CHAPTER SEVEN: TWISTED

Music started blaring through the arena and Logan came out with two men by her sides. Jeff Hardy walked in on the left of her, while Logan joined Jeff's signature dance at the start of his entrance, Matt looked over at her, cheering.

"The following contest is a Mixed-Tag-team match scheduled for one-fall! Introducing first, Matt and Jeff, The Hardy Boyz, and Logan Perris!"

Logan started walking down the ramp along with Matt, while Jeff walked behind them. Jeff had told her that he was a bit reluctant to let this match happen with her in it, since The Revival was a brutal team and they couldn't guarantee her safety, but Logan shook it off.

Logan and Jeff had competed together in numerous Tag-Team matches back in TNA, and she reminded him of that, telling him that this is not different than now. She could handle herself.

Jeff circled around the ring while Logan ducked under the ropes, looking up over into the crowd behind the announce table. She kept her character, even though things could bend a little in this match.

While the two boys got up on the turnbuckles, Logan stayed on the matt, leaning against the ropes while pointing with her hands at both of the Hardy's.

Once The Revival's theme song blasted through the Arena, Jeff jumped off of the Turnbuckle and looked over at Logan, when his arms wrapped around her for a hug, along with Matt on the other side of her, she smiled.

"Ready to do some amazing things tonight?" She heard Jeff say into her ear and she nodded, tearing her eyes away from the Ramp, where Emma was coming behind her team.

She was beyond excited for the opportunity of this match, to compete next to someone who trained her himself, with his brother's help. The fans haven't seen them together in years, and she had something special in store tonight, Matt and Jeff into what she was planning for an awesome match.

There was some hesitation of Jeff's part, but Matt won him over.

Matt put his hand on Logan's shoulder, slowly nodding to her as their three competitors started reaching for the ropes, and in a split second, Jeff, Matt, and Logan charged, sending a flurry of punches their way.

The Revival slipped out of the ring, pulling Emma away from Logan's punches. Logan ran her hands through her hair while looking at them yelling back. "Get back!" She smirked and bent down, using her fingers to urge them on.

Matt was going to start off with the match once they decided to get into the ring, and that meant Jeff and Logan were on the opposite side of the turnbuckle. Logan watched as Wilder quickly tagged in Dawson as soon as Matt started getting close. It wasn't long until Dawson and Matt were throwing punches at one another, and then Matt sending him face first into the turnbuckle.

Logan moved out of the way once Matt sent Dawson into their corner, tagging his brother into the match and together they kicked him down. Now Jeff was the legal man in the match and so far he was dominating Dawson.

Another tag and Logan walked backwards onto the steel steps when Jeff and Matt sent Dawson flying back into their turnbuckle. "Great job," Logan high-fived Jeff once he was on the opposite side of the ropes, and together they watched Matt.

But it was only for a moment until Dawson started gaining a little momentum to push Matt in their corner and Wilder tagged himself into the match, slapping his partner on the back. They started clobbering Matt in their corner and Logan frowned, knowing that if Matt didn't remove himself from their corner, things would start to go south very quickly.

Another Tag.

Dawson sent a kick to the stomach of Matt and Logan bit on her bottom lip while fixing her dark blue shorts. Matt started walking backwards into another turnbuckle, making the best move of removing himself and allowing distance between Dawson's partner.

They started going at it back and forth until Matt sent an impacted fist at Dawson, allowing Matt to get the upper hand and throw him into the corner, beating his face off the turnbuckle. Things started to pick up their pace when Matt delivered his bulldog and went in for the pin but Dawson kicked out at two.

Matt started walking over towards her and Jeff, and tagged in his brother, double teaming them until Wilder got into the ring and Jeff had to get up from the pin. Logan realized that Emma was not on her turnbuckle and when she turned her head, Emma was running after her but Logan beat her to it.

Logan ran and jumped on Emma, taking her out with a cross-body while Matt and Jeff were focusing on Wilder. Logan grabbed onto Emma's hair, and threw her into the barricade, hearing the crowd start cheering; she got back into the ring.

Wilder, Emma and Dawson were all out on the floor beneath them as all of them started gaining momentum. Jeff and Matt both looked at Logan, and when she nodded, the three of them bounced off the ropes and suicide dived out of the ring, onto their opponents.

"This is awesome!"

It wasn't long until all of them were back on their turnbuckles at the count of seven, and Matt was in the ring, getting destroyed by Wilder, and then Dawson. Logan looked on as Dawson started targeting Matt's injured left knee.

He covered Matt, but only got a count of two.

Things were starting to look bad on their end as Dawson and Wilder were dominating, having Matt in their corner now. Jeff got into the match when Wilder started getting cocky, yelling profanities into Jeff's face but the Ref held him back, sending him back through the ropes only earning a distraction for Dawson to start hitting Matt when the Ref wasn't looking. Matt started crawling over towards their corner, and Logan being the closest to Matt held her hand out, but only to be dragged back by Dawson. Logan cringed when he put Matt's injured leg into a hold, watching it bend.

