"Uncle.....!"I said slowly after they told me their plan.

"I can't do this....!"I said slowly and looked down.

"Please Meera you have to!For the sake of our both families....!"Veer's dad spoke

"But veer never loved me. He loves my sister.....!"I said

"Don't talk about her now!"My dad said strongly

"Dad!"I said and he looked away.

"Please Meera!You are the only hope for us now....!"Veer's mom said holding my hand.

I can't believe I'm doing this.

I got ready and we walked to the mandap.

My face was covered with my veil.

Veer was looking so happy. He was laughing happily as he performed the rituals.

I felt bad for him.

I'm nothing when compared to my sister.

I sat down next to veer.

I can't believe that this is happening now

after sometime the rituals ended.

I was now married. Married to veer.

After the wedding ended me and veer seemed for the blessings of the elders.

"Veer we need to speak....Come with us....!"Veer's mom spoke and veer nodded.

Veer grabbed my hand slowly as we walked into the room.

I was so happy. I married the love of my life.

Me and Prachi walked into the room when my mom called.

My parents and Prachi's parents were already in.

"What is it mom?!"I asked her.

"Beta,listen to us.....!"She started

"The person you married.....!"She started and looked at my father.

What's going on?

"The person you married is Meera. Not Prachi....!"My dad spoke

Is this a joke?

"What?!"I said and left out a small laugh

I was shocked to death when Meera took off her veil.

"What's this?Is this a joke??!"I shouted furiously

"Veer listen to us...!"Prachi's dad spoke

"You married Meera not Prachi....!"He said

"Meera?!"I said

"Where is Prachi??!"I shouted.

Meera was so scared as she looked down.

She didn't even dare to have a eye contact with me.

"Prachi left....!"My mom said

"What?!"I asked slowly

"What did you say mom?!"I asked her again

"Prachi left....!"She said

"Huh?!"I said as tears rolled down my cheek.

"She left with Arun!"My dad said

"What???!!"I said in shock.

Prachi and Arun???

No way!

"Veer we asked Meera to marry you when we found out Prachi left....!"My dad said

"How can you do this to me?You should have told me!"I shouted in anger.

"Don't you dare to raise you're voice on me!"My dad shouted.

"Go to you're room veer. End of conversation. We will talk tomorrow!"My dad ordered

"But...!"I started but my mom stopped me.

"Veer please don't do this now. There are so many guests. Please be calm for tonight...!"My mom said

"Please don't shout at Meera. She's at no fault. We only pressured her to marry you. So please....!"My mom spoke before she left.

Both of our parents left leaving me and Meera alone.

We both stood in silence.

I was feeling angry and I was broken.

How can Prachi do this to me?

And Arun??

Arun is dead in my hands the moment I get my hands on him.

"Veer....!"Meera spoke

"Don't speak Meera....I will shout at you with the mood I'm in now....!"I said as tears rolled down my cheek.

"Veer....!"she said again placing her hand on my shoulder.

I shoved it away and she looked shock

"Meera we maybe be married but don't get hopes on me. I'm only going to respect you. The only person I love is Prachi.I'm sorry....!"I said leaving the room.
