( CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE - DADDY DEAN )
CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE; DADDY DEAN
---
Sasha, Logan, and Bayley both made it to Los Angeles, California. Once they've arrived, Logan went her separate way, telling Sasha and Bayley that she had a massive headache but in reality, she just wanted to get some sleep.
She loved traveling with the girls, but sometimes she missed the peace and quite that frequently accompanied her and Finn's vehicle. The blaring music of the radio had her ears ringing the whole drive to Los Angeles, and now her right ear was plugged.
Logan rolled her suitcases into the hotel that Finn informed her he was staying at. A sigh escaped her lips when she reached the desk, and a middle aged woman was standing behind it, her blue eyes looking down at the lit-up monitor of the computer screen.
"Hello, Hotel room for Fergal Devitt." Logan barely paid any attention to the woman, her bag slipping from her fingers.
"Can I see some ID, Please?" The woman's tired voice called out, her eyes briefly looking up from the computer as her fingers worked at the keyboard.
Logan reached for her phone and flipped her case over to pull out her Identification. She handed it over towards the woman, who's eyes wondered over the card, and then her eyebrows rose.
It was then that Logan realized that she still had sunglasses covering most of her face, and she quickly apologized and pulled up her Gucci glasses, allowing the woman to see her face to confirm it was her.
"Alright, Miss Jane." The woman spoke, placing her ID back onto the desk, "Your key-cards.." She trailed on, passing the younger girl the key cards for her hotel room.
Logan gave her a simple smile, letting her glasses slip back onto her eyes with a touch of her finger. She grabbed her key-cards and walked towards the elevator. Logan set down her suitcase beside her, letting her hand get a rest from squeezing the handle. The doors were just about to close when a hand appeared between the closing doors.
Logan's eyes flickered towards the man who entered her elevator, and a pair of familiar brown eyes connected with hers. Seth adverted his eyes from her face, and started rolling his own suitcases into the elevator.
He was sporting some dark wash skinny jeans, along with his Shield T-shirt. His hair was put up neatly in a man-bun.
Logan slipped to the side as he stood behind her and she could feel his eyes on her frame as she stood there. It felt like the air got sucked out of her lungs as oxygen itself escaped from the elevator, and everything started to slow down between them.
"You can't ignore me forever, Logan." His words were spoken with some amount of softness, but she could also hear how broken his voice was.
Seth could already see the physical changes on her body, her frame had gotten more athletic, and he could only pinpoint it on her and Finn's frequent visits to the gym, knowing that Finn had a very tight scheduled of working out.
Her hair had gotten longer, more shiny and healthy even though it was wrapped on-top of her head into a messy bun but she still managed to look beautiful in her lazy choice of clothing. She was wearing a pair of pink jogging pants, and a pair of white sneakers on her feet.
Her chest was covered with a white crop-top, and a matching pink jacket covered her shoulders, but the zipper remained un-zipped, showing her toned stomach. Her face was completely clear of any signs of stress, and it looked smoother than usual, glowing in a golden way.
Logan blinked a few times, her mouth opening and closing while her brain thought of something to say, but she was too choked up. She felt his body heat from behind as he slowly walked up, his fingers slowly grabbing some of the hair that was on the side of her neck, and pulling it back; leaving her skin exposed.
"I miss you.." He breathed, his hot breath fanning over her skin.
Logan moved to the touch of him, her shoulders going tense and lifting as she shivered. "I can't.." She managed to get some words out, just as the elevator dinged for her floor.
She wasn't sure if she missed him the way that he missed her. She thought about it, the thought of her and Seth being a couple again, but she couldn't bring herself to allow him that far in again. And the thought of them being friends would just cause more trouble than not being friends. They've already tried that, and feelings emerged towards the surface at the worst time.
So Logan shook her head, allowing the thoughts to flood to the back of her brain, gone but they won't ever be forgotten. She was standing in the middle of her hotel room now, her suitcase handle still in her grasp. She slipped off her white sneakers and jumped towards the bed, the headboard hitting the wall as a smile came across her features of finally being in the comfort of a bed, but that only lasted so long.
A knock interrupted her sleep session, which barely begun. Logan groaned and lifted herself from the fluffy white comforter and walked over towards the door, looking through the small peep hole before opening the door.
