? Your face kinda look like as if you just saw a ghost...❞

The smiling face of hers was slowly fading away and now in a replacement of it was a frown with her eyes start twitching in annoyance when the male answered.

❝You don't need to worry about me, Your High-Oww! Hey! What was that for?!❞

The said male whimpered as he starts rubbing his forehead where she had hit him. While the male was whining and claiming that he didn't nothing wrong with a few tears in the corner of his bright golden eyes.

He didn't notice the newly crowned queen shook her head in disappointment while crossing her arms in a strict manner as she was glaring down at him since he was laying against the wall for support.

❝Y.O.U. young man, are going to see Mister Baldwulf weather you like it or not!❞

He flinched ❝W-What!?❞

As much as he doesn't want to admit it but he is afraid of doctors especially a mad scientist of a doctor like Baldwulf himself! Unfortunately, being a Tsujiyū [1] is an embarrassment to be afraid of a Ninōkami [2].

His father won't be proud of him if he found out his weaknesses and he knows it's won't be pretty when its happen-

He tried to shake her hand off his arm as she was basically dragging him to his doom;The infirmary.

The wooden door was open with a slam as the older man was working on his  experiment, looking up to see what the source of noise was coming from but he only let out a sigh in frustration while fixing his thin glasses up to his nose in their rightful position.

❝Your highness, what are you doing here-❞ He was cut off when a body was thrown into the room, shocking the man when he saw the familiar figure.

❝Doctor, you have a patient to take care of~!❞

❝A patient? All i'm seeing is-❞

❝I think he might have the Kanetshi [3] Disease cuz he wasn't burning like a boiling water in the first few hours❞

❝...the Kanetshi disease, huh?❞

He smirked devilishly as his greyish violent eyes were fill with excitement but most importantly madness, mumbling nonsense under his breath which cause the younger male to flinched in fear and his mind was screaming at him to run.

Sweats were dropping from his forehead to across his as he took quiet steps toward the exit of the infirmary. If only he could take one more step and he will-

❝And where do you think you are going, Elijah?❞

He yelped as his legs had give up on him, stopped at his track as he was half through the exit;his only hope to escape. The young girl had recently left the infirmary not too long ago which only leave the two males behind alone.

❝N-Nothing❞ he stuttered, mentally face palm himself as his face become paler by the second, sweats dropping from his forehead nervously.

The older man's smirk become wider and more noticeable as the lock of mint green hair were shadowing his greyish violent eyes that scream madness.

Then the next thing you know were the loud screams of terror were heard within the whole palace.

It was already passed midnight when the new crowned queen awoken from her slumber, sitting up on her bed ❝Why did I woke up in the middle of-❞

She scratched the back of her head, messing up her chestnut brown hair as a small yawn come and start rubbing her eyes to get rid of the sleepiness.

A fainting voice of the wind whispering almost sound exactly like a human's voice causing the girl to wider her eyes out of shock as the tiredness from before vanished completely, leading her to fall down from the bed and rolling on the carpet. Her pale blue eyes were scanning the room, looking for something to prove that she wasn't just imagining things and hope it was a harmless prank.

Oh how wrong she is.

❛What the-?!❜ she nearly screamed when she heard the same voice again but it was much clearer than the first one now. How could the wind has a voice of its own?

❛That's not possible right?❜ she could had swore that voice was clearly talking to her if it wasn't then there is no point of her hearing it right?

❝That is it again! But what do they mean by that....?❞ She asked herself as she slowly stood up from the ground, trying to tracking down the whispering voice was coming from.

❝Save who exactly? But most importantly who are you...?❞ Her tone held a hint of concern and curiosity as she was making halfway toward the wooden door as the mysterious voice was coming from outside her room by the clearer and louder the voice become.

The sound of the gentle wind blows through the open windows, giving a soft melody as the eyes of the young girl become dull almost lifeless at first glance. She start following the voice as if it was the act of hypnosis, walking through the hallways with slow steps toward her destination.

She was now standing at the very top of the same old staircases when she first came here with her father but the only thing is missing were the candles that was currently out, leaving the whole darkness to darken the area.

It was hard to see in the dark and it's doesn't help when these staircases were narrowed and can easily trip if you weren't careful with your steps. But the chestnut brown headed didn't give in as she was still following the source of the singing voice that lured her here, walking down the staircases with ease like there's nothing in the world except a empty road for her to walk on.

Once she had reach the end of the staircases, she was now facing the same wooden door but this door was much older than the one from above and its need a key to unlock it but the only problem is there was only one key which it was kept locked in a room from beyond her reach to get her hand on it.

Reaching her hand out toward the door handle to twist them open but before her fingers could touch the surface of the doorknob, she stopped when her dull eyes land on her palm which was slowly fading away and her skin was ghostly white than her normal skin tone. She've stared at the hand with dull eyes for a moment almost curious to why it was like that but as if her body has a mind of its own, took the first step and into the door with no harm damaging her body as she went through with ease.

The whole room was still look fairly brand new and been very well take care of even after all these years ago ever since she first step in here. It was when she finally snapped out of it and her dull eyes become the same lively eyes once again as she let out a gasp when she finally took notice of her surroundings with her eyes held the looks of confusion within them.

❝Why am I here again out of all places... But most importantly, how did I get here-?❞

She stopped on finishing her sentence when her ears caught the same soft singing voice from before which she turn her eyes toward the source of the voice but what she saw cause her eyes to wider in shock as it was almost unbelievable sight to behold.

