I was sitting in my office waiting for reports in the lower districts. I saw one of my men came in with a the reports.

"Mr. Black we been having problems in the some of the districts. The police have been closing in with Life Territory," He said, handing me the paper.

"So, they want to play with the Mafia," I said to myself mostly.  I look at the reports.

"They lost a lot of good men, sir," he said.

"So how many have been killed in the Life Territory?" I asked, standing up to face the window. I looked out at the people of Brisbane. I could feel that something was not right with my city this might me a good time to call a meeting with Life Territory leader.
