"Dame-Tsuna mafia bosses can't be gay." Reborn stated as he watched Tsuna cuddle with Kyoya.

Instead of getting mad at Reborn and start arguing with him, that ends up getting him hurt, he mearly states, "Watch me." And goes back to cuddling with Kyoya.

"You can't have a baby with Hibari." Reborn stated.

Tsuna grinned at him like he knows something Reborn doesn't and once again stated, "Watch me."

"It's not humanly possible for two men to have a baby." Reborn stated and Tsuna snickered, causing Reborn to get angry.

"What?! What makes you think you can be a gay mafia boss and have a legitament baby with him?!" Reborn shouted angrily at them, this time Kyoya joined in snickering at him.

"You'll see. SHAMAL!" Tsuna called smiling evilly at Reborn.

"You called." Shamal said as he walked in.

"Yes can you..." Tsuna whispered the rest in Shamal's ear while Kyoya takes Reborn out the room.

"Hn wait here." Kyoya stated going back in and leaving Reborn confused.

Inside

Shamal looked disbelievingly at Tsuna once he finished speaking and Tsuna merely smiled at him.

"Your serious, you want me to..." Shamal said and Tsuna nodded.

Shamal said sighed and gave Tsuna a pregnancy test thinking that it's not going to work. He looked at the results and promptly fainted.

Outside

*Thud*

'What is going on in there?' Reborn thought.

Inside

Kyoya kicked Shamal awake and stated, "Ultrasound."

Shamal who was still confused beyond belief obeyed and did the Ultrasound. When he viewed the results he promptly fainted again.

"Shamal wake up we've got to show the results to Reborn." Tsuna said quietly chuckling at his reaction while Kyoya picked up the results and glowed in happiness.

"Omnivore Twins." Kyoya stated with a barely noticable tone of happiness. He kicked Shamal awake again who started muttering 'science has failed me', repeatedly.

"Shamal stop repeating that like a broken record and tell Reborn with us." Tsuna said as Kyoya picked him up and kissed him on the cheek.

Shamal stared at them disbelief clear on his face but none the less he followed them out to where Reborn was waiting.

"What were those thuds I heard?" Reborn asked when they came out.

"Shamal fainting." Tsuna stated before chuckling.

"Anyway Reborn, in all my years I have not seen this, and would've not believed it if I hadn't checked myself but here." Shamal said as he handed Reborn the result papers.

To say Reborn was shocked was an understatement as his mouth gaped open despite his usual control over his emotions.

"I've been 2 months pregnant, so when you came to me to say I can't be a gay mafia boss I already knew that I could because the heir issue is resolved like this." Tsuna said smiling at him as Reborn looked at him with owlish eyes.

"HOW?" Reborn asked and Tsuna laughed.

"Well as my doctor said I have a deformity that caused me to have both parts." Tsuna said.

"What is the chance of this happening again?" Reborn asked.

"Well he said it's about 1 out 8000 and not a lot of people that have it know of it." Tsuna said.

"What doctor do you go to?" He asked.

"Dr. Zefully." Tsuna said.

"The mafia doctor that specializes in sexual organ health? How did he become your doctor?" Reborn asked.

"...my Mom..." Tsuna said and they all realize that there is more to Nana than they thought.

"...Lets go tell the others I'm having twins." Tsuna said happily as Kyoya carried him to the living room which all his guardians were conveniently in.

"Everyone I'm having twins!" Tsuna exclaimed happily.

"WHAT?!" They shouted simultaneously soon bombarding him with questions which he answered.

5 years later

"Fear me mortals." Tsuna's older son Koytan said to a bunch of 3 year olds who cried.

"Koytan stop scaring them mother is going to be mad." Tsuna's younger son Katsu said pulling at his brother's sleave.

"Hn they were crowding, semi-mortal." Koytan said patting Katsu's head.

In the distance

"They are so much like you two." Reborn said face palming as Tsuna laughed.

"Well what can you expect." Tsuna said standing next Reborn in all his mafia boss glory, Kyoya standing next to them.

"Is there anybody watching them?" Reborn asked.

"Us and Chrome." Tsuna said. "Becides I think they can take care of themselves, Katsu already has full use of his flames and Koytan is almost as strong as Kyoya when I first met him."

Reborn looked at Tsuna. "But they are 5." Reborn stated.

"Didn't stop Lambo it's not going to stop them." Tsuna said smiling.

"Mama! Papa! Reborn!" Katsu exclaimed happily as he dragged Koytan with towards them.

"Don't drag me semi-motal!" Koytan said angrily as he wacked Katsu in the head with his tonfa.

Tsuna laughed at them and picked them up. "Let's go home I bet you two are hungry."

"Un!/Hn." They said happily hugging Tsuna as he took them home.
