Madison's POV

Okay, well that was strange. What's wrong with Peter?

I got pulled away from my thoughts when I heard someone talking to me.

"He likes you."

Derek was leaning on the bathroom door with a small smug smile on his face.

"What, there is no way!" I exclaimed.

Derek let out a little laugh while pushing off of the door to stand up straight, "Okay, I'm no Charles Xavier but it is really easy to read him."

I gave him a flat look, "Really, X-Men reference?"

"What? I watched it before, it's not my fault that Logan is amazing!"

I have never laughed so much in my enter life! I moved pasted Derek and started walking towards Laura's room, I needed some spare clothes

I could hear Derek walking behind me, I'm surprised I could hear him over my own laughter, "What is so funny?!" He demands, but I could still hear small giggles from him.

"Nothing, just a werewolf's favorite X-Men character is the man who has metal cla-" Derek cut me off! How dare he!

"Adamantium, not just any metal!" Oh, if looks could kill.

When we reached Laura's room, I asked her if I could borrow some more clothes, which she kindly gave me. She is so sweet and kind! When I finished getting changed, I went down stairs and into the kitchen to get some food.

Derek's POV

While Madison got changed I went to find Peter. When I caught his scent, which was in the kitchen, I grinned an evil grin before going to him.

He was sitting at the table with his head in his hands, but when he heard me come in he shot up in his seat then relaxing when he saw me.

Oh, dear Uncle, don't relax now.

"Peter, I was thinking I would let Madison meet some of my friends from the basketball team."

And so, it begins.

Peter's POV

What! Let them disgusting pigs undress her with their eyes?! No wa--. Wait, she might be 26 but they might try and come on to her, I mean who wouldn't! She's an angel!

"Which guys?"

There was a hint of a smug smile on Derek's face. "Oh just: Joe Adams, Bradley Jones, Luke Hill..." Oh God why does it have to be the biggest flirts in the school, please, please that say the other name!

"...And Liam Hall."

I groaned loudly. Why him?!

Derek then got a big shit eating grin on his face. "Aww, are you worried someone will take Madison from you?"

"I. Hate. You. So. Much!"