"What do you want, Jon?" Logan groaned in annoyance at the sight of his over-joyed expression when she swung the door open.
"Movies?" Dean grinned from ear to ear while holding up a Mac Book, and a couple of disks. Logan's eyes scanned down towards the hard cover, the complete series for Game Of Thrones.
"Where's Renee?" Logan asked, not moving from her spot in the middle of the doorway, which was just irritating Dean even more.
"She's out with some girls, now move over and let me in." Dean scowled and gestured for her to move over, to which she did, letting him to step further into the room. "I brought you the thrones thing, since I know you enjoy that."
"You just know me so well, huh Deano?" Logan gushed, a smile brightening up her features as she closed the door behind her. "You're so gushy-"
"I'm not gushy!" Dean was quick to stop her words, wrapping his arms over her waist and lifting her off of the floor. Logan let out a roar of laughter, her hair flying in her face as Dean swung her around until she realized that they were in-line with the bed.
Dean was going to suplex her.
"Dean, dont!" Logan squealed. Dean's hold around her waist only got tighter, and his own cheeky grin appeared on his face as he threw her over his shoulder, both of them landing on the bed and Logan's shoulders hitting the pillows.
"You shouldn't of called me gushy!"
"You are though!" Logan defended herself. "Who comes over for movies and brings Game Of Thrones?"
Dean turned his head to face her body, "I missed you, okay?" He confessed. "You're so busy with Fergal all the time, you don't make time for Daddy Dean."
"Stop calling yourself, Daddy." Logan hit his arm playfully, earning a roar of laughter to escape his mouth. "Should I call myself Papi, then?"
"I call my father that!"
Logan's foot came to hit him in the thigh, making him fall off the bed, and Logan erupted into her own fit of laughter when she heard the loud thud of his body making contact with the carpet flooring. Logan's laughter stopped immediately when Dean's hand grabbed her foot and then yanked her off the bed, making her land on her ass.
"You're such an asshole!" Logan yelled, lifting herself from the floor and opening up the laptop that Dean brought over.
Logan's body leaned over the white comforter while Dean lifted himself off the carpet flooring, and joined her on the bed. A smile was washed over his features, and he felt content in her presence.
The feeling of warmth and the comfort of home was always brought from Logan. Not many people truly got to know Jonathan Good, the real side of him that was pleasant and caring, not this goofy and fun side that Renee had grown costumed too.
Logan Jane knew both sides rather well, and of course, the rather cocky and lunatic side that accompanied Dean Ambrose, stuck with Jon.
He was really like his ring character, the same goofy man, with a mouth of fire that kept you on your toes and wondered what was going to happen next. That's who Jonathan Good was.
And not many people got to fully see the deeper layers of him, but Logan was one of them and he was happy to have her fully accept him for who he was.
Or maybe it was perhaps that in some way, she was just as crazy and weird like him.
Dean's blue eyes caught back onto the monitor of the Laptop as their paused episode from months ago had been loaded. "Good, we're still on the Daenerys part." Logan grinned and fully sat herself up onto the bed.
Dean got himself comfortable on the left side of Logan, who turned her body to face his chest while the laptop laid between them. Their bodies were going diagonal across the bed, their foreheads an inch apart.
"She's so overrated." Dean said. A smug smirk coming into his features as he knew that Daenerys was one of Logan's favourite characters in the Game Of Thrones series.
"She is not!" Logan flickered her brown eyes up to bore back into Dean's blue eyes. "She has three fucking dragons, she will win."
"I vote on the white walkers to wipe out every ass." Dean rolled onto his side to fully face her better, her eyes rolling in her sockets to express her annoyance with his comment. "And her stupid dragons."
"I'm 'bout to smash your head with my fist!" Logan rolled over, hitting him with her elbow before Dean moved out of the way, his hand grabbing for his laptop.
"Your fat ass is about to break my fucking laptop-"
"I'm about to break your face!"
Logan jumped off the bed when Dean turned his back towards her, her left arm going over his chin to put him in a sleeper hold while her legs wrapped around his waist. "Dracarys bitch!"
"Did you just dragon fire me?" Dean stopped struggling for a second to catch his breath, and then fell backwards onto the bed. Logan squealed under him as her own back hit the bed, and the weight of Dean now on top of her made the wind knock out of her.