Jeff and Logan started clapping, hoping to get Matt out of the situation that he was in. The Universe started clapping along, "Come on Matt!" Logan encouraged the older man in the ring and he started fighting Dawson off, but to only have Dawson back on him.

Matt was holding onto his leg and the Revival took advantage of that, bending and hurting that knee any way possible. Dawson tagged in his partner while holding Matt's injured knee onto the bottom rope and then putting his weight down on it.

Logan held out her hand as Matt turned on his side, looking at his team mates with pleading eyes only to have Wilder drag him back and then Dawson applying another hold on him, targeting his injured leg.

Matt wrapped his arm around Dawson's neck putting him in a headlock as Jeff and Logan started getting the crowd going, hoping to give Matt the momentum to tag either of them in. Matt started to fight his way out of the hold, delivering elbows into his shoulder.

Matt got out of the hold and with the boost of life that he had left into him; he slapped Logan's hand, forcing Emma into the match. Logan wasted no time mounting on top of Emma, digging her hands into her hair and bouncing her head off the matt.

Emma threw her off and both of them rose but the momentum that Logan was feeling at this moment gave her the upper hand. She close-lined her back down, and repeated it. She grabbed hold of Emma, throwing her towards the ropes, and when she bounced back; she was met with Logan's boot.

Logan screamed out, spinning around as the fire in her veins ignited. She grabbed hold of Emma again and dragged her into their corner, hitting her face off the top. She looked back at Dawson who was trying to get through the ropes, she turned her attention back on Emma who was facing her but sitting.

She charged forwards and performed a High-Knee kick, looking out through the crowd before doing another running bull-dog. Once she got up, she faced Dawson who was yelling back at her. "You can't beat us," He yelled over at her, leaning over the ropes to catch her attention.

"Oh yeah?" Logan screamed back, walking towards him and nodding. A sick twisted smile came onto her features, "This is for Matt!" Her hand connected with his Jaw and he stood there, completely shocked that she would put her hands on him.

He almost got into the ring until the Referee pulled him back through the ropes and Logan looked back, giving her butt a little tap before grabbing a fistful of Emma's hair and then putting her into a sleeper hold. The crowd started cheering for her and Logan tightened her arms around Emma's neck, cutting her air off.

Once Emma started to fight out of the hold, Logan released her only to hit her face off of the Matt again, and then dragging her towards her team's corner. She mounted her onto the turnbuckle, shoving her shoulder into Emma's gut, "Tag yourself in," Logan looked up at Jeff and once she felt his hand slap her shoulder, she threw Emma out of the turnbuckle and onto the floor below them.

Jeff and Wilder started going at it once Logan went behind the ropes, and Jeff was on a role, even going for a pin but only got a count of two. It was only when Dawson distracted Jeff that Wilder was able to get a shot on him.

Wilder swung around, going straight for Matt who was standing next to Logan and knocked him down; then he faced Logan, sending her a wink before tagging in his partner.

Jeff was sent into the ropes, but ducked in time, allowing Matt to grab hold of Wilder's boot and take him out of the ring allowing Jeff to go for a pin.

But Dawson kicked out, and then Jeff hit him with a Twist of Fate.

Then, everyone started to get involved, Wilder going into the ring to break up the pin before the three count. Emma caught Logan; grabbing her foot and throwing her off the ring. Before she knew what was happening, they had lost the match.

Logan looked towards the ramp, seeing Emma and the Revival looking back at them with grins on their faces. Logan wiped at her nose while getting to her feet, noticing that it was bleeding from hitting it off the edge of the matt.

She made her way into the ring, seeing Jeff lying on his back near the turnbuckle, griping between his legs. Matt looked over at her, seeing the blood running down her nose. "You okay?" He yelled over the music, and she nodded.

Logan looked up at the screen while the replays started, showing that Dawson had won because he had grabbed Jeff's pants, which wasn't allowed. "They fucking cheated!" She yelled out, looking over at Matt with fury in her brown eyes. She felt Jeff's hand on her leg and she looked down, helping him to stand up.

"It was great to compete next to you again," Jeff told her once they got backstage, looking down at Logan who rubbed her nose with her arm, blood still dripping down her chin. "You too, Jeff," Logan looked up at him with a smile on her face and Jeff pulled her into a hug. 

 "Sorry," Logan muttered upon noticing that blood had dripped onto his sleeves when they pulled away and Jeff shook it off. "Not the first time," He reminded her of the match that took place back in TNA when Jeff accidently hit her with a chair, busting her head open with the edge of it.

 Logan laughed and looked over at Matt who had all of his weight on his right foot, "You should go to medical," She said sternly, pulling him into a side hug. "You should go to medial," He pointed out and Logan rolled her eyes at him. 

"It's just a nosebleed," She shook it off and smiled behind Jeff when she saw Sasha coming her way towards her, towel in hand. "My saviour comes to the rescue." She cooed, making Jeff look behind him. 

"I'll see you two later," Logan put her hand on Jeff's arm and he nodded, slapping her back softly. "See you, kiddo."
