Meera's p.o.v

I woke up when the rays of sunlight fell on me.

I turned to my left to see if veer was here. But he wasn't.

Where did he go?

After that kiss things got a little heated once we got home. It was my first time but he made it beautiful.

But A lot of questions took place in my mind

Veer left to work very early in the morning. I was feeling worried and bad.

Only one question kept on repeating in my mind.

Was he regretting whatever happened between us last night?

I guess I can get my answers from him.

I grabbed my handbag and locked the house and went outside.

I bought my own car so I got in and drove off to the place where I'm gonna get answers to my questions.

After sometime I reached to veer's company. It was very huge.

It was one of the most popular company across the world.

Veer's father is a hardworking man who established this kingdom.

I went upstairs and saw veer's secretary Mr.Sharma

"Good morning Mam. What are you doing here?!"He asked me nicely

"I'm here to meet veer!"I said slowly

"He's in a meeting. Please wait in his cabin. It's this way Mam....!"He said taking me into veer's cabin.

"Thank you....!"I told him as we entered veer's cabin.

"Can I get you a drink or coffee Mam?!"He asked me

"Maybe some water please....!"I asked him.

"Sure Mam. I will be back in two minutes....!I will also I from veer sir that you came....!"He said and left.

I was alone in veer's room.

I looked around and stood near his table.

I saw a file. Too my stupid excitement levels I decided to check it.

It seemed like a agreement. I decided to keep it back because veer won't like it if I go through his personal stuff when he comes in.

As I was about to place it on the table I missed and it fell down onto the floor.

I quickly bended down and picked it.

The file was open and the heading of the paper and the matter down it was enough to scatter me.

Veer's p.o.v

After finishing the meeting I came out.

Mr.Sharma was standing outside the room.

"Sir Meera Mam came...!"He said

What is she doing here?

"Who are you taking the water for?!"I asked noticing the water glass in his hand

"For Meera Mam...!"He said

"I'll go. Give me that....!"I said taking the glass from him.

I walked into my room. Meera wasn't here.

"I don't see Meera here!"I shot at my PA who followed me into my room

"But sir she was here....!"He said and I walked towards my table.

Oh god she was here!!!

And she saw the file??

Oh my god!!

"Did you see my wife??!!"I shouted at the security after I came down running.

"Yes sir she just left a minute ago....!"He explained me.

No no no!!

Meera's p.o.v

I can't believe this.

I'm an idiot

I can't believe I trusted Him

He doesn't love me.

Veer never did and never will.

Why would he?

After all this is a contract to him....

I cried as I sat in my car.

Veer's p.o.v

"Please don't tell me that Meera saw this.....!"I asked my PA in fear while looking at the file on the top of my table.

"I don't know sir. Mam was okay when I left but I don't know what happened after....!"He said

"Please leave me alone....!"I told him calmly.

I don't want to frustrate myself on him. He doesn't deserve it.

I sat in my chair remembering that night with my father.

Flashback after a week of marriage.

My father called me to come to his office around at 8 in the night.

I don't know what he wanted but I had to go. Me and my father don't share a good relation.

I pushed the door and went inside.

He stood up from his chair when he saw me come.

"Hey dad....!"I decided to speak.

"How's Meera?!"Was all he ask

"I'm not that cruel to treat her badly!"I said

"How is she?!"He asked me again firmly

"She's okay I guess....!"I said uninterested

"Why are you talking like that?And what do you mean by she's okay huh?!"He asked me

"Because I don't care about her!I don't give a Damm about her!"I shouted

"She's you're wife veer!"He said firmly

"You call this a marriage?You cheated me!You all did. When prachi left you could have called it off but oh no you didn't!Because it might cause our family's name to drop!!"I shouted

"Listen to what I have to say!"He shouted

I then became silent. 

"If you look after Meera goodly for a year you will become the heir to this company. If you don't I suggest you start off you're own life from now on itself because you won't be working for my company anymore!"He said shocking me.

"What will happen if I look after her?"I asked

"You will get what I promised you. This company will be your's!"He said

"We have a deal?!"He asked me

"Deal!"I said

"Sign these....!"My dad said handing me a file.

It was a agreement.

I took my pen out and signed it. I gave it to him but he didn't take it.

"Keep this one with you!"He said

I left his cabin with the file.

End of flashback

I honestly don't know what to do.

I quickly took my phone out and called Meera.

Her phone was switched off.

I grabbed my car keys and rushed home. When I reached home it was empty. No one was here.

I took my phone out and tried her again. I decided to leave her a voice message.

"Meera it's me. I know what you saw. But please give me a chance to explain. I have a lot to tell you....!I was a idiot and I'm not gonna lie. What you saw was real. I signed a contract with my father when we got married. But that was before everything Meera. Before I got to know you. Before I fell in love you. I truly am in love with you Meera. After what happened that when I kissed you I didn't regret it. Neither which happened after our kiss. I don't. You made me realize I was after the wrong person my whole life. I had you next to me for so many years and I didn't realize it. I'm hoping its not too late. Please please call me once you get this Meera. I want to start a new life with you. I really do. Please give me a chance. Please give us a chance.......call me please.....!"I ended the voice mail. It was sent to her.

Third person's p.o.v

It was three days since Meera was missing. Veer filled a missing case.

He searched almost every area. He didn't have any trace of her.

At a midnight veer stopped in a park. He walked in when something caught his view.

It was a girl who was sitting near a lake.

He signed when he saw her.

"Meera,I searched everywhere for you and here you are....!"Veer said as he sat next to Meera in the park. He panted as he ran around the streets of New York at the midnight.

"Meera I am sorry for everything. I want you too give us both one more chance....!"Veer said with teary eyes looking at Meera who has red and puffy eyes.

"I wish I could give you a chance veer.....!"It came out her mouth before 2 seconds she fell onto veer's lap.

He was shocked. Veer didn't know what happened.

"Meera....!!"He shouted hoping it wasn't too late.