"I'm a little confused of what's happening right here," A voice broke out the thoughts of the two adults wrestling on the bed, Logan's legs wrapped tightly around Dean's waist, while her arms had him in a deathly sleeper hold. Logan lifted her head up from the bed to see Finn walk in with his suitcases behind him and a raised eyebrow as he closed the door behind him.
Under any other circumstances, Finn would've acted a bit jealous to the exchange that was happening on their shared bed, with Logan's legs wrapped around Dean's stomach. But since he knew the person who was keeping his girlfriend company was just strictly friends, he knew he had nothing to worry about.
"I'm kicking Dean's fucking ass." Logan growled and jerked her arms back and forth while Dean grinned over at him, holding him a thumbs up. Finn raised his eyebrows at Dean's now reddened face and rolled his eyes.
"Ya guys are so childish." Finn smirked over at them both, a laugh escaping from his lips as he rolled his suitcases further into the hotel room.
"She had it comin'" Dean told him, sitting back up on the bed as soon as Logan decided to untangled her legs from his waist. He watched as she sat up and greeted her Finn when he walked towards her, leaning his head over the bed to capture her lips in a short kiss.
"I'm sure she did." Finn smirked over at him when he pulled away from her, and Logan laid back on the bed, her legs dangling over the edge.
Logan shot out her leg in hopes to hit him somewhere, but with quick reflexes, Finn caught hold of her foot and then gave her a warning glare.
Logan looked back up at him with a cheeky playful grin, their attention then brought back over to Dean, or more so his buzzing phone.
Logan shifted her weight onto her elbows and peered over Dean's shoulder to see who had messaged him. "Well, our movie session has to be cut short, Renee wants me back." Dean shrugged his shoulders, his blue eyes wondering back over to Logan's curious brown eyes.
"Awe, well okay." Logan jutted out her bottom lip in a pout; not wanting him to leave so soon, even though now she had Finn to keep her company.
"Next time, okay." Dean took his hand and ruffled her already messy bun that sat on top of her head and Logan swatted his hand away with a laugh.
"See you later." Logan watched as Dean walked towards the door, putting his sneakers back on.
With a simple wave, he opened the door and disappeared in the hallway, and Logan returned her eyes back on Finn. "How was traveling with the boys?" She curiously asked as Finn's hands rested on her thighs, his hands squeezing them every now and then.
"It was good." Finn answered her back with a certain playful glint in his eyes as she continued to massage her legs. "I've missed your company though."
Logan's lips turned up into a small smile as he leaned down, and she wrapped her hands around his neck as he kissed her lips. "I missed you too." Logan breathed as their lips parted for just a second before Finn reattached his lips to hers once again, in a hungry need.
He was missing her, the feeling of his usual cold hands on her warm smooth skin. His left hand wondered to the small of her back, bringing her close towards him as he shifted her body weight to get more comfortable on the bed.
Logan's brown eyes fluttered close as Finn attached his lips to her neck when she moved her head to the side. Her teeth sunk into her bottom lip as their make out session began to get heated, and the familiar tingling sensation started to build between her legs.
"You're so beautiful." Finn whispered against her, his bottom lip trailing over her skin as he lifted his head to take a look at her face. Her lips were slightly parted, while her brown eyes fluttered back open to bore back into electrifying gaze.
"Stop looking at me like that, and start undressing me with your teeth."
Finn's eyes only began to darken into a navy blue upon hearing her request. A small smirk grew on his lips as he began to tug her pink jogging pants off her legs.
---
Logan began to get out of the vehicle as Finn parked out in the sunny parking lot of the Staples Center. He was sporting a black tuxedo with some dark skinny jeans, dressing up his casual style while Logan dressed herself in a draped Balmain leather mini-dress, the snug dress tugging at her curves as she walked outside of the vehicle.
Black sunglasses rested on her face, hiding her undone eyes while her lips were painted red.
Fans were already crowding the barricade for the paper view, wanting to get a sneak peek at the arriving superstars, and there was no surprise when Logan heard a couple yell out her name.
Finn lifted her suitcase out of the trunk of the vehicle while Logan placed her championship on her shoulder. "Nervous?" Finn asked her as he lifted his own suitcase out of the trunk of the car.
