I found my men and I started to asked them; where is Zane.

"They took him back to do god knows what," Tim said, rubbing his wrist.

"Zin, Bruce, you're with me," I demanded, "The rest of you cover us," I said, throwing guns at them. They nodded. I walked down the hall and to the room; where I saw Zane in. I opened the door and saw something that I did not want to see, again. I remember the war that I was in and saw my friends and comrades dying around me. I was a prisoner of war and torture almost to death.  I walked in and towards him.

"What are you guys doing here?" Zane asked with horse voice.

"Here to get you out of here, Zane," I said.

"Okay," He said with a small smile.  I looked at him top to bottom check the injuries.

"Ready to go?" I asked. He nodded.

"Yeah," He said, closing  his eyes.

"Hey, Stay with me, Zane," I said, calling out Zane's name.  I worried about him. I don't want to lose him.  I can't lose him. I picked him and started to carried him out of this hell hole.  I saw my guys we are ready to leave.

"Let's go," Lithe said, hitting the detonation and we all started to run out of the building; before it exploded with us in it.

"How is he?" Zin asked, looking at Zane.

"I don't know," I said, stopping at a safe distance from the prison.

"Zane, hey buddy wake up," Tim said, placing a hand on my shoulder.

"Come on, Life," Lithe said. I planted a kiss on his forehead

"Come on, ball of light we need you," I whispered in his ear, " I need you to be okay."  I felt movement in my arms.  I opened my eyes to meet his gaze.  I let out a breath of relief.

"Is this heaven?" He asked. I shook my head.

"No, Zane it's not heaven," I said quietly. I sat on the ground with him in my arms.

"It should be," He mumbled.

"Why?" I said sadly, my smile disappear.  He placed a hand on my cheek.

"Because you are an angel," He said with a big smile. I blush and its very noticeable.

"I'm not though," I said sadly, tears started to run down my face.

"What wrong?" All my men said, looking at me with worry on their faces.

"It nothing," I said gently placing Zane against the tree.  I got up and left to check the perimeter.
