Shock ? It could be said as an understatement for Riddhima.The woman who acted meek and bound by orders of the person whom Riddhima called her husband couldn't have been the very one who would appear in such a character.By the time she could comprehend beyond her thinking limit, the very Ms.Dsouza called out "Vansh take Riddhima from here,I will control the things here".

Vansh on the other hand could see how pale Riddhima's face had become by the incident.He could sense the fear oozing out from her body.He was in front of her protecting her like a shield but when he thought that this experience could traumatize her,he looked back with an unknown fear and pulled her harshly close to his heart and as if soothing a child said "Don't worry nothing will happen.I'm with you.I will not let anything happen to you." He rubbed her hair with his rough hands just in hope that it would provide an ounce of assurance to her

Riddhima though was terrified by the incident and was shocked at Ms.DSouza's revelation,felt an amount of safe feeling when hugged by the person,for whom she still had mix feelings.She didn't know what to feel.But this sudden hug of care and assurance made her heart a little vulnerable.She closed her eyes and as if she an unknown feeling engulfed her 'no matter what, this person hugging me wouldn't harm me or wouldn't let harm touch me'

Vansh could feel her heavy dependence and trust in him,though he knew this was for the time being but he was glad enough to receive even an ounce of it.He knows he should have taken things slowly but nevertheless he won't do the sane mistake again.He would pursue her,pamper her,give her his everything and for that they will have to live,they will have to strive.As this thought hit,he pulled himself back and taking her small hands in his big ones,gave a sign of leaving through his eyes to Ms.DSouza,went to the car and drove to the mansion.

The journey felt cut short by many miles as Riddhima snapped out of her shock when Vansh opened her side of the door.She took a small glance of him,in her eyes one could see fear,shock and uncertainty of her future.His heart broke seeing this but he got himself tough and without saying anything,got her on his arms and walked towards the main hall of the mansion.

By the time the incident happened,Uma already knew about this.It was her final call which got Ms. D Souza on action.She caught the sight of Vansh and Riddhima from her floor's window,she could sense the tension and fear between them.She sighed deeply and opened the door of her room.

On the other hand,the personal guards of Vansh and Ms D Souza eliminated each one of the attackers and emerged victorious without getting a single scar for themselves."F*ck this is getting out of hand" cursed Acely. Thomas was the calmest guard but this situation got him irritated,irritation was clearly seen between his brows.Jack who was watching everything in silence,suddenly gave a bow to Ms.DSouza and spoke "2nd Madam,as per my analysis this is not the end but the beginning.Though this kind of small attacks happened earlier but those were 'small'. I bet they knew that there would be Madam with Master today but still they attacked. I guess their message was quite clear... " He stopped as he spoke this and waited for a response.

Ms.D Souza gave a slight smirk 'Your analysis is to the point but they must have also known that they could have caused harm to any one of them but I guess this plan failed as I arrived.I guess their plan was that when the perfect target Riddhima would be attacked,Vansh and his men would definitely get out to defend her and then the other group would take Riddhima away.But..." That smirk though deeper was quite meaningful.

The guards knew that.They have known this lady for years,who was not to be taken lightly.She comes in 3rd line for cruelty,1st comes their Master himself,2nd Ms.Uma and 3rd Ms.Miza or her proxy name Ms D Souza.

"Drink it slowly" Uma said with a light tone.She embraced Riddhima and consoled her "This is your world now Riddhima,accept it.The attackers already knew you but rather than fearing you have to face it with toughness" Though Uma hated to say those words but she knew this is what she needs to understand because a kind of forebording occurred to her as if this is nothing but something big is coming and for that one has to be tough to deal with it.

She didn't know what to do,just now she could see Vansh entering home with Riddhima in his arms.One could feel from a metre how angry he was.It was as if he had the fear that he would have just lost something which he hold close to his heart.He was just a centi metre away from becoming the beast which he tried to bury for the sake of Riddhima because he knew she needs him now,his support now,this accident happened because she was related to him.Her fear was getting the worst in him but to not antagonize her further with him turning to beast mode,his head was already taking much.

