Hank: probably wouldn't really understand Valentine's Day but still gave you a random heart of a grunt that he killed. You have it in a jar in your room along with a card he gave you with it.
"I still like you" was written in the card, along with hanks signature. You guys also cuddled afterwards. And you gave him a new knife that you blacksmith yourself! It has your signature on it to remind him of the one he loves.

Sanford: He made you chocolate! I feel like his mom is a chocolatier or a baker, Sanford also knows how to make a great meal! Kisses and movie afterwards. You gave him a drawing of you and him, he absolutely loved it.

Deimos: he's sorta a cliche but with a twist. He'd get you a teddy bear, but it has a 'open me' tag on it. when you opened it filled it small goodies! You tackled him in delight and appreciation, and watched the cheesy Valentine's Day special episodes of cartoons.

2bdamned: Probably gave you a regular card, and maybe a brioche, you didn't know how he got it but you still love it and wore it. You gave him a new mask, and water bottle, gotta stay hydrated while working! After that you two watch funny comedies.

Sheriff: mans got you a little hat, or bow your choice. You got him some new boots and a new cowboy hat. You two then proceeded with watching a dinner date movie and cuddling at home.

Tricky: he probably gave you a weapon similar to his, he was extremely happy when you said you loved it. You gave him a new lab coat. (In this universe he wears a lab coat fight me) with along with a tiny signature of his name in green thread on it, and then you two sneaked into a drive in movie place and watch the movie.

Jebus: made you a little plushie of him! It now on your nightstand and you cuddle with it every night you got him a new pair of glasses, and a cloth made for cleaning glasses too! After that you two listened to podcasts of random subjects.

Phobos: Ya got a fancy ass dinner and movie, and portrait of him. Yeah he maybe egotistical but still loves you. You got him a little teddy bear of him. Like it has the same outfit of him along with is red goggle. Then you two burned stuff together.

Auditor: he gave you a gun and a bow (take that as you will) you gave him a blanket and neck pillow. Then you two watched the sunset.

Mag agent torture: all he could really give you was a small card, but you still accepted it. You gave him a big old hug and big new tie for him! Then you two had fun that day.

Hot dog vendor: probs give you a hot dog and card, you gave him a card and chocolate! And then had a safe and simple walk through a park.

Janitor: he couldn't afford much but was able to get you a plushie of a crab with a monocle and top hat. You got him new cleaning supplies, it will help how bad the agency smells. But he still appreciated it!