"A little." Logan smiled weakly at him, knowing that it was okay to voice that she was nervous for the second big paper view in her career. She was placed in a fatal-five, Bayley recently getting added into the match, which she was excited for.
"Nerves are good." Finn told her as he waited for her manicured hand to grab out her other bag from the back, and when she did, he closed the trunk.
"I just hope I win." Logan let out a chuckle as they both turned around.
"I'm sure you will." Finn looked over at her, his own award winning smile placed gracefully over his beautiful features.
"Logan!" A couple fans from the barricade yelled out as they neared the entrance of the arena.
"Hey, what's up guys?" Logan turned her attention over towards the growing crowd as she began walking over towards the barricade, Finn following behind her.
"Finn, can we get a picture!"
Finn looked over at Logan briefly, a small smile appearing on her face as she began signing some of the posters that were shoved in her face. "Do you think you're gonna win tonight?"
Logan looked up at the voice of the person who asked the question. "Without a doubt, The Queen is here to keep her reign." Logan answered the question while lifting the glasses from her face.
She leaned into one of the men who asked her for a picture. "What do you think of Seth Rollins?"
Logan moved away from the fan, "I think he needs to stop following me around." Logan smirked over at the girl who asked, holding out the blue sharpie that she took earlier. "Does this belong to you?"
"Are you dating Logan?" The question had taken Finn by surprise, and his blue eyes found Logan's brown ones. "No, we're just friends." He answered them back with a smile.
"Sorry to cut things short, but we need to get inside." Logan told them, her hand finding her suitcase once again, while Finn returned to her side. "Enjoy the show!" He yelled out while waving back to the fans.
Despite Logan being totally exhausted from the loss of sleep that often accompanied a Paper-view, from the large amount of interviews, podcasts, and other things; she was beyond ready. Even though she was going into a fatal five, and that was alone put a lot of pressure onto her shoulders.
"What matches are happening tonight?" Logan asked Finn while they both entered the building.
So much had clouded her mind, and she hadn't taken much notice of the other matches that would be taking place tonight for No Mercy.
"I think there's Jason Jordan against The Miz, Elias and Apollo. Dean and Seth against Cesaro and Sheamus. Roman and Dean. Bray and I, Brock and Strowmam, and Enzo against Neville." Finn informed her of the various matches that were scheduled tonight, making Logan purse her lips.
"Hey Logan." A french accent from behind Logan called out, turning her head to see the French Canadian native walking over, her heels clicking off the marble flooring with each graceful step she took. A smile adoring her beautiful features as she approached, Mike, 'The Miz', following closely behind her.
"Hey Maryse." Logan greeted her, her eyes traveling down towards the blonde's stomach. It was late news that Maryse was currently pregnant with their first child. "How are you feeling?" She suddenly asked her, brown eyes flickering back up to her face.
"I'm feeling great surprisingly. A bit tired lately." She told her and the two girls began walking side by side. Finn stood on the left of her, with Mike standing by his wife. "How are you feeling about the match?"
"Nervous and excited." She answered. Maryse nodded understandingly. Logan was nervous and she wasn't going to hide the fact that she was. Nerves were good, that meant that you were just simply human. "I've never competed in a fatal five, so I'm treading on new territory."
Maryse turned her head. 'Just keep your focus, and don't let your emotions cloud anything." Maryse answered her back confidently, understanding that having two of your friends competing for the same thing could bring emotions into the match.
"Thanks for the advice, it means a lot coming from you." Logan shot the former Diva's Champion a heart felt smile as her and Finn were about to turn the corner, going straight for Finn's locker room. Logan waved after Maryse before parting ways with Finn.
"I'm going to go pick up my ring attire from Julie, so I'll find you?" Logan sliced through the silence that clouded between her and Finn. He opened the door for the Men's locker room, her brown eyes flickering towards the Men who were already inside.
"Hey Logan." Sheamus looked towards the door, his white complexion contrasting from the black shirt that was currently on his toned chest.
"Hey guys," Logan awkwardly waved back, a small smile coming up onto her lips as his Tag Team Partner, Cesaro turned his head.
A smile crept up onto Cesaro's features, his own eyes going down her form until he brought them back onto her face. "You look good, Logan."
Logan smiled back at his sweet words. "Thanks."