Her paler blue eyes caught the reflection of multiple people. At first, it was a harmless sight to behold as the reflection of true happiness was representing the people who were smiling and laughing either with their family or their friends.

 This causing a smile to blossom across her face, already forgetting her purpose in the first place as her eyes softened at the sight of a little boy with dark blue and a beauty mark near his lips, smiling innocently to a woman who she assume is his mother because of their similarities appearance and along side with them were two young men and a young girl who possess the same features as the mother and the boy's , smiling as if they were having the fun of their life which it was.

She chuckles at the cute sight of the happy boy, walking toward it to get a closer look of the happy family but when she did. The reflection of the happy moments changed to a much horrifying sight with flames raising up causing the whole palace to burn down. Eyes wider with horror and fears strikes her heart, fearing for the people's life who were trapped in the palace.

The reflection then shifts to the scene where the same two young men were fighting against some people with the flames surrounded them, blocking them from escaping but what was shocking to find out was when the older brother between them made a cut through a person's body and she almost want to threw up if it wasn't when she realized they weren't real instead they were weird-looking dolls...

❝What in the world are these dolls...?❞

She was almost spacing out with the thought of these strange-looking dolls and what was their purposes till a trembling voice cries out desperately. She've quickly took a look behind the brothers to see the same little boy from before with tears building up at the corners of his eyes.

Multiple burn scars were showing on their body parts including their faces in the blink of an eye, the older men were breathing heavily looking almost lifeless by each second passed with one of them couldn't stand anymore and fell onto the ground as the oldest out of the two was struggling to hold onto his life.

The little boy was crying when he saw one of his older brother wasn't breathing anymore. The man was holding the smaller boy's shoulder with a looks of desperation to hold on but what was the most noticeable about his eyes were the sight of hatred and anger as he told the little boy the truth of the incident;the one who set up the fire in the first place.

It was the mother.

Her eyes wider at the unexpected news. Why would a mother do such a thing especially to a family that she built up so hard for? There is no way it's true-

❝H-Hey! What is going on with the Mahōgami?!❞

a bundle of ropes made of light and water somehow wrapped around the female, trapping her before the force of being pulled into the once screen mirror as she struggles to get herself untangle from the ropes. While struggling the entire time, she was then showering with scenarios that weren't familiar to her, flashing back and forward within her mind.

Showing her the fate of the other world and the future of the people who live there, some were happy and healthy at least but there were some who weren't which leave them to abandoned their precious life and fall into the darkness or should she say depravity instead?

The more time passed seems to make the scenarios to become a lot worse by each second. Currently, inside the head of the female were nothing but freshly blood tainted the once beauty of nature earth, cries of horror and fears, deaths of countless innocent lifes and despair were wroten all over the faces of the people. This was the true power of the darkness sulking in the shadows, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike.

Tears were falling across her cheeks as she scream in frustration, begging it to make its stop as she couldn't handle to see more people dying within her vision of sight. Once again, the world have no mercy on the girl as the next scenario was the one when she finally snapped.

The familiar figures of her beloved were showed with countless of scars, marking their skins with dark crimson red blood dropping down to the floor as they were chained up and they look almost lifeless with no breathing seems be felt by the look of it...

❝No!!!❞ she bellowed and with that, she then was pulled into the Mahōgami as a portal made of water forming a large circle, enough for her to fit through.The last thing she heard before her vision went black was the same voice who lured her here in the first place.

❝The Queen of our world...The shadows of the Yamiraku [5] will bring the world of destruction, hatred and fears once again...This is the beginning of your journey, The Fatesoul One❞

EXPLANATION

[1] Tsujiyū is one of the many species where they had a human and an animal DNA mixed together. In this case;A Tsujiyū is a human beast of an eagle. They are one of the strongest species in the world with powerful wings that can fly through the skies with the speed of the light and their wings are much larger than any birds species. Their feathers are very dangerous to touch for them are sharper than a knife is and can easily cost Injuries if you aren't careful.This is one of the reasons why it's an embarrassment of their species to shows fears to their enemies;the Ninōkami is one of them.

[2] Ninōkami is a human beast of a wolf with their ears and tail share the same color as their hair. Their claws and fangs are poisonous, just one strike will instantly cause death or several injuries. Their senses are more improvement than a normal wolf is. Their ears can easily pick up the smallest things from afar, their noses can smell the most unnoticeable smell even if it was a fainting smell and they ran faster on the spring season than winter season.

[3] Kanetshi is a type of disease where a victim's body temperature is overheating. It's might seems harmless since it's similar to a fever but this type of disease will cost the blood pressure to become higher and highly damaging the heart and the system of a body which usually costing the victims to lose their own lives within a few weeks of the deadline. This highly suggesting to the people to visit a doctor immediately to avoid the aftermath of the disease.

[4] Mahōgami is a magical mirror of water and it's the only portal connected to the other worlds which it's why the royal family kept it safe and deep down on earth away from the outsiders. Mahōgami was created by the first queen and she was also the one who create the palace to have a mind of its own. This is why it's strictly the royal family only can enter the area but only if a royal blooded has a pure heart can truly active it.

[5] Yamiraku is the most dangerous threat to the world. If a shadow of Yamiraku manage to slip into a world with no knowledge of it, can easily take control of the world with destruction and negative emotions are the sources of their origins and once the world was taken down, it can never be the restore to its former itself. The creator of Yamiraku was defeated by the first queen who brought peace to the unknown world but his shadows remained hidden for a very long time.
