Derek's Friends
---
Madison's POV
"I. Hate. You. So. Much!"
That's the first thing I heard when I walked into the kitchen.
Peter, who was glaring at a grinning Derek, had said those words.
"God Derek! What did you do now?!" I said, scaring Peter and somehow making Derek's grin even bigger.
"Oh nothing, don't worry. Hey, I was just going to hang out with my friends from the basketball team, would you like to join us?"
I looked over at Peter to see him staring at me, he seemed...hopeful? Did he want me to meet Derek's friends? I guess that makes sense, maybe.
"Okay, Derek, let's hope they're nice." I told Derek, smiling.
I suddenly heard loud thuds. I turned to see Peter repeatedly bang his head on the table. I quickly walk over to him and caught his head just before it hit the table again.
"Peter! What the hell are you going?!" I yelled, while putting my hand on his forehead, hoping to calm the burning skin.
"Nothing! Nothing, I just forgot that I had to...err...to do...something!" He said, standing up and walking out the door. He then yelled behind him, "Have fun with the morons!"
After he left, Derek started to giggle to himself. He quickly cleared his throat, looked at me while holding his hand out, "Shall we?"
Deciding to ignore what happened to Peter, I grabbed his hand, smiling I said, "We shall."

Derek and I walked to a little, cute park not far away from the Hale house. As we got there, I noticed a small group of good looking guys around Derek's aged, I guessed they were his friends.
"Hey guys, I want you to meet my friend Madison Page. Madison, this is Joe Adams," a short guy, brown hair up to his shoulders and brown eyes, waved at me, "Bradley Jones," a guy with short black hair and green eyes, looked me up and down with wide eyes, I giggled at that, "Luke Hill," a really tall ginger guy with hazel eyes, smiled at me, I have always liked ginger hair, "and lastly, Liam Hall." A really cute guy with brown curly hair and bright blue eyes, winked at me, which made me blush a little bit.
I awkwardly waved at them, "Hey, it's nice to meet you."
"Now that we all know each other, would you guys like to play some basketball," when all they guys nodded and said 'yeah', Derek looked towards me, "Would you like to join in, Madi?"
Smiling, I said "Yeah sure, I don't really know how to play so, I'll just watch."
The cute guy with bright blue eyes, Liam, turned to me and said, in, surprisingly, a British accent, "I will watch with you, there are five of us, it won't be a fair game, so I will stay out of this one."
Unknown to Madison, Derek's plan was working perfectly. Liam, the biggest and most good-looking flirt, was going to stay and talk to Madi, Peter, who Derek could smell, is hiding behind a tree listening in, and growling quietly when Liam said he would stay with Madison.
This couldn't be any better thought Derek, smiling widely as they walked to the basketball court that was in the park.
While the rest of the group was getting ready to play, Liam and I were standing off at the side.
"Madison, has anyone told you how beautiful you are?"
I choked on the air, surprised by the sudden question. I turned, wide eyed, to Liam, "Are you flirting with me? You do know I'm 26, right?"
"Does not mean I cannot admire beauty, and you are very beautiful." He said with a charming smile, picking up my hand and brought it up to his lips and gave it a light kiss.
Blushing, I laughed nervously, "I bet you say that to all the girls!"
"Only ones as beautiful as you, and I have only ever come across one other. And that is my mother." I could not contain my 'aww!'
"You, Liam, are adorable!" I giggled. I learned up (even though I was older then him by ten years, he was still taller!) and peaked a reddened check.
As I did so, I heard a low, angry growl behind us. It startled me, so jumped and turned around to see what was there.
Nothing.
"Must have been a wolf or something." I said.
"There haven't been wolves here in years." Liam informed me.
Well if you count the Hale family, there are. I'm one, kinda. I thought, amused.
Only then had I notice a weight around my waist, I looked down and saw Liam's arm, he must have wrapped it around me when I jumped from the growl, awwww!
Backing away, I smiled apologetically, "Sorry."
In his chocolate like voice he laughed, "Oh, it's okay, it even scared me!"
I joined in, but I was thinking of one thing.
Liam's arm around me didn't bring me comfort like Peter's did when we were in his bed.

Peter's POV
As soon as Derek and angel...err I mean Madison (aka angel) left, I followed them. Of course, I did!
I knew Derek was aware that I was following, but I was glad that Madison is a newcomer to the werewolf senses.
When they got to the park, Derek and Madi said hello and stated to walk to the basketball court.
I growled quietly every now and then.
As the other idiots were getting ready, Liam and Madison stood off to the side.
The more Liam flirted the angrier I got. Even though she tells him she older then him, which should have made him stop, it only fuelled Liam's need to flirt with her, which fuelled my angry towards the teenage. I had already hated him when he came to our house and flirted with Laura, he probably would of flirted with Taila or Cora if he had the chance! (I had thrown him, literally, out the house for flirting with Laura!)
But when I said Madison call him 'adorable' (He is anything but that! I can be adorable!) and learned up to kiss his cheek, I saw a smug smile on his face that Madison missed, I had, not meaning too, let out a low, angry growl.
Madison, upon hearing me, jumped and turned around. I quickly ducking behind one of the trees, not far from the basketball court.
I let out a quiet sigh, I felt a bit guilty for scaring her.
After waiting a good amount of time, I turned back to see Madison and Liam close. Really close. Liam's arm around her waist.
Liam's. Arm. Is. Around. Her. Waist!
My eyes glowed a bright gold, almost letting out another growl.
Madison, as if she was sensing my anger, quickly jumped away from the dick, oops I mean Liam. Oh, who am I kidding? I hate that guy! With his silly brown locks, bright blue eyes and his stupid British accent!
As Madison and Liam laughed, I couldn't control my anger. Before I could hurt anyone, I ran back home.
Slamming the door open, I panted, from the running, but it sounded like growls.
"Peter!" I faintly heated my sister shout, she rushed over and put her hands on my shoulders to keep me from falling over.
"Peter! Listen to me! I know that you don't have a strong anchor yet, but you need to find one! Think of me, your family! Think about your friends!" I tried to think about family, I don't have many friends, I got angrier thinking about Derek. This is his fault!
Taila, hearing my growling become louder, shouted, "Think of Madison!"
Madison.
That name made me stop growling, my eyes flicking between blue and gold.
Madison.
I thought about when I saw her the first time in years. She looked so beautiful. When she wrapped her arms around me in a warm, comfortable hug.
Madison.
I thought about when Derek, Laura and Cora trapped us in the basement. We spent hours talking. We nearly kissed.
Madison.
I had finally calmed down. My heart rate back to normal. I looked up to see Taila looking at me with concern written all over her face. I nodded to her to tell her I'm fine.
She breathed a sigh of relief, "What the hell happened to get you so angry, Peter?"
"I'm going to kill Derek!"