Finn rolled his eyes at the man who was currently gawking at his girlfriend with him standing there in-front of him, and Logan was quick to notice the pain of jealously that was written all over his face.
Logan didn't complain when Finn wrapped his free arm around her tiny waist, pulling her closer into him and showing off to the men in the room that she was his. Only his. A soft but passionate kiss was shared between the couple, while Sheamus looked over at Cesaro, a knowing smirk crept onto his features.
When they parted, Logan could only smile as she stared back into his icy stare. "Text me later, okay?" She asked him, her brow lifting.
"Okay, love." He gave her one quick peck before his arm pulled away from her, and Logan grabbed the handle of her suitcase, and started walking towards the Women's Locker room, wanting to put away her luggage before finding Julie by the sewing machines.
Upon entering the locker room, the room grew quite as Logan entered, a pair of eyes finding her frame almost immediately. Logan looked up quickly, her eyes landing on Nia and Alexa standing in the corner, facing each-other.
"Hey Alexa." Logan smiled over at her, to which Bliss copied the smile back, giving her a quick hello before turning her attention back onto her best-friend.
Logan could feel their eyes on her, taking quick glances towards her and then whispering as she rolled her luggage towards an empty locker. Logan took her sunglasses, putting it into her carry-on bag and leaving it there while grabbing her phone before zipping it up.
"I really think you should just talk to her, she's really nice, Nia." The voice of Alexa was heard across the room, it was clear that Alexa had said it a bit louder to grab her attention.
Nia's pair of brown eyes flickered towards the Champion, a sigh escaping her lips as her best-friend gave her a stern look. Alexa wanted her to talk to her and apologize for attacking her a month ago, and injuring her back. Nia was hesitant to agree with it, she wanted to apologize for acting how she was, in truth, she was a bit jealous at the push that she was given.
"Logan?"
The champion turned her head in question to the sound of her name being called, her eyes locking with Nia's brown ones while Alexa started walking out of the room. Logan watched from the corner of her eye and immediately went into defensive mode, her shoulders going tense.
The last time she was in a room with Nia, she had attacked her and injured her.
"I'm not going to hurt you." Nia held her hands up in defense, her eyes scanning Logan's defensive body language and how she was turned to the side, ready to reach for the door if she needed too. "I just wanted to apologize for my actions towards you."
Logan's posture had softened slightly, her eyes narrowing over towards the bigger lady in-front of her. Logan's eyes went to the floor, and then her body turned while she nodded. "Okay."
"It was wrong of me, I know that." Nia began. "I was just a bit jealous to be honest, you were getting the attention that I wanted and I took it to an unprofessional extreme."
Logan pursed her lips as her arms crossed her chest. "Well, at-least you know what you did was wrong, and I didn't appreciate you just attacking me without any excuse."
Nia nodded at her words, knowing that it was completely wrong of her to do that. She didn't understand why she did it in the first place, her anger got the best of her in the wrong time.
"Friends are aside tonight, and I think you can understand that considering what is on the line," Nia told her, her eyes gazing at the championship that she would be fighting for tonight, sitting on Logan's black suitcase. Logan nodded, understanding that. "But I hope we can become friends, us girls, we need to stick together not cause more hate."
Logan furrowed her eyebrows, but then a smile appeared on her features. She liked that Nia was owning up for what she did wrong, and what she said was true. Women were living in a Man's industry, and they needed to stick together to show the world that they could do just as well as the men.
There wasn't time to start acting like high school girls, hating on each-other for stupid reasons.
"I like that you took the courage to own up to your wrongs, Nia." Logan stood more firmly, her body was now facing Nia head on. "I accept your apology, and we can totally work up a friendship, but no more catty bullshit.." Logan shook her head. "If you have a problem with me, come tell me face-to-face."
Nia agreed with her statement of acting more like adults in this. "Same goes for you, Jane." She shot her back a smile. "Hug?"
Logan's lips turned up into a smile and shrugged. "Sure." She walked up to the taller woman in-front of her. Nia bent down slightly, even though Logan was wearing heels, she was still shorter than her.
A/N;
Sorry for the wait for this chapter you guys. I've decided to have the matches in the next chapter since this chapter would be too long if I added it in. I hope you guys liked it, and if you did, leave a vote and a comment. :)