Just then Uma arrived and assured him that she could take care of Riddhima.He was reluctant to leave her but his mother's fixed and determined stare caused him to hand over Riddgima to his mother.She got Riddhima to seat on the sofa and called Amara to deliver water.And taking Vansh's hands said "Come to the corner for some minutes" He did as he was told as if he was waiting for it.

"This is not the time to get to your beast mode and annihilate everything.We still don't know what our next should be after all this sudden attack was quite unexpected but what I want you to do is listen to each and everything that I'm going to say now.

Vansh looked at his mother with his red eyes.But that calm woman standing in front of him was no joke but the one who countered such threatening attacks that one could barely think of.She was the one lurking behind the shadow,preying her enemies who tried to reach and kill her and her son.They say without a man no one would listen to a woman.But this woman made the people listen to her,made people obey her.She alone stood in darkness and protected her subjects being unknown to many.

This woman had such courage and strength in her that people standing in front of her could not help but feel a shiver.The sharpness in her eyes and that innocent smile made her look mysterious at the same time lethal.She had suffered so much in her life that she doesn't even seem affected by any of the attacks.Vansh knew his mother was not a person to be taken lightly nor the one to be messed up.He held deep respect for her and so he nodded his head.

The guards acknowledged her wise words.She turned to them and said her last words "You should be thousand times more careful and alert than you were some minutes ago.Make sure that nobody is harmed from our clan.Eliminate anyone without hesitation if someone appears suspicious oh yes that includes woman too" she told and wanted to leave but she continued "oh as you were saying 'they',it is not 'they' but 'he', you should prepare everything for this 'he' she turned to her heels and walked to the car like a boss.

The guards behind her were at a loss.Who was this 'he' ? And how did she know him.Nonetheless they knew they were not in a position to ask her any question.This was the person who accompanied Vansh everywhere.Got people killed with her extraordinary tactics without leaving any proofs,smuggled everything considered illegal,eliminated the ones who didn't listen to her,led dangerous counter - operations and was always the partner in crime with their Master.

She can kill without battling an eyelid.She lives her life in a camouflage.Ordinary ones know her as a house maid of VR Mansion who was kind and soft hearted,wait not only the ordinary but the most intelligent enemies failed to detect her true identity and when they knew they were already in their last moments of life.

The guards gave one another a look and followed her lead without a single word.

"They say stay calm,stay calm in any situation,this helps in making effective decisions" started Uma.She looked through the window glass and then to the flowers which were blooming gloriously in their garden.She added, "The only thing that I want to add to your ears is that you need to be calm.I know you are in utter rage but this is not going to help you anyway.This rage should be controlled,tamed,nurtured and then implemented when the right time ones.You know the attacker right,I mean the mastermind behind that" she stopped once without paying a look to Vansh.He seemed to cool a little and gave a slight nod.

"He will mock you if he knew you got reckless in his slight provocation.Better take effective measures to get rid of the problem at once.You can't find him now,he is a snake,probably hiding in a deep burrow and playing his games,rather than eliminating the tree to destroy it,one should not only cut the bark or branches to its grown up stem but rather uproot its roots to eliminate its existence at once." just then a slight thunder could be heard,the dark clouds surrounded the evening sky,this got a smirk in her face "The weather I like is here..it has been a while that such a weather warmed my heart" she turned to her son and said "Go and get fresh,I will take Care of her,there is a lot to plot and plan,Miza maybe reaching so yes be wise and smart" saying this she moved to her daughter in law.

"The rain is acidic,it burns my heart,the thunder has shocks which electrifies me,totally detestable" he smoked a cigar whose smoke made his deep scar in face looked more terrifying.

"As detestable as the news just received...they got saved" he said savoring the bitter smoke oozing from his mouth to the nostrils..

"Nonetheless the hunt begins....." He said with the strong urge to rub the burning cigar in the raw flesh of someone....from his memories....
